Hoi! We are Nick and Lili. We speak Dutch, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese in both human and dog language ;) We live on a peaceful island on the border of Zaandam, in a special place close to the Zaanse Schans and the Natural Reserve Area of Kalverpolder, near Amsterdam. Although we don’t have our own dogs, we love animals, and are lucky to have a fun "fauna" here already: from a turtle that visits from time to time to all kinds of waterfowl. Our 'dogiculum': Nick was brought up in France and Spain, raised with a lot of Irish Setters. Lili, growing up in Brazil made her very familiar with all types of street and rescue dogs. After more than 3 years as dog sitters, we have the experience of over 100 happy clients. It has been an educational journey for us learning about dogs, their various quirks and and getting to know so many different dogs and becoming a part of their lives. We now believe dogs have a unique experience here, as they can exist in near total freedom, in a pack, playing, foraging, chilling or even sleeping together, and with our near constant near-presence. That's how we reached progressively this “spa-like” bubble environment, where dogs can socialize and/or relax at their will. If we have only one guest, they stay with us in the main house of course. Some extra info: . Our island has 3 main buildings, one of them is the guesthouse transformed into a doggyhouse. It’s surrounded by a big 'foresty garden’ and the super clean air. They have a fenced and safe area at their disposition for playing and lounging outside. . As we both work from home, we have lots of time and love for our guests, and so they are usually supervised 24/7. . Walks are included as they have access to the garden whenever we go walking throughout the island's interwoven paths. . We do not take dogs that are either too anxious, protective or aggressive (ie. Hoi! Wij zijn Bram en Kirsten, een jong stel van 23 jaar met een grote liefde voor dieren. We vinden het belangrijk dat huisdieren zich veilig, ontspannen en geliefd voelen wanneer hun baasjes even weg zijn. Ons doel is dat jij met een gerust hart van huis kunt, terwijl jouw huisdier alle aandacht en zorg krijgt die het verdient. Bram is opgegroeid met katten en Kirsten met honden. Doordat we al jaren samen zijn, hebben we ook veel voor elkaars huisdieren gezorgd. Daarnaast hebben we regelmatig opgepast op de huisdieren van familie en collega's. Dat beviel ons zo goed dat we besloten hebben om ons ook via Petbnb aan te melden. Bij ons kun je terecht voor zowel dagopvang als meerdaagse opvang. Of je nu een dag weg bent of meerdere nachten of weken op vakantie gaat, jouw huisdier is van harte welkom om bij ons te komen logeren. We begrijpen dat ieder dier een eigen karakter, routine en behoeften heeft. Daarom leren we jouw huisdier graag eerst kennen en volgen we de verzorging zoals jouw dier die gewend is. Ook het toedienen van medicatie is voor ons geen probleem. Met honden maken we altijd wandelingen van minimaal 30 minuten, waarbij we rekening houden met de leeftijd en energie van jouw hond. Sinds januari 2026 wonen we samen in een licht hoekappartement van ongeveer 65 m². We beschikken over een overdekt balkon dat we veilig kunnen afsluiten, zodat jouw huisdier hier, indien gewenst, ook rustig kan genieten van de buitenlucht. Kirsten werkt in een ziekenhuis vlak bij huis en is na haar dienst snel weer thuis. Bram werkt meestal vier dagen per week vanuit huis en is op de andere dagen vaak al vroeg in de middag thuis. Hierdoor is er veel gezelschap en hoeft jouw huisdier zelden lang alleen te zijn. Wij behandelen ieder huisdier alsof het ons eigen dier is. Tijdens het verblijf sturen we graag foto's en updates, zodat je met een gerust hart kunt genieten van je tijd weg. We kijken ernaar uit om jou en je huisdier te ontmoeten!

Alleen maar lovende woorden voor Kirsten en Bram. Mijn vriend en ik gingen 10 dagen op vakantie en wij hebben Mochi met een goed gevoel achtergelaten. Ze komen professioneel over en ik merkte dat ze allebei ervaring en verstand hebben van dieren. Ik heb dagelijks updates gekregen over hoe het met hem ging. Het contact verliep soepel. Ik zou hen voor 100% aanraden als je een goed (logeer)adresje zoekt voor je hond of kat!

Wij hebben zelf al jarenlang 2 honden (een Siberische husky en een Yorkshire Terrier) waar we met veel liefde voor zorgen. Ik vind het geweldig om op huisdieren te passen!

Ik vind het ontzettend leuk om op huisdieren te passen en ervoor te zorgen dat ze zich veilig, geliefd en comfortabel voelen. Wij zorgen graag met veel liefde voor jouw hond!

Wij zijn gek op honden! We hebben zelf, toen er nog geen kinderen waren, een dwergpincher geadopteerd. Dit was ons eerste kind. Hij kwam met een rugzakje, maar met veel geduld en liefde hebben we hem een paar hele mooie jaren kunnen bieden en zijn rugzakje een stuk kunnen verlichten. Toen onze zoon net geboren was, werden wij eigenaren van een New English Bulldog pup. Wij dachten dat dit wel een goed idee was, maar de energie van deze pup (en daarna puber) was ongelooflijk. Met veel pijn in ons hart hebben we heel lang een zorgvuldig gezocht naar een nieuw huis voor onze Louie. Een plek waar ze volledig de tijd en aandacht aan hem konden geven. Daar is hij nu zielsgelukkig en we krijgen gelukkig af en toe nog steeds foto's en filmpjes van een blije bull. Hoe graag we ook weer een hond zouden willen, weten we dat het nu niet de tijd is. Wij hebben geen tijd om fulltime voor een hond te zorgen, niet met de aandacht en energie die elke hond verdient. Gelukkig hebben mijn ouders een teckel waar we soms op passen en waar we vaak mee kunnen knuffelen en spelen. En dit zouden we graag vaker doen! Onze zoon (6) en dochter(4 jaar) zijn gek op honden en leren door middel van de verschillende honden waar we op passen, hoe het is om te zorgen voor een dier. We gaan graag met onze oppashond spelen, knuffelen en wandelen en helpen daarmee iemand anders. Tijdens het oppassen houden we jullie op de hoogte door middel van foto's en filmpjes!
