DUTCH: Ik ben zeer verantwoordelijk, ben dol op honden, het uitlaten, spelen en met ze knuffelen. Ik pas mij gemakkelijk aan de regels waar je huisdier al aan gewend is. Ik pas het liefst op honden die max. een half uur per x uit moeten (al ben ik dol op af en toe een lange wandeling te maken). Het enige waar ik mee heb, is 'valse' honden, ofwel honden die agressief zijn aangelegd waar je erg streng tegen moet zijn. Ik laat zeker zien wie 'de leider' is, maar vind het fijn om onbezorgd de hond uit te kunnen laten. Ik ben in het algemeen een dierenliefhebber, dus voor katten of andere dieren mag je me ook zeker benaderen! Ik heb de meeste ervaring met honden, katten, konijnen en vogels. Locaties: Amsterdam west (hoge voorkeur), Amsterdam centrum & zuid, Amstelveen. Locaties inc. gebruik mogelijk van een auto: Haarlem, Overveen, Amsterdam noord, Amsterdam oost en zuidoost. Talen: Ik spreek Engels, Spaans en Nederlands vloeiend. Reviews: Ik heb nog niet eerder via petbnb aan housesitting gedaan maar kan je voorzien van meerdere positieve reviews die ik via andere wijze heb gevonden! --- ENGLISH: I am very responsible, love dogs, walking them, playing and cuddling them. I easily adapt to the rules that your pet is already used to. I prefer to take care of dogs that need to be out for a maximum of half an hour each time (although I love to take a long walk every now and then). The only thing I have a problem with is 'cheat' dogs, or dogs that are aggressive and you have to be very strict with them. I certainly show who 'the leader' is, but I like being able to walk the dog without any worries. I am an animal lover in general, so you can definitely contact me for cats or other animals! I have the most experience with dogs, cats, rabbits and birds. Locations: Amsterdam west (high preference), Amsterdam center & south, Amstelveen. While my own two dogs—a calm and sweet 9-year-old brown Labrador and a velcro-dog 2-year-old Chihuahua—are currently back home in France with my family, I’ve been surrounded by pets most of my life. I also spent six years abroad when I was younger, where I had eight rabbits, and I’ve looked after cats and dogs of all kinds, including terriers and a Golden Retriever. Here in Amsterdam, I live with roommates who have pets of their own back home; a cat and two Chihuahuas. So we're all used to caring for animals. I’m used to animals with different personalities, and I especially love spending time with affectionate, velcro-type dogs who like to stick close and get plenty of attention. I’m also happy to play, cuddle, or just be a calming presence for older pets. We live just a two-minute walk from Oosterpark, which is perfect for regular walks and playtime if your dog needs a lot of outside time. There’s almost always someone home, so your pet will rarely be alone and I can guarantee will get plenty of love and attention throughout the day. I can also help with oral medication if your dog needs it mixed into food, as I've done this with my Labrador. One thing to note however, our apartment is on the second floor with typical Amsterdam stairs. Most dogs manage just fine, but if your animal has mobility issues, it’s something to consider. I’m available any time and happy to help, whether it’s for a weekend, a longer stay, or a last-minute booking. Your pet will be cared for in a friendly, safe, and relaxed environment where we'll make sure they'll feel right at home!

Dierenvilla op de Herengracht 🐾

Vanaf jongs af aan altijd al in vriendenboekjes geschreven dat ik ‘iets met dieren’ wilde doen later. Ook elke verjaardag en Sinterklaas gesmeekt om een hond. Nu al 14 jaar een hond en sinds 7 jaar een tweede, beide bij mijn ouders. Ik mis ze wel als ik in mijn studentenstad ben en daarom bij PetBnB gekomen! Kan ook erg goed met katten, in mijn studentenhuis in Utrecht altijd een kat gehad. Ik vind het leuk om om dieren heen te zijn en krijg er altijd energie van. Zelf ben ik sportief, zorgzaam en lief. We love dogs since we were little. We always had pets and were taught to not only give them love, but also take care of them, give attention and enjoy time shared. We make sure they get all the necessary attention, love, entertainment & care. We try to adapt to what they like. If it’s an active dog we don’t hesitate on take them to a park, play togheter, have a walk and dedicate the time they are used to so they feel comfortable. And if it’s a pup that enjoys resting and accompanying more, we love that too! We also enjoy to teach them when they’re puppies since we love seeing their evolution :)

Ik woon vlakbij een park in Amsterdam en elke dag loop ik door een waar hondenparadijs. Helaas is mijn appartement net te klein om een hond in te houden, en is PetBnB daarom de perfecte oplossing! Mijn liefde om naar buiten de natuur in te gaan en de fantastische plekken hier in de buurt voor honden zijn denk ik de gouden combinatie voor een leuke oppas-sessie. Het Oosterpark is namelijk ook vlakbij! Ik heb zelf veel opgepast op honden van vrienden en vroeger thuis ook honden gehad. Ik heb een voorkeur voor de wat grotere honden, ook met de wens om zelf later een grote hond te hebben :) Het lijkt mij fantastisch om lekker buiten te gaan wandelen en te gaan spelen met jouw hond en zo alvast te oefenen voor later! Echte dierenvriend die houdt van wandelen

ik heb zelf jaren lang een kat gehad en op allerlei huisdieren opgepast tijdens het oppassen van kinderen. Als ik in het park ben wordt ik het aller blijst van lieve honden die blij met je willen spelen. Vanwege een te klein appartement in Amsterdam, helaas geen plek voor een hond, daarom wil ik er graag op 1 passen. Ik vind het leuk als honden veel energie hebben en waar je lange wandelingen mee kan maken, ook pas ik veel op een tekkel van een vriendin van mij, daar maak ik korte wandelingen mee en lig ik veel mee op de bank.

Couldn't recommend more! Joske was amazing with Pedro, looking after him for the evening and allowing him to stay the night. We will definitely be using her again, I know Pedro looks forward to it!

Wij hebben zelf al jarenlang 2 honden (een Siberische husky en een Yorkshire Terrier) waar we met veel liefde voor zorgen. Wij passen ook graag op andere honden, en daarnaast zouden onze honden het leuk vinden om af en toe een speelkamaraadje op bezoek te hebben. Dit is vaak mogelijk overdag op zaterdag en/of zondag.
