For as long as I can remember I've had dogs of my own, fostered rescue dogs, and helped friends/family with their pets. I love interacting with dogs and learning new things about them. A few years ago, I figured out that dogsitting was a great fit for my lifestyle and never looked back! When your dog comes to stay with me, they will become a member of the family alongside my own dog: Merlin, a Spanish greyhound mix! He is balanced, calm and social. Other dogs naturally look to him as a role model, and he is delighted to play the part. Together, we will take walks in Haagse Bos or Scheveningen beach, cuddle on the couch, run errands in dog-friendly spaces like the gardening center, or visit friends... I work hybrid between my home and my office (which is a 15 minute bike ride away). This gives me flexibility to offer the following services: 🛌 Boarding 🛌 - The quoted price per day guarantees a minimum of two 20-30 minute walks, and one 45-60 minute walk with plenty of potty breaks in the garden. - An extra guaranteed 20-30 minute walk can be purchased for an additional €7 per day. - You will receive daily photo/video updates about your dog during their first stay. Repeat clients can get daily updates upon request, otherwise updates will be every 1-3 days. - I have to be at my office a couple of days per week. If your need me to look after your dog during periods that include office days, they need to be okay to stay at home with Merlin for up to 8 hours. Upon request, I am able to bike home during my lunch break to let your dog out for an additional €7 per office day. - Extra guaranteed walks must be requested and paid for before the booking begins. 🌞 Doggie Daycare 🌞 - The quoted price for this service applies to Tuesdays and Thursdays during office hours. - Drop-off in the morning is flexible, pickup has to be before 18h. - For doggie daycare outside of the described times, a different price applies based on the specifics of the desired booking. Feel free to reach out if you have different needs! - The quoted price guarantees one 20-30 minute walk with plenty of potty breaks in the garden. Depending on my schedule and yours, your dog might get a second walk. - Extra guaranteed walks cannot be purchased for this service. - New daycare clients will receive one photo/video update per stay, regular clients will receive them upon request. 🏡 Housesitting 🏡 - For this service I will stay in your home overnight with your pets. - The same conditions apply as Boarding, with the addition that my dog Merlin must be able to stay with me and your pets at your home. - I am also experienced with cats, and a different daily price can be negotiated for them. 🐶 General 🐶 - A 'Guaranteed Walk' refers to the minimum daily walks that your dog will get during their stay. Some days we might walk more, but never less. Extra walks which weren't requested & paid for before the booking started won't be charged extra, so there will never be any surprise charges for walks at the end of the booking. - Dogs will only be let off the leash with permission of the owner and if I fully trust them to stay nearby, in spaces where this is allowed. Special walking instructions will always be followed, unless doing so risks a dangerous situation. - Dogs are allowed on the sofa. Access to the bed comes with the condition of good behavior. - If a dog needs any meals during their stay, the owner must provide the food. I can provide bowls and fresh water. - Dogs will not be given human food at any point during their stay. They will only be given dog treats with permission from the owner. - Due to high demand during the school holiday periods, I do not offer boarding and house-sitting in those dates to new clients. This includes the Summer holidays, Autumn Midterm break, Christmas holidays, February break, and Spring break. This way I can guarantee a place to stay to dogs who are already familiar with me and my home, which is better for them than having to adapt to a new place every time. - The owner is responsible for informing me about any behavioral or health issues their dog might have. This allows me to prepare a safe and comfortable environment for them ahead of time. Undisclosed issues that cause problems during the dog's stay will result in refusal to accept future bookings, and the cancellation of other existing bookings. If you're not sure whether a particular behavior could be considered an issue, be sure to mention it to me anyways. - If your dog is very senior or has any serious health issues that increase the risk of emergencies, I require extended instructions on what to do if there's an emergency and you are not reachable. These instructions should be provided in writing before the booking starts. - Any veterinary costs made by the dog during their stay that aren't covered by the petbnb guarantees, are to be paid by the owner. - By booking with me you agree to the terms stipulated in this text. I have a lot of experience caring for sick cats, pregnant cats, kittens, and puppies. I can give injections to cats, kittens, and dogs if needed, and I have also assisted in cat neutering surgeries. We love dogs of all sizes—small and large. Besides caring for animals, I am a professional musician. I have a diploma as a music teacher, orchestra artist, and ensemble performer. I also have three years of experience teaching music at a school, working with children aged 6 to 16. I come from a family of educators—my mother and grandmother were both teachers. If you want your dog to become more social, this is the perfect environment! Your pet will be surrounded by friendly dogs who won’t react to irritation or grumpiness. Dogs learn from each other very quickly, becoming more social and overcoming past fears. 4. We live on the second floor. If your dog doesn’t know how to use stairs, you’ll be surprised at how quickly they learn from other dogs! Some even love running up and down, haha. 5. Our apartment is next to two beautiful parks—just a 1-minute walk away. We are also 10 minutes by car from the beach and another large park where dogs can run off-leash (unless they plan to swim!). Ik heb bijna 20 jaar honden in mijn leven. Ik ben graag buiten en ben dan graag met mijn honden op pad. Ik heb de luxe dat ik een grote tuin heb met een hek eromheen midden in een recreatie gebied op loopafstand van het strand. Mijn ene hond Max teckel 6 jaar en laat ik voor de lange wandelingen meestal thuis. De andere hond Siberische Husky Luna is 10 jaar oud en wil graag spelen, dus het is leuk als er een sociale actieve hond is die dat ook leuk vind. De honden heb ik s nachts in huis en als ik thuis ben en het is mooi weer vaak buiten.

I am a freelance musician, flexible with my time. This job came out of a hobby and I cherish it a lot. I enjoy interactions with dogs and love to see them in their comfort spaces or running around. I have been working with rescue dogs as well as well-trained - all are welcome. I grew up at a place with many stray dogs. We were building houses and feeding them, playing, and naming places after them. I got my own dog more than 10 years ago, a Jack Russell terrier called Cora. Moving around I could not bring her with me to The Netherlands. Now, I am looking for all kinds of dog characters to meet and care for. I am currently living in a nice but small studio flat. I can accommodate only small dogs for in-house stays. But I live in an area with plenty of space for walking and parks for dogs only. Overnight stays are also possible given that I work from home a lot of the time and can be flexible.

Viktoria was again awesome, our 2 rescue beagles where very relaxed when we got back (so we don't think they missed us much). The house was perfectly taken care of by Viktoria who is very tidy. Communicatie is clear and regular (with pictures). So glad we found Viktoria and it is such a good match with our 2 beagle boys.

I know how you feel while looking for a dog sitter because I had a dog until a few months ago and was contacting dog sitters myself until a few months ago! So I know how important it is to feel safe and sure that your loved animal is receiving the same attention and love when you are away. My last dog was a German Shepherd, but I have experience with large, medium, and small dogs. I have experience with difficult dogs, such as dogs that are easily scared by noises, have separation anxiety, and do not get along with other dogs or cats. My dog used to not get along with other dogs on the leash (but he was friendly at the dog park), so I can walk your pet while being vigilant, if you need this kind of service. My last dog needed to take an oral liquid medicine every day due to an autoimmune disease, so I also have experience in giving medicine via mouth! I live near Central Station and next to three parks, including one with a dedicated dog area, and my ground-floor apartment has a fenced garden too! I used to play with my dog in my fenced garden, and I will play with your dog too. Because I have had dogs in my life, and because I had one myself until a few months ago, I can provide the best love and care, treating your dog just like it's my dog. I will carefully listen to your needs and instructions and provide the best care possible. **Even though my calendar doesn't indicate this I can house sit for cat households over the whole week :) I'm an Icelander living in Rotterdam close to a very large park. I got my first dog when I was 7 years old (chihuahua) and the second one when I was 16. I'm from a small town in Iceland and have always loved all animals and nature. I have over the years watched over my own dogs, my sisters (French mastiff), grandma's (silky terrier) and other peoples dogs. I live in Blijdorp, Rotterdam and can take care of your pet from Thursday - Monday or longer if your pet can be left alone for 8 hours. I work as a civil engineering and commercial diver. I will keep my calendar up to date so it'll be clear when I'm free. I have experience with all sizes of dogs as I have owned chihuahuas, have been walking a husky for some time and my sister owns a mastiff. I have been working as a dog sitter in Delft for 4 years , so I have quite some experience. I have experience with house sitting where I've watched over all kinds of dogs an cats. I've taken care of rescue dogs (beagles rescued from a lab) that have anxiety and are scared of most people and over dogs with acid reflux problems. I do not have open for house sitting for the whole week as I can not take on dogs during the middle of the week. Liefde en passie voor uw hond

Ik heb veel persoonlijke aandacht voor de hond en heb veel ruimte buiten om te spelen. Shih tzu en Bordercollie en Yorkshire terrier zijn mijn favoriete honden.Ik heb zelf een hond Cocker spaniel .Hij is 6 maanden oud. Behalve mijn passie voor honden heb ik inmiddels ook veel kennis opgedaan over de hond en zijn gedrag omdat ik afgelopen twee jaar een opleiding heb gedaan als gedragstherapeute voor honden.Ik heb dit jaar ook Diploma zoals profesioneel PetSitter gehaald.(ze hangen op de muur in mijn thuis ;) Behalve gewoon oppassen kan ik daarom ook eventueel van hulp zijn voor de hond en zijn baasje als er problemen of moeilijkheden zijn met de hond.In 2025 heb ik ook en Hondentreiner diploma gedaan.Ik kan graag jouw hond treinen en troekjes leren :) Al enkele jaren komen er bij mij honden als hun baasje op vakantie is. Helaas was het afgelopen jaar erg rustig in verband met Corona.Ik heb Zowel in het weekend als door de weeks zijn de honden welkom.

Patient, energetic and love going for walks!

You can immediately see that I am a dog lover! i will take any suggestion if necessary. I will also take your dogs outside to defecate, pee and play. They will get a lot of patience and love from me. I have experience with small and big dogs, I had two poodles and a boerboel myself. At the moment I prefer smaller dogs because I live in a studio. I know that every dog is different and I have a lot patience with all types of dogs. I am currently available in the morning and evening. Ik woon vlakbij een groot park en loop dagelijks minimaal 12.000 stappen. Hierdoor kan ik actieve honden veel beweging, frisse lucht en aandacht geven. Maar minstens zo belangrijk vind ik dat iedere hond krijgt waar híj of zij gelukkig van wordt. Heeft jouw hond veel energie en speelt hij graag met een bal? Dan maken we daar lekker tijd voor. Is jouw hond sociaal en speelt hij graag met andere honden? Dan hebben we hier een fijn hondenparkje in de buurt waar honden veilig vrij kunnen rondlopen. Meer een echte wandelhond? Dan maak ik graag lange wandelingen door het park en de natuur. En als jouw hond daarvan houdt en het goed opbouwt, ga ik ook graag samen hardlopen. Ik probeer echt de ideale opvang te bieden waarbij jouw hond precies krijgt wat bij hem of haar past, of dat nu spelen, sociale uitdaging, rust of juist veel beweging is. Daarnaast ben ik veel thuis, waardoor honden zelden lang alleen zijn en veel aandacht krijgen gedurende de dag. Hera heeft een geweldige tijd bij Noud gehad. We werden op de hoogte gehouden met berichtjes, foto's en filmpjes heel fijn! Uren werd er met Hera gewandeld, heerlijk. Wanneer we weer op vakantie gaan (en Hera kan niet mee) kiezen we 100% weer voor Noud!

I am happy to have dogs in my spacious place - with fully enclosed dog proof garden, or can house and dog sit at yours if you prefer your dog to stay in the space they feel comfortable - this is what my dogs always preferred.

Hallo lezer :-) Ik ben dol op honden! 🐶🐩🐕‍🦺🦮🐕 maar ook op katten! IIn ons gezin hadden wij een prachtige ragdoll en een britse korthaar. Als kind groeide ik op met een geweldig lieve labrador-retriever en recent was ik de trotse "dogmom" van een chihuahua met karakter. Op dit moment heb ik geen huisdieren en stel ik graag mijn huis en hart open om op uw hondje te passen. In ons huis wonen dus geen andere dieren (meer) maar wel 2 kinderen (11+) die gewend zijn aan het omgaan met een hond. Ik vind het belangrijk om goede instructies te krijgen zodat ik de best mogelijke zorg kan geven aan uw hondje. Ik laat de hond(jes) 3-4 keer per dag uit en respecteer graag instructies van het baasje zodat uw hond dezelfde liefde, aandacht en aanwijzingen krijgt als thuis. Bij ons is er bijna altijd iemand thuis. Lekker wandelen,spelen en knuffelen. Wij wonen vlakbij het bos. Laten we kennismaken en kijken of het klikt! Ook andere dieren zoals een kat 😻of konijn 🐰kom ik graag thuis verzorgen. As a child I grew up with a very sweet Labrador retriever and recently I was the proud "dog mom" of a Chihuahua with character. I currently have no pets and would be happy to open my home and heart to take care of your dog. So no other animals live in our house (anymore), but we do have 2 children (11+) who are used to dealing with a dog. I think it is important to receive good instructions so that I can provide the best possible care for your dog. I walk the dog(s) 3-4 times a day and like to respect the owner's instructions so that your dog receives the same love, attention and instructions as at home. There is almost always someone at home in our house. I enjoy walking, playing and cuddling. We live near the forest. Let's get to know each other and see if we click! Beertje heeft het ontzettend fijn gehad! Vanaf het eerste moment voelde het goed en we wisten dat hij in liefdevolle handen was. Het is zo fijn om je hond met een gerust hart achter te kunnen laten. Bedankt voor alle aandacht, liefde en goede zorgen voor Beertje. We komen zeker nog eens terug!

Ik hou van honden

Het verzorgen van dieren begon als een hobby of een speciale manier om voor de dieren van mijn vrienden te zorgen. In het begin zorgde ik voor huisdieren van vrienden die voor hun werk of voor een korte vakantie naar het buitenland gingen. Ik heb op honden gepast bij mij thuis, voor wandelingen of om naar hun eigen huis te gaan. Ik woon in een studio vlakbij het park tegenover de rechtenfaculteit. Ik heb een flexibel schema om voor ze te zorgen. Mijn vrienden zeggen dat ik een speciale gave heb met honden en begonnen me aan te bevelen bij andere mensen met huisdieren en zo is het allemaal begonnen.
