Since my childhood, I've always felt a special affection for animals. My dream job was to become a vet! Unfortunately, I've never had my own dog because as a student I was afraid of not being able to provide fully for the dog. However, owning a dog is #1 on my to-do list once I settle things down and know I can dedicate myself to these loving animals. Hopefully the day will come soon... During my high school years, I walked and took care of my friends' dogs. Last year, I voluntarily walked with two dogs. I currently look after a friend's chihuahua and another friend's cat when they're on vacation. I've also been a horse rider since I was 14. As you can imagine I'm always trying to be around animals :)

Lale walked our pup Lola and she just seemed so lovely and patient with her. She's still young and jumpy, but Lale took her time. I'd love for Lale to walk Lola more often. Thanks Lale!

Wij een vol huisgezin met 3 kinderen in de leeftijd van 13, 14 en 16 jaar. En onze kat Charlie en hond Beer. Beer is een super rustige labrador van 9 jaar. Een echte allemansvriend, kan goed met allerlei soorten honden en kinderen. Dus als jouw hond past, zou ze fijn gezelschap zijn. We houden van andere dieren. Hoe meer hoe gezelliger. We zijn bekend met verschillende hondenrassen. We hebben een tuin met omheining dus als het lekker weer is moet het goed komen. We wonen vlak bij verschillende parken waardoor ook vaak gezellig erop kunnen. Ook een dagje strand zou kunnen. Hopelijk zien we uw viervoeter snel tegemoed. Wij willen graag oppassen op honden passen die ouder zijn dan 3 jaar. Geen jonge honden. En onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een vrouwtje. Liever geen mannetjes.

I had my own mixed Labrador, Pepe, who peacefully passed away last August at the age of 13.5. Since then, I’ve truly missed having my best buddy beside me for hikes in nature and swims by the sea. I live in the center of The Hague, within walking distance of forests and parks. I also have a fenced garden with a parasol that provides shade during the summer months. I only accept vaccinated dogs and prefer calm, non-aggressive, and non-excessively barking dogs so the neighbors are not disturbed. I am especially patient with senior dogs and still have all the necessary support equipment from caring for my elderly Pepe. I generally prefer dogs staying longer than 5 days, as it takes time for them to feel comfortable and get to know me, and I enjoy building a real connection with the dogs I care for. While your dog is staying with me, you can expect regular photo and video updates from our forest walks and outdoor adventures. During weekends, I often drive to the beach so the dogs can play, explore, and enjoy the sea as well. Your dog will be cared for with patience, respect, and love, and I’m confident they will be in very good hands with me.

Dawn took great care of our dog while we were away. She gave him a lot of love and attention and I could tell by the videos he got comfortable really fast, to the point he wanted all attention for himself xD We are very grateful that she had the time and that Spico had a great time as well. I didn't feel the need to keep asking questions because Dawn seemed very reliable and good with dogs. Pepe is also a great company and a delight to be around. Also grateful to Pepe that he put up with our overly enthusiastic Spico who is indeed used to having all the attention, keeping his stuff his etc All in all, Dawn and Pepe are a great duo to take care of your dog while you are away!

Flexibele hondenoppas in Leiden

Ik heb ongeveer 10 jaar ervaring met honden. Mijn vriendin haar ouders hebben altijd honden gehad waarop ik regelmatig paste in het weekend. Hi pet parents, lovely to meet you! I'm Nina, 28 years old, and I grew up here in The Hague. About me I grew up with two dogs and three cats, and I've always loved taking care of them. For the last two years, while living in Amsterdam, I had two regular addresses that asked me to look after their dogs during workdays, weekends away and holidays. I'm working as a communication consultant for the government and often work from home. Jasper (the boyfriend) also has an office job, but he works at the actual office much more often. About the apartment The house is a calm place, as there are no other pets or children. Luckily, the Scheveningse Bosjes (meaning lots of fun and plenty of other dogs!) are just around the corner. If the schedule allows and they feel comfortable enough, I also love going for a walk on the beach. Important: the apartment is on the first floor. The staircase is very doable (it's not steep), but it's good to know. Practicalities - I'm flexible with my availability. - The response rate on my profile might be low because it was inactive. When I was living in Amsterdam, I found two addresses that regularly asked me to dog-sit for them. I've moved back to The Hague, and now that I'm all settled in, I'm looking forward to finding a new pet-sitting address. Ik pas graag op katten van elk ras en zorg voor aandacht eten en drinken terwijl u afwezig bent. Borstelen, spelen. laat ze even buiten en zorg dat er vers eten en drinken is. Kattenbak houden we uiteraard ook netjes schoon en ik stuur regelmatig een foto en of filmpje om u op de hoogte te houden. Plantjes verzorgen of even stofzuigen geen probleem. Zelf heb ik een poes en een kat van sept 2025 uit het asiel en hiervoor twee rode katers van bijna 18 jaar oud. Ik ben dagelijks beschikbaar en kan maximaal 2x per dag langskomen om uw kat te verzorgen. Eventueel ander dier erbij is geen probleem, knaagdieren, kleine vogel.

Flexible Master Scriptie Student!

Ervaren, kalme&vrolijke dierenoppasser 🐶😸(NL/EN)

(English below) Katten- of hondenmens? Ik ben het allebei! Hoi! Ik ben Sterre, ik ben 33 jaar oud. Ik ben op zoek naar een viervoetermaatje. Of dat nu in de vorm van een kat of een hond is, maakt mij niet veel uit. Ik vind beide dieren leuk! In mijn ouderlijk huis ben ik opgegroeid in een gezellige beestenbende. We hadden een hond (recent: Heidewachtel, vroeger: Vlinderhondje), 4 katten, konijnen, kippen en cavia’s. Ik heb zelf één van onze honden opgevoed en ik ben ermee op cursus gegaan (de Heidewachtel, een jachtras). Onze poes is tweemaal zwanger geweest, waarvan ze één nestje heeft verworpen. Deze kittens heb ik toen ook verzorgd en gevoed. Kortom: ik ben praktisch opgegroeid als dierenverzorger. Later, als uitgevlogen vogel uit het ouderlijk nest, had ik helaas geen mogelijkheid tot huisdieren ivm verbod door huisbaas. Gelukkig kan ik af en toe oppassen op de katten van mijn ouders en de kat en Appenzeller Sennenhond van een vriendin. Maar ik mis de regelmatige, dierlijke connectie enorm. Honden en katten maken mij blij en ik merk de connectie met ze. Zij voelen dat bij mij aan, vaak lopen honden uit zichzelf vrolijk op mij af om hallo te zeggen en te snuffelen. Ik kan het dan natuurlijk niet weerstaan om even een aai over zijn/haar bol te geven. Met katten weet ik heel goed te herkennen wanneer zij aandacht willen en wanneer zij hun eigen ding willen doen. Ik woon dichtbij het Haagse Bos en vind het heerlijk om met een hond door het bos te wandelen. Doordeweeks werk ik, maar ik mag van mijn werkgever veel thuiswerken. Mijn werk kan ik overal waar WiFi is uitvoeren, dus ook bij jouw huisdier. Tussendoor en tegelijk met mijn werkzaamheden kan ik je hond uitlaten, met je hond/kat spelen en aandacht geven. Mijn kantoorrooster is zodanig flexibel dat ik bijvoorbeeld elke maandag voor je geliefde huisdier kan zorgen. We kunnen hier uiteraard goed contact over hebben wat jouw wensen zijn! Ik kan jou helpen door je hond met een middag- en/of avondrondje uit te laten, of ik kan bij jou thuis voor een aantal uur op je hond passen. Oppas voor je kat nodig? Ik kom graag langs bij jou thuis om hem/haar eten te geven en water bij te vullen, en met je kat te spelen en knuffelen als hij/zij dat wil. Ik ben in bezit van een eigen auto. Whether that's in the form of a cat or a dog doesn't really matter to me. I like both animals! In my parental home, I grew up in a lively animal household. We had a dog (recently: a Münsterlander, previously: a Papillon), 4 cats, rabbits, chickens, and guinea pigs. In between and alongside my work, I can walk your dog, play with your dog/cat, and give him/her attention. My office schedule is flexible, so I can promise that I can take care of your beloved pet every Monday, for example. We can have good contact about this! I can help walking your dog's afternoon and/or evening walk, or I can look after your dog at your home for a few hours. Need a sitter for your cat?
