Since the day I was born, I have always lived with an animal. I have cared for many different animals, including cats, dogs, rabbits, budgies, fish, turtles, parrots, and hamsters. Hi! I’m a second-year political science student with a big love for animals and lots of experience in caring for them. While my own two dogs—a calm and sweet 9-year-old brown Labrador and a velcro-dog 2-year-old Chihuahua—are currently back home in France with my family, I’ve been surrounded by pets most of my life. I also spent six years abroad when I was younger, where I had eight rabbits, and I’ve looked after cats and dogs of all kinds, including terriers and a Golden Retriever. Here in Amsterdam, I live with roommates who have pets of their own back home; a cat and two Chihuahuas. So we're all used to caring for animals. I’m used to animals with different personalities, and I especially love spending time with affectionate, velcro-type dogs who like to stick close and get plenty of attention. I’m also happy to play, cuddle, or just be a calming presence for older pets. We live just a two-minute walk from Oosterpark, which is perfect for regular walks and playtime if your dog needs a lot of outside time. There’s almost always someone home, so your pet will rarely be alone and I can guarantee will get plenty of love and attention throughout the day. I can also help with oral medication if your dog needs it mixed into food, as I've done this with my Labrador. One thing to note however, our apartment is on the second floor with typical Amsterdam stairs. Most dogs manage just fine, but if your animal has mobility issues, it’s something to consider. I’m available any time and happy to help, whether it’s for a weekend, a longer stay, or a last-minute booking. Your pet will be cared for in a friendly, safe, and relaxed environment where we'll make sure they'll feel right at home!

Ik heb zelf 2 kleine hondjes en 2 katten. Heel erg gezellig! Het lijkt me erg leuk om eens op een ander hondje te passen. Hondenliefhebber dicht bij Westerpark

Enorme liefhebber van honden, die zelf helaas nooit een hond heeft gehad. Door een drukke baan niet de mogelijkheid om een eigen hond de hele week de aandacht te geven die het verdient. Zelf een enorme dierenvriend en een hond zorgt ervoor dat ik ook vaker buiten kom. Win-win voor mijzelf en de hond. Kan niet wachten om te zorgen voor een hond en daar lekker mee te gaan wandelen. I have had dogs my whole life, they were my whole life. I moved from the English countryside to Amsterdam. It is now more difficult for me to commit to owning a dog full time. So, what better way than to spread my love for dogs, with all the dogs out there that need a new friend. Whether that is for a walk, a night, a weekend stay or a week. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing dogs live their best life. I now live looking over a huge park, watching the dogs run around makes me miss spending time with my pups. I work from home, meaning I am available for all your dogs needs and am able to take them for long walks, if thats what they like in the dog friendly park. If that's not what your pup prefers and they just like to chill in the sun chewing on some watermelon, that's also great for me. I want them to enjoy being here as much as I enjoy having them.

We left Luna for the first time and were very worried at first. But all our worries disappeared when we met Jadina and her partner! They are so kind and took amazing care of Luna. They kept sending us pictures every day, so we knew she was doing well. We were so happy that Luna was with them, and we’ll definitely leave her with them again next time we’re away :)

Huisdiereigenaren kunnen rekenen op een liefdevolle en betrouwbare oppas voor hun hond. Ik heb veel ervaring heb met allerlei honden. Als kind hadden we thuis een border collie en Duitse herder. Ik ben actief als trainer en breng graag tijd buiten door in het park of Amsterdamse Bos, dus jouw hond krijgt genoeg beweging en gezelligheid.
