Ben een enorme dierenvriend, maar mijn leven laat het niet toe om zelf huisdieren te nemen. Via een vriendin samen met haar op honden gepast via deze app en wil dit zelf ook graag vaker doen! Mijn vader woont op een hobbyboerderij met verschillende dieren; 2 honden, katten, geiten, varkens, koeien, kippen, schapen, etc. Sinds dat ik 7 ben, ben ik opgegroeid met een hond in huis. Hoi! Ik ben Roos, 33 jaar en woon in Amsterdam Oud West. Hondenoppas die graag wandelt in het park!

Op zoek naar een lieve en actieve hondenoppas in Amsterdam? Ik pas graag af en toe op honden en geniet van lange wandelingen in de parken van Amsterdam, zoals het Vondelpark, Rembrandtpark of Beatrixpark. Maar knuffelen op de bank vind ik net zo gezellig! Mijn ouders hebben een Australian Labradoodle die regelmatig bij mij logeert en ik heb eerder ook op de teckel van een vriendin gepast. We think that right now our lives are to volatile to raise a pup, but we never let the chance of dogsitting slip away when our friends need some help 🌸 I got to know very different dogs in my life and I understand that they might need patience and different approaches. I knew dogs that suffer from anxiety, some are just goofballs that need a lot of entertainment and some of them can be really uptight and defensive. But there is nothing more rewarding than earning a dogs trust. For example, here in Amsterdam I am regularly taking care of my friends foster dog. She’s been through a lot of hardships in life, but after a while I was finally able to earn her trust and my friend can travel on the weekends 🥰 I see dogsitting as a wonderful opportunity for me to share the love for dogs and support dog owners, while currently our life situation doesn’t allow us to adopt one ourselves.

Zo nu en dan komt er nog wel is één daar van logeren, zo zijn wij op het idee gekomen om ons hier dan ook voor aan te melden! Wij wonen centraal in Hoofddorp, in een woonhuis met een fijne ruime tuin van 60m2. In de woonwijk ligt een klein groen losloop gebied, op 2km het Haarlemmermeerse bos en 2,5km het Toolenburgse plas. Genoeg keuze voor een wandeling dus! Verder hebben wij geen huisdieren en geen kinderen. Zijn geïnteresseerd in kleine en middel maat honden. Wij vinden het leuk (als dit past qua afstand en agenda) om van te voren even elkaar te ontmoeten, dan heeft u een idee over bij wie u uw beste vriend(in) laat en of dit klikt! Ook vinden wij het belangrijk dat uw hond de rust en aandacht krijgt die hij/zij nodig heeft en willen we er maar 1 tegelijk. (Als u zelf meerdere bezit eventueel in overleg) Beschikbaarheid is variërend. In het weekend zijn we over het algemeen beschikbaar en bespreken we van te voren af of dit past. Doordeweeks werken we beide, dus hier zijn uiteraard mogelijkheden in goed overleg. denk hierbij dan aan dat hij/zij wel af en toe een aantal uur alleen moet kunnen zijn als dit nodig is.
