Met de roedel het bos in of de heide op

Mijn naam is Elske en heb twee hondjes en pas regelmatig op andere honden. Als pleegopvang en standaard oppas voor verschillende honden heb ik ruime ervaring met verschillende rassen. Samen met mijn twee kleine hondjes, en af en toe een grote hond, wandelen we dagelijks in het bos of op de heide. Helaas is er nu nog een hondje over. Ik kan daarom makkelijk een extra hond erbij mee nemen. Ben erg flexibel en meestal beschikbaar om er een hond bij te nemen. Op dit moment werk ik geregeld thuis. Ik ben onderzoeker diergedrag geweest, dierenarts assistent en doe nu m.n. coaching met mijn honden en paard. Zie www.dehelendekrachtvandieren.nl. We maken graag eerst kennis om te kijken of het klikt, mijn hondjes hebben daarin ook een zegje en mening. Voor logeren vraag ik altijd een proefnachtje, zodat we kunnen uittesten hoe het gaat. Bij alle verzoeken spreken we eerst af op neutraal terrein. Dan doen we een rondje samen en komen als roedel thuis bij mij. Bij brengen neem ik de hond mee vanuit de auto of bij de ingang van de tuin. Hierdoor zijn ze minder geneigd om te blijven zoeken bij de poort naar de baas. Ik vind het fijn als er persoonlijke spulletjes mee worden gebracht zodat de hond zijn eigen geur bij zich heeft (mandje, kleedje, oud t-shirt, knuffel). Alle hondjes moeten gevaccineerd en ontvlooid zijn. Dat zijn mijn hondjes ook. Ik heb een klein huisje maar ook een buitenplaats waardoor ze de ruimte hebben om langs elkaar te gaan en een eigen plek in te nemen. Ik ben ook beschikbaar om te helpen met trekken aan de riem en angst in de auto. Veel van mijn oppashondjes hebben (helaas) een tragisch verleden. Ik hoop ze positieve en leuke avonturen, en weerbaarheid/veerkracht te laten ervaren, deels door mijn eigen manier van omgang met ze en met hulp van mijn hondjes.

Helaas klikten onze honden niet helemaal met elkaar, vrij belangrijk detail voor als hij uit logeren gaat of dagje uit. Maar als persoon vind ik Elske een heel fijn mens met de goede energie. Echt heel jammer

Van kleins af aan ben ik al gek op dieren en ben ik altijd door huisdieren omringd geweest. Vroeger liet ik met veel plezier honden uit bij het asiel , dit wakkerde mijn dierenliefde alleen maar meer aan. Ik ben zelf opgegroeid met een beagle, bastaard keeshond en als laatste een Friese Stabij. Allemaal anders, maar oh zo lief, leuk, eigenwijs en een aanvulling op je leven. . Ook heb jarenlang opgepast op een Drentse Patrijshond en heb toen ik in Arnhem woonde diverse honden uitgelaten, nu ben ik dat aan t afbouwen, omdat ik sinds kort in Bennekom woon. Nieuwe dierenvrienden zijn ook vrienden!

Honden-en huizenoppas in heel Nederland mogelijk

Labradors en golden retrievers heb ik het meeste ervaring mee. Ik vind het heerlijk om lange wandelingen te maken en met een bal te spelen. Lekker knuffelen en veel aandacht geef ik aan honden. De hond van mijn vriend is onlangs overleden. Ze heeft de respectabele leeftijd van 14 jaar bereikt. Ze was niet de snelste meer maar ik liet haar heerlijk snuffelen bij het wandelen. Ik mis haar enorm en heb veel tijd nu om voor andere honden te zorgen. In ieder geval totdat mijn vriend er weer aan toe is om een andere hond te willen of zelf een hond zou nemen. Voor nu lijkt dit een mooie win-win situatie:).

Jacquelien heeft ons echt overtroffen in de zorg voor onze hond. We hadden daarnaast een zieke kat..die ze zo zorgvol heeft verzorgd en dat ook heel pittig bleek..maar die er helemaal bovenop is gekomen. Daar zijn we echt dankbaar voor. Jacquelien heeft echt zoveel liefde voor dieren!! We konden ons geen betere dierenoppas wensen en hopen dat ze in de toekomst weer een keer wil langskomen en wilt oppassen.

Ik ben opgegroeid met een lief hondje, na het overlijden van mijn maatje pas ik nu met regelmaat op andermans viervoeters.
