For as long as I can remember I've had dogs of my own, fostered rescue dogs, and helped friends/family with their pets. I love interacting with dogs and learning new things about them. A few years ago, I figured out that dogsitting was a great fit for my lifestyle and never looked back! When your dog comes to stay with me, they will become a member of the family alongside my own dog: Merlin, a Spanish greyhound mix! He is balanced, calm and social. Other dogs naturally look to him as a role model, and he is delighted to play the part. Together, we will take walks in Haagse Bos or Scheveningen beach, cuddle on the couch, run errands in dog-friendly spaces like the gardening center, or visit friends... I work hybrid between my home and my office (which is a 15 minute bike ride away). This gives me flexibility to offer the following services: 🛌 Boarding 🛌 - The quoted price per day guarantees a minimum of two 20-30 minute walks, and one 45-60 minute walk with plenty of potty breaks in the garden. - An extra guaranteed 20-30 minute walk can be purchased for an additional €7 per day. - You will receive daily photo/video updates about your dog during their first stay. Repeat clients can get daily updates upon request, otherwise updates will be every 1-3 days. - I have to be at my office a couple of days per week. If your need me to look after your dog during periods that include office days, they need to be okay to stay at home with Merlin for up to 8 hours. Upon request, I am able to bike home during my lunch break to let your dog out for an additional €7 per office day. - Extra guaranteed walks must be requested and paid for before the booking begins. 🌞 Doggie Daycare 🌞 - The quoted price for this service applies to Tuesdays and Thursdays during office hours. - Drop-off in the morning is flexible, pickup has to be before 18h. - For doggie daycare outside of the described times, a different price applies based on the specifics of the desired booking. Feel free to reach out if you have different needs! - The quoted price guarantees one 20-30 minute walk with plenty of potty breaks in the garden. Depending on my schedule and yours, your dog might get a second walk. - Extra guaranteed walks cannot be purchased for this service. - New daycare clients will receive one photo/video update per stay, regular clients will receive them upon request. 🏡 Housesitting 🏡 - For this service I will stay in your home overnight with your pets. - The same conditions apply as Boarding, with the addition that my dog Merlin must be able to stay with me and your pets at your home. - I am also experienced with cats, and a different daily price can be negotiated for them. 🐶 General 🐶 - A 'Guaranteed Walk' refers to the minimum daily walks that your dog will get during their stay. Some days we might walk more, but never less. Extra walks which weren't requested & paid for before the booking started won't be charged extra, so there will never be any surprise charges for walks at the end of the booking. - Dogs will only be let off the leash with permission of the owner and if I fully trust them to stay nearby, in spaces where this is allowed. Special walking instructions will always be followed, unless doing so risks a dangerous situation. - Dogs are allowed on the sofa. Access to the bed comes with the condition of good behavior. - If a dog needs any meals during their stay, the owner must provide the food. I can provide bowls and fresh water. - Dogs will not be given human food at any point during their stay. They will only be given dog treats with permission from the owner. - Due to high demand during the school holiday periods, I do not offer boarding and house-sitting in those dates to new clients. This includes the Summer holidays, Autumn Midterm break, Christmas holidays, February break, and Spring break. This way I can guarantee a place to stay to dogs who are already familiar with me and my home, which is better for them than having to adapt to a new place every time. - The owner is responsible for informing me about any behavioral or health issues their dog might have. This allows me to prepare a safe and comfortable environment for them ahead of time. Undisclosed issues that cause problems during the dog's stay will result in refusal to accept future bookings, and the cancellation of other existing bookings. If you're not sure whether a particular behavior could be considered an issue, be sure to mention it to me anyways. - If your dog is very senior or has any serious health issues that increase the risk of emergencies, I require extended instructions on what to do if there's an emergency and you are not reachable. These instructions should be provided in writing before the booking starts. - Any veterinary costs made by the dog during their stay that aren't covered by the petbnb guarantees, are to be paid by the owner. - By booking with me you agree to the terms stipulated in this text. Heb vele jaren mijn eigen hond gehad die paar jaar geleden in mijn armen aan een hart aanval is overleden. Net een nieuw liefde in mijn leven genomen, een kleine maltipoo, Kestrel, die nu 6 mnd is. Ik hou zeer van wandelen, vooral op Waalsdorper Vlakte, Marlotbos, Clingendael en/of t strand, dus hond moet wel in de auto meekunnen. Ik verwen ' 'mijn' honden altijd, maar ben ook een goede Alpha waarbij de hond zijn plek kent. Ben zelf groot en sterk, en de laatste jaren veel op een canna corso en een Akita gepast. Mijn laatste hond was trouwens een boxer-pointer, die helemaal weg was van het strand, door weer en wind was hij een speelse jager tot t einde (en hobbelde ik er vrolijk achter aan). Heb aantal oppashondjes (labradoodle, goldendoodle, chihuahua en fauve basset de bretagne, goldendoodle, dwergpoedels, jachthonden, herders, lanradors, retrievers, en bulldogs) te logeren gehad en vind t heerlijk om alle verschillende karaktertjes te leren kennen. Ook vind ik t altijd heel gezellig als honden paar daagjes bij Camp Filine willen komen logeren. Ondertussen heb ik aantal pups groot gebracht van 3 mnd naar 2.5 jaar, wekelijks. Ben flexible. All together win win win situation, dog happy, owner happy and me happy High season n holidays (zoals Kerst, Pasen, etc), school vakanties toeslag van €10/pd.

Zeer sympathieke dame met duidelijk inzicht in gedrag van honden. Mijn hondje heeft (afgaande op de diverse foto’s en video’s) een heerlijk weekend gehad bij Filine. Veel buiten geweest op allerlei plekken. Absolute aanrader!

Hoi! Ik pas regelmatig op honden van vrienden en vind het heerlijk om lange wandelingen te maken, te spelen (heb zelf ook veel energie) en simpele trucjes te oefenen. Doordeweeks werk ik in Rotterdam (ma, di, do – honden mogen mee!) en op woensdag en vrijdag geef ik les in Den Haag, dan kan er helaas geen hond mee. In het weekend kan ik vaak, en in vakantieperiodes (zoals nu!) ben ik een stuk flexibeler omdat ik niet voor de klas hoef te staan. Ik ben opgegroeid met katten, heb nu twee hele leuke konijnen, en word eigenlijk blij van bijna elk dier. Omdat ik nu nog geen hond kan nemen, vind ik het extra leuk om af en toe voor eentje te zorgen.

Voor honden die van rust houden

In 2020 adopteerde ik mijn lieve, wat onzekere River, uit Roemenië. Een middelgrote kruising die mensen vaak op een klein herdertje vinden lijken. Sinds 2023 woon ik in een parterrewoning met fijne tuin. Ik vind het leuk om zo af en toe op honden te passen en tegelijkertijd een beetje gezelschap voor River te hebben. Ik ben Zzper en werk veel thuis. Maar voor vaste wekelijkse opvang ben ik niet beschikbaar Behalve River en ik zijn er geen andere bewoners. Dat maakt het lekker rustig. River kan nog behoorlijk speels en energiek zijn, maar in huis is ze tevreden in haar mandje. De tuin is helemaal afgesloten met schuttingen en muren. Ik heb de afgelopen vier jaar veel gelezen en filmpjes gekeken over het begeleiden van honden met onzeker gedrag en ook een coachingstraject gehad met River. Ik geloof in de BAT-theorie (behavior adjustment) die uitgaat van goed gedrag stimuleren en ik volgde de online cursus Trust Technique. Ik geloof niet in dominantie en wil voor de hond de betrouwbare leider/coach zijn. Ik ben benieuwd om jouw hond te leren kennen. Voor een eerste keer maak ik graag een kennismakingsafspraak. Let op: - de agenda staat open voor twee honden per keer. Dat doe ik echter alleen als ik de honden ken en weet dat het om makkelijke honden gaat. Deze titel was de naam van me laatste hond die ik gehadt heb, een Tervuersen herder. Sinds mijn jeugd heb ik altijd iets met honden gehadt, en ondanks mijn jonge leeftijd was ik toen al verantwoordelijk voor 2 honden, beiden waren Gordon Setters. Uiteraard zijn er op latere leeftijd 2 andere honden in me leven verschenen, beiden Tervuersen herders, waar dus 1 hiervan de titel heeft verdiend. Met beiden heb ik gehoorzaamheid cursussen voor gevorderende gedaan, en later competities, namelijk zogenaamde hindernisbanen voor honden, wat ik geweldig vondt. De samenwerking die je opbouwt, en het vertrouwen dat de hond aan jouw geeft ervaar ik als iets, wat je niet zomaar met een ander kan delen. Helaas bevind ik me nu in de omstandigheden, dat ik niet dagelijks voor een hond kan zorgen, maar deze site bied voor mijn de ultieme oplossing; namelijk toch de gelegenheid krijgen om geregeld weer voor een hond te mogen zorgen! En ik vind het nu al heel erg leuk bij deze gedachte!

Dankjewel voor het oppassen op Luna. Ze heeft je erg uitgetest en is er bekaf van. Ze lag gelijk plat toen we thuis kwamen. Hopelijk dat ze langer in de cursus minder uittest en ook wat meer gaat rusten.

Hoi! Santino en ik zijn enorme dierenliefhebbers en passen dan ook graag op jouw viervoeter. We houden van wandelen en gaan regelmatig naar Delftse Hout of het strand. We hebben zelf altijd huisdieren gehad en zijn de trouwe oppas voor de viervoeters van onze vrienden en familie. Inmiddels hebben we ervaring met honden, katten, knaagdieren en vogels. Santino studeert nog en ik werk veel thuis waardoor we extra tijd hebben voor knuffels, spelen, en wandelen. We wonen in een appartement met balkon op de tweede verdieping en gaan graag naar buiten als onze viervoeter gast dat ook leuk vindt! Verder is Santino heel rustig, houdt van lezen, duiken en spelletjes. Ik vind het leuk om op pad te gaan (wandelen, boulderen, duiken) of te koken. Hopelijk zien we je snel! Sinds wij samen zijn hebben wij op honden, katten, paarden en kippen gepast. Zowel bij ons thuis als op diverse adressen in heel Nederland. Momenteel past het niet in ons leven om zelf de zorg te dragen voor een hond. Dat is de reden dat wij samen graag de zorg voor honden van anderen (tijdelijk) uit handen nemen. Jouw huisdier, ‘kindje’ beland bij ons in een paradijs voor honden vol gezelligheid, liefde en zorgzaamheid. Als jij zelf een avondje, dagje, weekend weg of op vakantie bent dan gun jij je hond toch ook het beste? Omdat wij nog maar net in ons nieuwe huis wonen, moet de tuin nog aangepakt worden zodat het een echt honden paradijs wordt. In de toekomst zal er onder andere gras komen en veel tegels worden verwijderd. Op ons profiel kan je alvast een paar foto's bekijken zoals het nu is. Henriëtte werkt vanuit huis en zal de hele dag thuis zijn met jouw trouwe viervoeter. Na werktijd en in het weekend ben ik er ook voor de hond. Wil jij jouw hond laten overnachten bij ons? Gezellig, dat kan! Wij wonen in een huis met een grote afgesloten tuin waar je hond vrij kan rondlopen. In de zomer staat er zelfs een honden zwembad in de tuin en een relaxbed voor ze klaar. Wij verwennen de honden, maar de honden kennen wel hun plek bij ons en we zijn consequent. Wij kunnen vanuit huis zo langs de Vliet wandelen en naar diverse parken in Voorburg. Maar wij vinden het ook leuk om de hond mee te nemen in de auto en ze ergens anders uit te laten. Daarnaast gaan wij zelf graag naar de duinen, het strand, het bos en de Vlietlanden om te wandelen. Onze favoriete wandelplekken zijn: *Duinen; *Waalsdorpervlakte; *De Vlietlanden recreatiegebied; *Park Vreugd en Rust langs de Vliet; *Haagse bos en Scheveningse bosjes; *Strand en in de zomer het hondenstrand bij haven en einde Zwarte Pad . Zo kunnen wij goed kijken of een hond bij ons past en weten wij waar wij rekening mee kunnen houden. *Is de hond ergens bang voor of niet? *Op welke tijden laten jullie de hond uit? *Kan je hond loslopen tijdens wandelen? *Welke commando’s worden er gebruikt? *Wat en op welke tijden krijgt hij/zij te eten; *Blaft de hond ook in- en rondom huis in tuin? *Kan je hond wel of niet met andere honden samen in ons huis verblijven? Wat kan je verwachten van onze opvang service: *Als de hond bij ons is, dan krijgt hij/zij van ons een name tag met ons telefoonnummer voor het geval dat; *Wij hebben voerder- en drinkbakken, speeltjes voor de honden, oude handdoeken, honden snoepjes etc. Uiteraard mag je zelf ook dingen meenemen waar je hond aan gehecht is. Ik ben van jongs af aan opgegroeid met veel verschillende dieren en heb daardoor veel ervaring met de verzorging en omgang met huisdieren. Thuis hebben we voornamelijk honden gehad, maar ook een kat, gekko’s, konijnen, hamsters, ratten en vissen. Je kunt dus wel zeggen dat het bij ons soms echt een huis vol dieren was! Ik heb veel ervaring met het uitlaten van honden, met katten spelen en natuurlijk met het verzorgen en aandacht geven aan kleinere huisdieren. Ik vind het belangrijk dat dieren zich op hun gemak voelen en voldoende aandacht krijgen. Omdat ik met zoveel verschillende dieren ben opgegroeid, weet ik goed hoe ik rustig en verantwoordelijk met dieren moet omgaan. Nu ik op mezelf woon, zou ik zelf heel graag weer een huisdier willen. Op dit moment komt dat alleen niet zo goed uit. Juist daarom vind ik het extra leuk om af en toe op de dieren van iemand anders te passen. Zo kan ik toch lekker met dieren bezig zijn, wandelen, spelen, verzorgen en natuurlijk knuffelen. Ik doe dit met veel plezier en zorg ervoor dat ieder dier de aandacht en verzorging krijgt die het nodig heeft.
