Dog whisperer in Amsterdam

I am an absolute dog (and animal) lover and as someone who religiously takes multiple walks a day, the only thing missing is a furry friend to keep me company. I love trips to the park and even swims in the summer! I am very gentle and attentive and would take excellent care of your pet if you choose to leave them in my care. I have experience caring for a variety of breeds and I am just as happy to take on an energetic young pup who I can tire out at the dog park, as I am to simply give cuddles and company to a pup at home. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions, I am happy to chat :)

Fijne communicatie, komt afspraken na, een blije hond bij thuiskomst.

From Jack Russells to Ridgebacks

I recently swapped my desk job in sustainability consulting for the great outdoors to follow my true passion, caring for dogs. I wanted to trade my computer screen for fresh air, active days, and meaningful, offline connections. Growing up, I was surrounded by dogs of all sizes, from energetic Jack Russells and cheeky Pointers to friendly Retrievers and Ridgebacks. Because of this, I am deeply comfortable with all breeds and temperaments. I build an excellent rapport with dogs instantly and always treat them as my own. Your pup will receive my full attention, plenty of exercise, and the highest level of care!

Twiggy is not the easiest dog to handle, she is quite anxious and has her moods. but Sarah did a great job. Twiggy trusted her and spent a great time at Sarah’s place. The communication with Sarah was very easy and nice, she was also quite flexible accommodating the timing of bringing Twiggy. Everything went very well and I would totally reach out again if I need a place for Twiggy to stay 😊

Loving care for your pets while you are away. 🐾

I grew up surrounded by animals, especially cats and dogs, and have always loved spending time with them, whether going for walks, playing or simply cuddling. I have a playful Labrador of my own, so I am used to plenty of energy, games and affection! Back home, I also regularly took care of cats in my neighbourhood, making sure they were happy, comfortable and well looked after. I am a patient, caring and responsible person who genuinely enjoys being around animals. I always try to understand each pet’s personality and respect their individual needs and routines. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime or simply relaxing together, I am happy to adapt to what makes them feel most comfortable. You can count on me to give your pet plenty of attention, care and affection while you are away!

Testimonial

Lara is very passionate about pets and enjoys spending time around them. She has her own dog back home and misses him dearly. She loves being around pets and does as much as possible to care for the ones that don’t have a home. She is very patient and comfortable around pets that are new to her.

Daily walks, photo updates, happy dog

I grew up surrounded by dogs and know how much they thrive on routine, attention, and a proper long walk. My own dog is back home in Argentina, so I’ve got a lot of love saved up for someone else’s furry friend. I’m based in Amsterdam Zuid (Stadionplein) and love walks through my neighbourhood, Vondelpark, Beatrixpark and along the Amstel. I’m comfortable giving medication, I’ll send photo and video updates during and after every visit, and I’ll stick to whatever routine your dog already knows. Feel free to send me a message and let’s see if we’re a good match! 🩷

Experienced dog and cat owner in Olympisch Stadion

Hi, I am Alsu, I am 31 y.o. female expat, living next to the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid. I love animals, I have 2 my own dogs and I would be happy to help people living nearby with their pets. I work mostly from home and have free time during the day to take care of the dogs living nearby in the morning, during my lunch break and in the evening. With my partner, we currently have 2 dogs - Luna (Argentinian dogo) and Ponchik (toy poodle), both around 2 year old. Therefore, I have an experience woth both small and big dogs from the moment they were puppies until they are fully grown up. I also used to have 2 cats when I was a teenager, so I can also have experience taking care of them and can help with cats visiting and sitting. Please, contact me to have a quick introduction and I will be happy to help you with your dog or cat!

Geen tijd? !

Alles ging supersoepel!

Dog’s one call away bestfriend

I have 5 dogs back home! I take care of them before and after work from bathing, potty time, and going for a run or walks. My dogs are of different breeds and sizes. I would also always make sure that I play with them and give them attention from time to time. Walks are not just walks for me and my dogs. Walks includes playing and petting! At home, I always make sure I give them proper and enough diet. Nothing is more important than always making sure that your dogs are healthy and happy. With dogs everything is just so fun and exciting especially they give love.
