Since leaving my parents place when I was 18, I have been craving to be able to take care of dogs. During my whole childhood I grew up around (big) dogs at my grandparent's house as well as at my home. My grandpa taught me the do's and don'ts and how to train them and I would regularly take care of their dogs as well as the dogs of family friends. From age 10 to 18 we also had a male German Sheppard at home who I always felt was my "bear" brother. I'm definitely the kind of guy who will stop in the middle of the street to chat with someone about their dog and ask if I can pet him/her. I'm not afraid of any type of dog and feel confident being able to impose myself when needed while remaining calm and respectful. I'm a sporty guy who goes outside a lot and likes to go for long walks in nature or a run - also with my friends or my girlfriend. I could play with dogs for hours. I currently live on the top floor of a spacious flat with rooftop in Oud West near most of the big parks including Westerpark, Rembrandtpark, Erasmuspark and Vondelpark. Regarding the prices and hours, I'm quite flexible and happy to discuss them with you as for me this is really more of a pleasure than a side job. I currently work at New Balance and am flexible to work from home whenever I want and to structure my days to my needs. Foxy is heel lief, rustig en zachtaardig en ze gaat erg goed bij de wat zenuwachtigere honden of jonge bangere puppy’s en kan ze wat vertrouwen geven. Heb ervaring met verschillende karakters en in het verleden als vrijwilliger gewerkt bij een dierenarts. Graag maak ik kennis met je hond en ben flexibel in de mogelijkheden en verzorgings wensen betreffende het hondje. De bedragen zijn een indicatie, maar uiteraard bij bijvoorbeeld extra lange strand wandelingen of andere wensen is er veel bespreekbaar. U kunt u lieve 4-voetige familie lid met een gerust hard bij mij achterlaten.

Jeannette is een hondenliefhebber, honden hebben het goed bij haar. Lekker mee naar het strand en gezellig samen op de bank. Haar hond Foxy is een schuchtere lieverd die het prima vindt er af en toe een andere hond bij te hebben. Alles bij elkaar een geweldig logeeradres! Er komen gauw weer!

Beste vrienden van Niels zijn ouders hebben altijd meerdere labradors en teckels gehad waar hij vaak op heeft moesten passen of hele vakanties mee samen was. Hier heeft hij altijd aandachtig geluisterd wat de zorg van een hond vraagt en hier is ook deels de liefde ontstaan. Een eigen hond is voor ons nu geen optie maar een hondje op bezoek af en toe zou ons heel blij maken! Wij kijken enorm uit naar de nieuwe vrienden die we over de vloer gaan hebben!

I just absolutely adore dogs. Me and Doggo's is magic. You will encounter me walking Desie everywhere in the neighborhood cuddling 73.2% of every puppers I encounter. I am available to have your dog stay over during the day, the night. I can come to your place in central Amsterdam & de Pijp to watch & walk your dog for the day and the night. Downside is for sleepovers I have to bring my dog along, so that may be awkward. I can't travel super long distances, speifically during cold weather. That means that during summer I can operate primarily 1072 postal code regions, in summers *maybe & adjacent*. That means I am mostly available in or near de Pijp. I most certainly won't ship to Noord, Almere or Purmerend to walk doggo. The notion abhors me :) I can visit your house or stay the night walking or biking distance from de Pijp. I can host a dog that's compatible with Desie, inside my apartment. Desie is a female (neutered) Bull Terrier and . very agreeable towards other dogs. IF I stay the night or spend hours at YOUR place, I will have to bring Desie with me. I can NOT host cats. I postively adore cats but Desie adores them as a form of hissing snack. As a particularly illustrative - i have a lot of experience with tame rats. This may be an option, but who would pay "for someone to watch a bunch of rats" ? I would like to evolve experience taking care of avids, such as crows, ravens, birds if prey - but that would a major undertaking. Parrots and such, I guess maybe...? In thirty five years I owned three french bulldogs, three white canadian shepherd, three bull terriers. I profess to having a very deep and sincere bond with nearly all dogs. Until later this year I work from home - and my involvement with PetBnB may move. I likely move houses december-february.
