Afonso was super attentive to our cats while we were on holiday back in Germany. He provided ample play time and even sent us pictures and videos. Heās also a great guy so working with him was easy. I would recommend his services to anyone!

Afonso was wonderful with my baby Winnie! Leaving my dog always makes me a little nervous but Afonso kept me well informed throughout his stay which put my mind at ease. And I could tell she was a happy dog when I returned home! Thank you Afonso!

Afonso has such a kind and nurturing energy with all pets! Even just passing by on the street they all light up as if they have known him for years. Heās the best :)

Afonso heeft met veel liefde en toewijding voor onze drie huisdieren (een hond, een kat en een schildpad) gezorgd. Hij was altijd heel professioneel, verantwoordelijk en aandachtig voor de behoeften van elk van hen. Bovendien was hij heel vriendelijk en stond hij altijd klaar om te helpen waar nodig. We waren helemaal gerust en hadden er alle vertrouwen in toen we onze huisdieren aan zijn zorg toevertrouwden. Ik beveel hem zonder enige twijfel aan.

Ik heb mijn hond een weekend bij Afonso in Amsterdam achtergelaten en ik had niet tevredener kunnen zijn. Hij was uiterst zorgzaam en attent, en je merkt echt dat hij van dieren houdt. Ik kreeg updates, had altijd vertrouwen en toen ik terugkwam was mijn hond rustig, blij en heel goed verzorgd.
Het is zeldzaam om iemand te vinden met dit niveau van verantwoordelijkheid en zorg. Ik raad hem zonder enige twijfel aan, ik zal hem in de toekomst zeker weer vertrouwen. Heel erg bedankt, Afonso!

Afonso is the ultimate dog whisperer!
I've seen him deal with different dog and cat breeds, sizes, temperaments and special needs always with the utmost care, love and patience. He manages to get even the most scared and shy little friends to fall in love with him. 100% recommend!

I honestly cannot recommend him enough. Afonso is absolutely amazing with animals. you can immediately feel how natural and genuine his connection with them is. His energy is calm, attentive, and incredibly caring.

I've been combining my remote job as an economist with petsitting for some time now in Portugal, Germany and Amsterdam. I just created my PetBnB profile but you can find reviews about my job in several other platforms.
With two furry friends back in sunny Portugal (a beagle and a German shepherd), I've got pet love in my DNA. I'll make sure to transpose that feeling of missing my pets by spoiling yours with cuddles and care.
I am also experienced with dogs and cats who require special attention, either because of their age or because they're being medicated, or sometimes because they are depressed).
