Hello my name is Gemma and I live in an 145 m2 apartment with my husband Ben. We are an Australian couple who have been living and working in the Netherlands for over 3 years. We are both used to having our own pets in Australia (golden retriver, maltese x west highland terrier, british shorthair) however due to work commitments we are unable to commit to having our own here. Therefore, we would love to take care of your dog or cat on the weekend while you are away from home. Our apartment is spacious enough to take care of your pet where they will recieve our full attention and loving care. I can also arrange for a home visit for 30-60 mins where I will spend time with your pet - feeding, playing, scooping the litter box, changing water or just spending time with them. I'll also happily take your dog for a walk to keep them happy and healthy. Whether your dog enjoys a short stroll or a long walk, I'm here to keep them active and engaged.

Gemma and Ben took really good care of my Labradoodle Dalì. She was very relaxed with them, got lots off attention and looked great when we picked her up again.

I had a very nice experience that Nala stayed with Valentina. It was the first time that Nala stayed with someone else and Valentine reassured me. Wij zijn altijd thuis voor uw hond

Hallo, Graag stellen wij ons even in het kort aan u voor. Ik ben Angelique en woon samen met mijn man Michael en onze zoontjes Finn van 6 jaar en Noah geboren in februari in Delft. Wij hebben zelf 2 schatten van honden, een Labrador genaamd Dimple van inmiddels 9 jaar die alles leuk en iedereen leuk vind en Nova een mopshond van 4 jaar, ook zij is gek op mensen en andere honden. Er is altijd iemand thuis, mijn man heeft zijn kantoor aan huis en ik ben zelf huisvrouw. Uw hond zal hierdoor nooit langer dan een half uurtje alleen thuis zijn. We hebben aan de overkant van onze woning een groot park waar wij met de honden heerlijk kunnen wandelen. Uw hond mag ook voor een langere periode bij ons verblijven. Onze honden slapen lekker in een groot honden bed met een kinder matras en delen deze graag. I raised my Labrador Retriever for three years, from puppyhood to adulthood. Caring for him day in and day out taught me great patience and understanding of a dog's daily needs. Leuk om soms weer een hond in huis te hebben.

Hebben eerder een labrador en daarna een King Charles spaniël gehad. En vaker opgepast op andere soorten zoals Grand Bassets en Labradoodles. Hebben veel tijd, maar ook een boot waarop we de hond ook in het weekend zullen meenemen. Wij willen zelf niet aan een nieuwe hond beginnen, maar vinden wandelen met de hond en een hond in huis heerlijk. Gaan dan naar bossen en als het mag maar het strand. Zijn duidelijk/streng waardoor onze honden nooit op bedden en banken gingen liggen en zich ook bij anderen netjes gedroegen. Anderen wilden daarom ook graag op onze honden oppassen. Wij zijn een gezellige opvang voor tijdens uw vakanties of weekendjes weg. (Minimaal 4 nachten). Let op: wij doen alleen nog maar niet-verharende honden.

In één woord; toppers! We hadden geen betere en liefdevollere verzorging voor onze Jet kunnen wensen, dan Lyda en Peter. Wij komen zeker terug…Jet kijkt er nú al naar uit😍🐕

Geduldige, lieve en enthousiaste oppas

Vier jaar geleden adopteerde ik (na altijd katten te hebben gehad) mijn eerste hond: een klein, 13-jarig, blind en incontinent hondje met allerlei problemen. Het was mijn doel om hem nog een zo mooi mogelijk leven te geven. Ik keek youtube filmpjes, las boeken, huurde gedragstherapeuten in en na een paar maanden had ik er een vrolijke,stabiele hond voor terug. Met terugwerkende kracht een hondenmens. Ik ben zo blij dat honden bestaan, ik kan me geen leven meer zonder hen voorstellen! Die persoon die bij iedere hond die voorbij loopt "KIJK EEN HOND!" zegt tegen haar vriend(en)? Dat ben ik dus 😊 Op het moment hebben wij twee honden: Brownie (1.5 jaar) en Joepie (10 maand). Hun karakters zijn zo'n beetje het tegenovergestelde van elkaar: zoals we het zelf zeggen: we hebben één schaker en één voetballer 😉. Brownie is heel gevoelig, denkt bij alles 3 keer na en snapt wat we van hem vragen. Joepie is een actieve doerak die alles best vindt en nergens van op kijkt. Als ik jouw hond(en) uitlaat kan ik ze samen met mijn twee honden uitlaten, of alleen jouw hond(en). Ondertussen heb ik ervaring met: Gedragsproblemen, medicijnen toedienen, luiers aandoen, clicker training, blinde honden, dove honden, honden die niet meer kunnen lopen, oude honden, puppies en nog veel meer. Wat ik belangrijk vind is dat de behoefte van de hond centraal staat. Wilt een hond bijvoorbeeld niet geaaid worden? Dan zal ik dat nooit forceren en er voor waken dat voorbij lopende mensen de hond niet zomaar aaien. Andere dieren? Ik kan bij jullie thuis komen om eventueel een kat, knaagdier, vogel of ander dier eten en aandacht te geven. Ik vind alle dieren even lief 😊! Last minute aanvragen zijn ook geen probleem.

Aanbeveling

Ben zeer tevreden over de kwaliteiten van Ronja als hondenoppas. Tijdens een weekend weg zorgde ze voor mijn hond Fathiyyi. Dit is gedaan met veel zorg en aandacht. Blije hond bij thuiskomst.

Hi :) Me and my girlfriend Maja are expats living in Rotterdam for 2+ years, and we recently moved to a pet friendly home! We've always loved pets, I've myself had dogs back in Portugal (my home country) since I was 10 years old. I currently have 3 and I miss them every day..
