I love playing with them, cuddling them, brushing them, and just spending time with them in general. I would love to know your pet and their specific needs and make them feel cared for when their parents are away. Actief jong gezin als tof logeeradres

We zijn een gezin met twee jonge dochters dat dol is op honden het liefste zelf ook een hond zou hebben. Door school en werk zou een hond echter lange dagen alleen zijn, wat we een hond niet aan willen doen. In mijn jeugd heb ik zelf met mijn ouders een hond gehad, geen ras, maar leek op een Stabij. Ook komt regelmatig een hond in de familie logeren. De meiden zijn er dol op en willen het liefste de hele dag spelen, knuffelen en wandelen. Ook de honden in de buurt zijn geliefd en worden regelmatig verwend. Het lijkt ons leuk om in weekenden met een hond er op uit te trekken en lekker te gaan wandelen. Ook zouden verschillende doordeweekse dagen mogelijk zijn, als we thuis werken. We hebben een heel aantal weekenden geblokt in de kalender. We merken dat we flink wat aanvragen krijgen en op deze manier kunnen we zelf ook een keer wat inplannen zonder hond in het weekend. Maar daar kunnen we best wat in schuiven. Je mag dus altijd een aanvraag doen, ook al is het voor een moment dat de kalender aangeeft dat we niet beschikbaar zijn. Maar hou er dan wel rekening mee dat het antwoord dan ook nee kan zijn :).

Thorin heeft het naar zn zin gehad bij dit gezin. Hij was gewoon zichzelf bij ophalen en bij thuiskomst. Updates ontvangen en alles is prettig verlopen. Voor herhaling!

Flexibel en veel ervaring

Ik heb me hele leven lang al met honden en katten geleefd en heb dus al zeker wat ervaring opgebouwd met ze. Voor honden die van rust houden

In 2020 adopteerde ik mijn lieve, wat onzekere River, uit Roemenië. Een middelgrote kruising die mensen vaak op een klein herdertje vinden lijken. Sinds 2023 woon ik in een parterrewoning met fijne tuin. Ik vind het leuk om zo af en toe op honden te passen en tegelijkertijd een beetje gezelschap voor River te hebben. Ik ben Zzper en werk veel thuis. Maar voor vaste wekelijkse opvang ben ik niet beschikbaar Behalve River en ik zijn er geen andere bewoners. Dat maakt het lekker rustig. River kan nog behoorlijk speels en energiek zijn, maar in huis is ze tevreden in haar mandje. De tuin is helemaal afgesloten met schuttingen en muren. Ik heb de afgelopen vier jaar veel gelezen en filmpjes gekeken over het begeleiden van honden met onzeker gedrag en ook een coachingstraject gehad met River. Ik geloof in de BAT-theorie (behavior adjustment) die uitgaat van goed gedrag stimuleren en ik volgde de online cursus Trust Technique. Ik geloof niet in dominantie en wil voor de hond de betrouwbare leider/coach zijn. Ik ben benieuwd om jouw hond te leren kennen. Voor een eerste keer maak ik graag een kennismakingsafspraak. Let op: - de agenda staat open voor twee honden per keer. Dat doe ik echter alleen als ik de honden ken en weet dat het om makkelijke honden gaat. Voor River zijn dat al snel teveel prikkels. - voor vakanties ben ik in principe niet beschikbaar. Mocht je op korte termijn oppas nodig hebben voor een weekend of langer, dan kun je altijd even een berichtje sturen. Dan kan ik kijken of er toch iets mogelijk is.

Student maar full time dierenliefhebber

Dieren geven mij liefde in het leven. Ik heb altijd katten thuis gehad, totdat ik in Delft ging studeren. Ik heb veel ervaring met oppassen op katten en honden: voor wandelingen, om te spelen of om bij mij te logeren. Al deze ervaringen hebben mij veel geleerd; ik ken leuke wandelroutes en vind het belangrijk om ze aandacht te geven. I have always had pets at home since I was a child (from cats, to guinea pigs, to even a rabit and a duck once!). Currently, I unfortunately cannot have pets at home in the Netherlands because of my housing agreement... no pets allowed 🫤. But I miss it so much and I say all the time to my partner "I really wish I could get a cat!". My best days are when my neighbour's cat is outside the house in the sun and I can just give it some pets. Back in my homecountry I still have three awesome and super cute cats at my parents' house. Of dat nu in de vorm van een kat of een hond is, maakt mij niet veel uit. Ik vind beide dieren leuk! In mijn ouderlijk huis ben ik opgegroeid in een gezellige beestenbende. We hadden een hond (recent: Heidewachtel, vroeger: Vlinderhondje), 4 katten, konijnen, kippen en cavia’s. Ik heb zelf één van onze honden opgevoed en ik ben ermee op cursus gegaan (de Heidewachtel, een jachtras). Onze poes is tweemaal zwanger geweest, waarvan ze één nestje heeft verworpen. Deze kittens heb ik toen ook verzorgd en gevoed. Kortom: ik ben praktisch opgegroeid als dierenverzorger. Later, als uitgevlogen vogel uit het ouderlijk nest, had ik helaas geen mogelijkheid tot huisdieren ivm verbod door huisbaas. Gelukkig kan ik af en toe oppassen op de katten van mijn ouders en de kat en Appenzeller Sennenhond van een vriendin. Maar ik mis de regelmatige, dierlijke connectie enorm. Honden en katten maken mij blij en ik merk de connectie met ze. Zij voelen dat bij mij aan, vaak lopen honden uit zichzelf vrolijk op mij af om hallo te zeggen en te snuffelen. Ik kan het dan natuurlijk niet weerstaan om even een aai over zijn/haar bol te geven. Met katten weet ik heel goed te herkennen wanneer zij aandacht willen en wanneer zij hun eigen ding willen doen. Ik woon dichtbij het Haagse Bos en vind het heerlijk om met een hond door het bos te wandelen. Doordeweeks werk ik, maar ik mag van mijn werkgever veel thuiswerken. Mijn werk kan ik overal waar WiFi is uitvoeren, dus ook bij jouw huisdier. Tussendoor en tegelijk met mijn werkzaamheden kan ik je hond uitlaten, met je hond/kat spelen en aandacht geven. In between and alongside my work, I can walk your dog, play with your dog/cat, and give him/her attention. Here's a story: every week while I'm having my coffee by the window there's a dog who smoothly rushes her way to the corner of the street to hide behind a pole so she can sneaky scare her owner when she approaches, and does a little "got ya" dance after. Every week with same joy! These are some of the moments that make my day. My name is Lidija and I look forward to spend quality time with your dog. For someone who had a dog and is not able to have one now, I feel "at home" meeting different characters & bond with your beloved dog. I dogsitted occasionally during the last few years since I moved to The Hague. Nature walks are my thing and my neighboorhood is luckily close to pet friendly spots. Ben altijd thuis als de hond er is

Ik ben recent mijn beide hondjes verloren en mis het enorm om naar buiten te gaan en leven in huis te hebben. Aangezien ik zelf nog niet toe ben aan een nieuwe hond bied ik mij aan als oppas ❤️ Voorwaarde is wel dat je je hond(en) zelf komt brengen en halen, ik heb geen auto. Je hond komt niets tekort en zal amper alleen zijn. Ik hoop dat ik hiermee mensen uit de brand kan helpen. Ik woon 1 hoog zonder lift. Als je hond geen trap kan/mag lopen en niet te zwaar is zal ik hem/haar de trap op en af tillen 😊 Ik heb voor nu 1 plek voor 1 hond per keer, mocht je 2 kleine hondjes hebben en me nodig hebben kan dit gewoon! 😁

Fijn contact, goede connectie met de hond en heel liefdevol. Onze doodle voelde zich heel snel thuis terwijl ze normaal best angstig is. Updates over hoe het ging met foto’s. Gaf een vertrouwd gevoel. Dank je wel Vera!
