My name is Claire, I’m 31 years old, and I live in Tilburg with my husband and our rescue dog — an energetic mix of shepherd and mountain dog. He’s active and intelligent, so we spend a lot of time outdoors. I take him out several times a day to the nearby parks, and on weekends we enjoy long forest walks. We live in a comfortable house with a garden, giving dogs plenty of space to play and relax.

I grew up surrounded by animals: labradors, a Tibetan terrier, two Belgian shepherds, and now my Romanian rescue. I also regularly take care of friends’ dogs at home, which I truly enjoy. I’m affectionate, patient, and I love teaching dogs new tricks, but I also know how to stay calm and act quickly in emergencies. When my own dog had an accident a few months ago, I reacted immediately and supported him throughout his recovery. This experience taught me a lot about canine first aid and emotional care.
