EXPERIENCE I grew up with a dog and raised him for ten years. Then I had my own dog (flat coated retriever) for seven years. SERVICES The most important aspect of pet sitting is: treating the doggo with care, make him/her feel safe and comfortable. Secondly, basic needs are met: proper amount of food (as much as owner informs), energetic walks in the park, having great conversations :) And of course some nice extra perks such as: - Playing with doggo - Pampering & brushing - Massaging the paws - Smooshing those ears AVAILABILITY Flexibility during weekdays (need to be in the office three days a week) Available during most weekends

Honden zijn altijd een belangrijk onderdeel van mijn leven geweest. Ik ben opgegroeid met honden en weet daardoor hoe fijn het is om ze liefde, aandacht en een veilige omgeving te geven. Ik geniet ervan om lange wandelingen te maken, met ze te spelen en natuurlijk lekker te knuffelen. Ik woon vlak bij het Westerpark, waardoor er volop mogelijkheden zijn voor fijne wandelingen. Daarnaast heb ik een auto, zodat ik ook gemakkelijk naar het bos of andere mooie natuurgebieden kan gaan voor extra afwisseling en avontuur. Als oppas ben ik geduldig, verantwoordelijk en zorgzaam. Ik vind het belangrijk dat iedere hond zich op zijn gemak voelt en de aandacht krijgt die hij of zij nodig heeft. Ik pas me graag aan het karakter en de behoeften van de hond aan, zodat baasjes hun viervoeter met een gerust hart aan mij kunnen toevertrouwen. Ik kijk ernaar uit om jouw hond een fijne, liefdevolle en actieve tijd te bezorgen.

Liefdevol, enthousiast en zorgzaam

Ik vind alle hondjes even leuk en lief en hou ervan om lang te wandelen in het park, te knuffelen en veel te spelen. Ik heb een grasveld voor de deur en een park om de hoek dus dat is handig met uitlaten. Door de jaren heen heb ik op verschillende hondjes gepast. Een engelse Stafford, Australische herder, Beagle puppy, chihuahua puppy en ik pas regelmatig op de ruwharige dwergtackel van mijn tante. Ik vind grotere honden ook leuk maar heb daar wel iets minder ervaring mee en ze passen niet helemaal in mijn kleinere appartement. Hopelijk tot snel!

We had a great experience with Donya. She's communicative, flexible and a pleasure to speak with. She updated us with pictures and how it was going with our dog, he did not want to leave the house because he felt really loved! We will definitely book Donya again.

Hi! I'm Casper, 27 years old, and I work as a junior lecturer at the University of Amsterdam. I absolutely love dogs — I grew up with them and have also done some pet sitting over the years. Right now, my work keeps me too busy during the week to have a dog of my own, but weekends are a different story. From Friday to Sunday (or Monday morning), I have the time and space to give a dog plenty of attention, walks, and affection.
