Hi! I have experience with dogs and cats since I was born. Love for animals came from my mom who always had 4-5 cats and 2 dogs. Currently, I live with one dog, Toby and he is Tibetan spaniel, who likes to play and cuddle with total strangers. We also have a baby and a cat. I could only take dogs which are friendly with other animals for safety reasons. I have a lot of experience caring for sick cats, pregnant cats, kittens, and puppies. I can give injections to cats, kittens, and dogs if needed, and I have also assisted in cat neutering surgeries. We love dogs of all sizes—small and large. Besides caring for animals, I am a professional musician. I have a diploma as a music teacher, orchestra artist, and ensemble performer. I also have three years of experience teaching music at a school, working with children aged 6 to 16. I come from a family of educators—my mother and grandmother were both teachers. I am currently learning Dutch, but for now, I can only speak English and Russian, and I understand some Dutch. Mike has had dogs since childhood. Dogs can be separated—in different rooms or in the same room with a barrier, ensuring they have their privacy and rest from playing. It depends on each guest’s personality and needs. For example, if two dogs of similar age and size enjoy playing together, why should we stop them from having fun? (Of course, under my supervision!) But if your dog is older and needs more rest than a puppy, we will make sure they can relax away from younger dogs. Our main focus is your dog’s safety, health, and emotional well-being. 3. If you want your dog to become more social, this is the perfect environment! Your pet will be surrounded by friendly dogs who won’t react to irritation or grumpiness. Dogs learn from each other very quickly, becoming more social and overcoming past fears. 4. We live on the second floor. If your dog doesn’t know how to use stairs, you’ll be surprised at how quickly they learn from other dogs! Some even love running up and down, haha. 5. Our apartment is next to two beautiful parks—just a 1-minute walk away. We are also 10 minutes by car from the beach and another large park where dogs can run off-leash (unless they plan to swim!). Ik hou enorm veel van dieren, zelf heb ik nooit een hond gehad omdat dat helaas niet mocht. Ik heb 5 jaar lang mogen genieten van een rottweiler die van de ouders van mijn ex was. Wat een pracht beest was dat, we waren beste vriendinnen. Ik hou ervan om lekker in de buitenlucht te wandelen en al helemaal in het gezelschap van een leuke hond. Zelf ben ik 30 jaar en heb mijn hele leven honden om mij heen gehad. Ik heb een deeltijd hond (Paco) met mijn beste vriendin die in Hillegom woont. Ik hou ervan om te kroelen en spelen met honden en om lange wandelingen met ze te maken. Op de dagen dat Paco er niet is, mis ik hem enorm. Daarom wil ik dat gat opvullen en liefde en aandacht geven aan een (oppas)hond! Het is een win-win situatie. Ik heb een flexibel rooster. Er is veel mogelijk in overleg! Een oppashond wil ik in huis als Paco er niet is. Als ik een klik verwacht tussen de honden, dan kunnen we ze een keer buiten laten ontmoeten en als ze elkaar beter kennen, kan de hond ook in huis als Paco er wel is. Maar daarvoor moet wel echt een band zijn opgebouwd. Overigens heb ik een diep balkon waar ze lekker van de buitenlucht kunnen genieten.

Bruno heeft het erg naar zijn zin gehad bij Michelle. Hij heeft veel geknuffeld, gewandeld en aandacht gekregen.

Fijne wandelingen met een echte dierenliefhebber

Ik ben dol op hondjes, maar door mijn werk kan ik er zelf geen hebben omdat ik vaak van huis ben. Daarom leek PetBnB me een fantastische tussen oplossing! Wandelen met honden geeft mij echt plezier en energie. Ik geniet ervan om buiten te zijn en te zien hoe een hondje bijvoorbeeld kan genieten van het strand, waar ik vlakbij woon. Mijn vriendinnen noemen me een dierenfluisteraar; dieren voelen zich snel op hun gemak bij mij. Of het nu gaat om een energieke wandeling (kort of lang), spelletjes in de tuin, knuffelen of gewoon gezelschap houden, ik doe alles met veel liefde en aandacht. Ik vind het heerlijk om een band op te bouwen met jouw hond en er samen een vrolijke, veilige en plezierige ervaring van te maken. Ik heb zelf een kat thuis, maar heb voldoende ervaring om dit goed te combineren met honden (mits het geen hondje is dat echt niet met katten kan). Ik heb veel opgepast op honden van vrienden en kennissen, en dat vind ik altijd geweldig. Ik begrijp hoe spannend het kan zijn om je hond aan iemand anders toe te vertrouwen. Daarom neem ik die verantwoordelijkheid altijd heel serieus. Ik respecteer alle afspraken, routines en aanwijzingen van het baasje; van voeding en wandelingen tot rustmomenten en regels in en buitenshuis. Met aandacht, liefde én zorgvuldigheid zorg ik ervoor dat zowel hond als baasje zich veilig en op hun gemak voelen. Schroom niet om me te benaderen met vragen!

Niks fijners lekker samen zijn in de natuur

Mijn naam is Kim, ik woon in Zandvoort en ben ook veel te vinden in de duinen of op het strand. Al vanaf mijn geboorte woon in samen met katten (en vroeger ook knaagdieren). I have a deep experience with animals. During my life I have had rabbits, cats, one dog, birds, fishes... I love cats and dogs especially. I have a dog called Morty who is a poddle of 4 years old and a female cat called Isabel, unfortunately they are living in Spain and I cannot bring them with me at this point. I want to take care of the pets from other people to fill this empty I have. I know how to give love and play with both cats and dogs. I know cats use to be more independent and young dogs are very energic and they need to keep active playing so that they feel relaxed when coming back home. I currently live with my landlord and he agrees with the idea because he has always had cats and misses taking care of them but we both agree that our situation is not the required to have the responsability of having our own pet. The others two girls who are living with us have a similar situation as mine, they both have pets in their countries (italia and greece) and miss taking care of pets. I think this home environment would be ideal to make cat and dogs sitting. I would be the main responsible of feeding, playing and taking the pet for a walk but my house mates would participate when they are free. The pet is allowed to stay in all the shared areas of the house.
