Ik hou zo veel van honden & katten (en andere dieren)!!! Ik heb zelf nooit een eigen hond gehad, o.a. omdat ik katten had en veel reisde. Maar ik heb altijd geholpen met het zorgen voor (en soms ook het opvoeden van) honden van vrienden en buren waaronder een Cane corso, 2 Staffies en een Duitse herder. Ik heb tijdens de covid/lockdown periode ook een aantal maanden een rescue (pitbull) opgevangen die met spoed een opvang plek nodig had, omdat ik toen nog voltijd vanuit huis werkte en hier de tijd voor had. Dit heb ik ook een aantal weken gedaan voor een ander klein hondje en 2 katten waarvan de eigenaar overleden was. Ik vond het super fijn dat ik ze kon helpen en extra aandacht aan ze kon geven in die periode. Ik werk nu 3 dagen op kantoor en mijn partner 5 dagen dus helaas zit een hond voor onszelf er op dit moment niet in. Maar ik zou het heel leuk vinden om af en toe gezellig te wandelen en/of op te passen en hiermee iemand in nood te helpen.

Over mij: Sinds ik op mijzelf woon pas ik regelmatig op honden (en soms katten): gewoon omdat ik het leuk vind en graag buiten ben! Zelf een huisdier nemen is geen mogelijkheid gezien mijn fulltime baan, dus dit is een fijne oplossing met alleen maar winnaars! Aanvullende info: Ik heb 3,5 jaar in een dierenasiel gewerkt en daardoor ervaring met kleine honden (0-10kg), maar ook met grote honden zoals Turkse Herders (45-55kg). Ik deins daarom echt niet terug door het uiterlijk van een hond en de vooroordelen die bestaan over een ras, maar ik vind het wel belangrijk dat de hond betrouwbaar en goed opgevoed is. Neem gerust contact op! Ik ben flexibel en denk graag mee. - Op vrijdagen alleen vanaf eind van de middag (tenzij feestdag). - In weekenden ook in omgeving Twente mogelijk.

Onze Bowie heeft echt een geweldige week met Anouk gehad! Onze dalmaat is namelijk best een eigenzinnig geval en houdt niet zo van verandering. Dat wij een weekje zonder haar op vakantie gaan, vindt ze al niet zo leuk en moet ze echt even uit haar comfortzone komen. Maar daarom was het des te fijner dat ze wel lekker in haar eigen omgeving kon blijven en Anouk zich een hele week over haar heeft ontfermd in ons huis. Het is vantevoren best spannend hoe dat zal uitpakken, maar Anouk is echt een zeer betrokken oppas met veel hondenkennis en -ervaring. Door haar rust en geduld, hebben wij ook echt kunnen genieten van onze vakantie. Ze stuurde ons elke dag even een korte update en het huis was helemaal netjes toen we weer thuis kwamen. Wij zijn superblij met Anouk en de volgende keer gaan we haar zeker weer vragen, ze echt een topper!

Ik ben gek op honden!

Ik ben Melissa, 28 jaar oud, woon bij hoofddorplein en heb bij mijn ouders altijd een Duitse Herder gehad waar ik gek op was. Ik ben Thaise vrouw die 20 jaar in Amsterdam woont. Zelf hebben wij een ontzettend lieve Zilveren Labrador van 11 jaar oud. Mijn man werkt en mijn dagelijkse bezigheid is wandelen en spelen met onze hond. In plaats van een hond erbij nemen, hebben wij besloten om te gaan oppassen op honden. Honden: Soort honden waar wij op willen passen: Goed gesocialiseerde honden maximaal gemiddeld qua grootte. Geen vechthonden ras (pitbull, etc.). Onze dagelijks ritueel voor onze eigen hond: 07:30u Ontbijt en 1ste rondje voor plassen en poepen 10:00u Grote ronde in park of bos van circa 1 uur. 12:00u Tussendoortje 14:00u Grote ronde in park of bos/strand van circa 1 uur. 17:00u Diner en rondje voor plasje 20:00u Laatste rondje voor plasje en evt poepje voor t slapen gaan. Wat doe ik tijdens uitjes en tussen de uitjes door: Verschillende (bal)spelletjes, trek- en of apporteerspelletjes, zwemmen als t weer het toelaat. Goed om te weten: De hondjes zijn nooit alleen en krijgen veel aandacht. U kan altijd bellen, videocallen of om een foto vragen. Bij oudere hondjes, zoals de onze, wordt uiteraard rustiger gedaan. Wij wonen in Amsterdam Zuid, nabij Surinameplein, Vondelpark, Rembrandtpark. Katten: Katten nemen wij niet in huis. Wel is het mogelijk om katten aan huis te bezoeken: 2x per dag vers water geven, poepbak schoonmaken, eten geven en minimaal 30min spelen. Ervaring: Wij hebben ons hele leven honden en/of katten thuis gehad, dus veel ervaring met onze 4 voeters. Het oppassen op de huisdieren van iemand anders is wel nieuw voor ons en zijn dan ook uiterst voorzichtig. Wij nemen dan ook in beginfase maximaal 1 oppashond aan. Met vreemde honden zal er altijd een lange lijn gebruikt worden bij het wandelen/uitlaten, daar we uiteraard niet willen dat deze over straat gaat rennen op zoek naar t baasje.
