Hi pet parents, lovely to meet you! I'm Nina, 28 years old, and I grew up here in The Hague. About me I grew up with two dogs and three cats, and I've always loved taking care of them. For the last two years, while living in Amsterdam, I had two regular addresses that asked me to look after their dogs during workdays, weekends away and holidays. Since I've moved, they still bring their dogs to me when they go away for a longer holiday, but of course much less frequent now. Now that I'm all settled back in The Hague, I'd love to find a new address. In the past, I've worked as a nanny for five years, and I bring the same warmth and communication skills to pet sitting. I'm currently living on Javastraat with my boyfriend. He's 29 years old, really kind and loves dogs as well. He has a labradoodle back home with his parents. I'm working as a communication consultant for the government and often work from home. Jasper (the boyfriend) also has an office job, but he works at the actual office much more often. About the apartment The house is a calm place, as there are no other pets or children. Luckily, the Scheveningse Bosjes (meaning lots of fun and plenty of other dogs!) are just around the corner. If the schedule allows and they feel comfortable enough, I also love going for a walk on the beach. Important: the apartment is on the first floor. The staircase is very doable (it's not steep), but it's good to know. Practicalities - I'm flexible with my availability. - The response rate on my profile might be low because it was inactive. When I was living in Amsterdam, I found two addresses that regularly asked me to dog-sit for them. I've moved back to The Hague, and now that I'm all settled in, I'm looking forward to finding a new pet-sitting address. Of dat nu lekker actief naar buiten gaan is of juist wat meer rust en aandacht thuis. Ik vind het belangrijk dat je hond zich veilig en op zijn gemak voelt, en stem mijn aanpak daar altijd op af. Ook kun je altijd updates van mij verwachten tijdens het oppassen! Ik neem de tijd voor elke hond en behandel ze alsof ze van mijzelf zijn – met aandacht, geduld en natuurlijk de nodige knuffels. Pip heeft het gewoon hartstikke leuk gehad bij Liselore. En -ook fijn- ik werd ook nog op de hoogte gehouden. Je kunt zien dat Liselore dit met plezier doet Als ik weer een oppas nodig heb bel ik haar weer.

Wij zijn Nikki en Justus. Allebei zijn wij 28 en wonen en werken in Den Haag. Wij zijn ruim 8 jaar samen en hebben ons hele leven al huisdieren gehad. Toevallig zijn wij beide opgegroeid met Canadese Herders, dus we zijn wel wat gewend. Verder hebben wij ruime ervaring met het oppassen op een hoop verschillende honden door jaren lang Petbnb oppasser te zijn. Justus werkt vaak ‘s ochtends en ‘s middags en kan daarom de hond lekker vroeg uitlaten. Nikki werkt voornamelijk thuis en kan daarom makkelijk tussendoor de middag wandelingen doen. Wij hebben geen tuin, wel een balkon. Onze voordeur is op twee hoog en te bereiken door twee trappen. De honden die bij ons blijven moeten dus wel trap kunnen lopen, of het niet erg vinden om opgetild te worden. Graag passen wij op honden die voor een of meerdere dagen bij ons blijven. Zo past het huisdier perfect in ons leven en krijgt het alle aandacht dat het beestje verdient.

I hate to sound like a broken record here but I can't stress how amazing it is to be able to leave your beloved pet and not have a single worry about their care while you have to travel. Ranger stayed with Justus and Nikki again and we couldn't be more happy with the love and care he gets while with them.

After that, I was the go-to person to babysit the two dogs of my grandma and thereafter, the puppy of my aunt (all of them schnauzers). And not so long ago, I volunteered at the 'Animal Rescue' organization of Madrid (I studied my bachelor over there), where I'd take care of rescued dogs, take them for walks, and incentivize people to adopt them. My boyfriend also has vast experience with dogs. He was lucky to raise a Weimaraner and have him as his companion for over 10 years, and he currently shares caring responsibilities of his sister's Poodle - they live in Hamburg and we babysit every now and then. When it comes to my availability, I am always available during weekends -24 hours a day. However, if the booking is done some days in advance, arranging having a dog during the week is also possible, as I have the flexibility of working from home, which adds some extra availability for weekdays too. I am looking forward to meeting your dogs and loving them forever.

En soms zitten we ook heerlijk een hele middag op strand of aan het meer te chillen met een lekkere kluif erbij! Mijn hondjes zijn erg sociaal en vriendelijk naar andere honden, buiten zijn zij erg actief en speels, maar in huis kunnen zij ook heerlijk lui zijn. Ze vinden het geweldig om hier af en toe een speelmaatje erbij te hebben en ik ook! Daarom zou ik tijdens uw vakantie graag de zorg van uw hond op mij nemen. Uiteraard kijken wij altijd naar de persoonlijke behoeften van uw hond en passen onze activiteiten tijdens de opvang periode aan op het karakter en zijn/haar leeftijd. Uw hond zal overladen worden met liefde en knuffels en worden behandeld als mijn eigen hond. Ik werk vanuit huis en er is hier dus altijd iemand aanwezig. Tijdens de opvang komt uw hond gewoon bij ons in huis en dus niet in een kennel of iets dergelijks. Er liggen een hoop bedjes en kleedjes klaar, maar ze zijn ook welkom op de bank en in bed, maar net wat ze vanuit huis gewend zijn! Er is eventueel ook een grote bench beschikbaar voor als uw hond ‘s nachts daarin moet slapen. Wij hebben een afgesloten tuin met in de zomer ook een honden zwembadje beschikbaar. Gezellig verblijf bij echtpaar in Hoofddorp

Wij zijn Cees en Kitty uit Hoofddorp. Een echtpaar van 55/60 jaar met nog een thuiswonende dochter van 24 thuis. Onze aanmelding komt voort uit het missen van de gezelligheid van een viervoeter in huis! Wij zijn altijd opgegroeid in huis met honden en andere huisdieren. Natuurgebied & ruime afgesloten tuin

We vinden het ontzettend gezellig om op Doodles en doodle-achtige honden te passen. Zelf hebben we een lieve, sociale Australische Labradoodle (teef) in huis, en we vinden het belangrijk dat de honden goed met elkaar overweg kunnen. Daarom passen we uitsluitend op Doodles en verwante rassen zoals Australische Labradoodles, Cobberdogs, Goldendoodles, Labradoodles, Bernedoodles, Cockapoos etc. We wonen in een prachtig natuurgebied met bos en een grote plas waar we dagelijks wandelen. De honden kunnen hier heerlijk vrij rennen, zwemmen en spelen. Daarnaast hebben we een grote, volledig afgesloten tuin waar ze veilig kunnen rondrennen of relaxen (zie foto’s ). Binnen hebben we voldoende ruimte zodat de honden zich kunnen terugtrekken en in alle rust kunnen slapen, eventueel ook apart als ze daar behoefte aan hebben. Er is altijd iemand thuis om aandacht te geven, te knuffelen of een extra rondje te lopen. Omdat we het belangrijk vinden dat elke hond echt de zorg krijgt die zij nodig heeft, passen we op niet meer dan één Doodle tegelijk.

Een liefdevol 'tweede thuis'.

Ik ben opgegroeid met honden en katten die onderdeel waren van het gezin. Huisdieren geven zoveel gezelligheid en liefde! Vivi did an excellent job! Our little Ollie was taken such good care of and spoiled in all the best ways. :grin: She was also very responsive to our specific requests for how best to take care of him. He has some special needs and she made sure every need was cared for. She also sent us several pictures and videos the entire week. It was so nice to see him having such a lovely time. Hi! Ik ben Sylvie, 30 jaar. Ik hou heel erg van honden, en heb zelf ook 2 honden gehad. Ik vind het heel leuk om op te passen, te spelen en te wandelen met de honden. Ik kan het makkelijk combineren met mijn werk, en ik ben vrij flexibel. Ik heb al jaren ervaring met verschillende rassen, van energieke pups tot rustige senioren, en ik geniet er echt van om ze persoonlijke aandacht en liefde te geven. Sylvie en vriend waren superlief voor Indra, ondanks dat onze jonge hond bij de kennismaking nogal onvriendelijk tegen ze was.. maar ze prikten zo door haar geblaf heen en hebben haar een fijne plek geboden, met leuke foto-updates voor ons. We komen zeker terug!

Ik ben dol op hondjes, maar door mijn werk kan ik er zelf geen hebben omdat ik vaak van huis ben. Daarom leek PetBnB me een fantastische tussen oplossing! Wandelen met honden geeft mij echt plezier en energie. Ik geniet ervan om buiten te zijn en te zien hoe een hondje bijvoorbeeld kan genieten van het strand, waar ik vlakbij woon. Mijn vriendinnen noemen me een dierenfluisteraar; dieren voelen zich snel op hun gemak bij mij. Of het nu gaat om een energieke wandeling (kort of lang), spelletjes in de tuin, knuffelen of gewoon gezelschap houden, ik doe alles met veel liefde en aandacht. Ik vind het heerlijk om een band op te bouwen met jouw hond en er samen een vrolijke, veilige en plezierige ervaring van te maken. Ik heb zelf een kat thuis, maar heb voldoende ervaring om dit goed te combineren met honden (mits het geen hondje is dat echt niet met katten kan). Ik heb veel opgepast op honden van vrienden en kennissen, en dat vind ik altijd geweldig. Ik begrijp hoe spannend het kan zijn om je hond aan iemand anders toe te vertrouwen. Daarom neem ik die verantwoordelijkheid altijd heel serieus. Ik respecteer alle afspraken, routines en aanwijzingen van het baasje; van voeding en wandelingen tot rustmomenten en regels in en buitenshuis. Met aandacht, liefde én zorgvuldigheid zorg ik ervoor dat zowel hond als baasje zich veilig en op hun gemak voelen. Schroom niet om me te benaderen met vragen!
