Hi pet parents, lovely to meet you! I'm Nina, 28 years old, and I grew up here in The Hague. About me I grew up with two dogs and three cats, and I've always loved taking care of them. For the last two years, while living in Amsterdam, I had two regular addresses that asked me to look after their dogs during workdays, weekends away and holidays. About the apartment The house is a calm place, as there are no other pets or children. Luckily, the Scheveningse Bosjes (meaning lots of fun and plenty of other dogs!) are just around the corner. If the schedule allows and they feel comfortable enough, I also love going for a walk on the beach. Important: the apartment is on the first floor. The staircase is very doable (it's not steep), but it's good to know. Practicalities - I'm flexible with my availability. - The response rate on my profile might be low because it was inactive. When I was living in Amsterdam, I found two addresses that regularly asked me to dog-sit for them. Hii!! My name is Anna, and me with my husband have a house with two beautiful dog boys, Leon and Garry. Leon is a 9y old Bichon Frisé and Garry is a 4y old rescue dog (we think a mix of Border Collie and Labrador/Golden Retriever) from Bosnia. beste honden eigenaren, wij wonen heerlijk vrij met een grote omheinde tuin en hebben zelf altijd honden gehad. we hebben 3 jonge kinderen van de leeftijden 0-7 jaar. helaas hebben wij recent onze hond in moeten laten slapen en mis ik uiteraard een leuke hond om ons heen. ik ben veel thuis en ik weet hoe fijn het is om een oppas te hebben waar je je hond zonder zorgen naar toe kan brengen. hier wordt de hond vertroeteld met wandelingen, veel aandacht en gezelligheid. ik wandel altijd in de ochtend, rond lunchtijd en later in de middag. de kinderen hebben altijd honden gehad en zijn heel relaxed en vinden het hartstikke leuk als er een hond is. hierdoor passen we alleen op honden die kleine kinderen ook gewend zijn en geen medische aandoening hebben. uiteraard medicijnen kan zeker wel. onze voorkeur gaat uit naar vakantie oppas en niet naar wekelijks vaste dagen. zo kunnen we zelf kiezen wat wanneer past en is het geen verplichting. zeker buiten de schoolvakanties. wij zouden het heel leuk vinden om de hond wat langer in huis te hebben. dus zoek je een fijn thuis voor je hond tijdens vakanties? neem dan contact op!

Hello, We have recently moved to a larger home in a quiet, green neighborhood right next to Clingendael Park and the Haagse Bos. This location offers direct access to some of the nicest walking routes in the area. The house has plenty of indoor space and a fully enclosed garden with grass and high hedges. Dogs can safely move around, relax outside or play, depending on their energy level. The garden is a big advantage for dogs that like having outdoor access without constant leash time. Our jobs are hybrid and we coordinate our schedules so that usually one of us is working from home. This means there is regular presence throughout the day and your dog is not left alone for long periods. We have experience with dogs of different sizes, ages and temperaments and have been doing this since before our daughter was born. We now have a toddler at home who is used to being around dogs and enjoys their company. Because of this, it is important that your dog is comfortable around young children. At home, we keep things calm and structured. We follow a consistent routine with walks, feeding, rest and downtime. Walks are often in Clingendael or the Haagse Bos, depending on the dog and weather. Inside, dogs have space to settle and we provide simple enrichment like toys and interaction. We do not take puppies younger than 6 months. Before confirming a stay, we like to understand your dog a bit better: – How they are with other dogs – Any triggers or specific behaviour – Whether they have separation anxiety or bark frequently – Whether they are comfortable around toddlers We live in a quiet residential area with neighbors nearby, so we only accept dogs that fit a calm environment and do not bark excessively. Flexibele thuiswerker & enthousiaste hondenfan

Sinds kinds af aan, heb ik altijd voor buren en vrienden honden uitgelaten of opgepast. Nu pas ik regelmatig op de golden retriever van een familielid, vaak meerdere dagen achter elkaar. Dat is de reden dat ik graag de zorg voor honden van anderen (tijdelijk) uit handen neem. Jouw huisdier, ‘kindje’ beland bij mij in ‘Doggy Camp Scheveningen’, een paradijs voor honden vol gezelligheid, liefde en zorgzaamheid. Als jij zelf een avondje, dagje, weekend weg of op vakantie bent dan gun jij je hond toch ook het beste? Samen met mijn moeder (1948) zorgen wij met liefde voor jouw huisdier. Wat kan je verwachten van onze opvang service: *Als de hond bij ons is, dan krijgt hij/zij van ons een name tag met ons telefoonnummer voor het geval dat; *Wij hebben voerder- en drinkbakken, speeltjes voor de honden, oude handdoeken, honden snoepjes etc. Uiteraard mag je zelf ook dingen meenemen waar je hond aan gehecht is. Neem aub zelf eten mee voor de hond. *De eerste keer dat jouw hond bij ons komt zal hij of zij alleen zijn zodat wij de hond goed leren kennen. Wij hebben geen vaste honden op vaste dagen. Wij hebben wel vaste hondengasten die regelmatig bij ons komen. *De eerste keer zal je hond niet worden losgelaten, zodat wij eerst kunnen checken of de hond luistert naar jullie commando’s als wij dat gebruiken. *Er zullen maximaal 2 honden tegelijkertijd op ons adres aanwezig zijn. Dit doen wij alleen met honden die wij reeds kennen en na overleg met beide baasjes. *Wil je gegarandeerde 1 op 1 service van ons voor jouw hond? Dat kan, daarvoor vragen wij een hoger tarief per dag/nacht. *Zodra een hond voor dagopvang of logeren komt maken wij een groepsapp aan. Tijdens het verblijf van je hond zal je in de ochtend, middag en avond een foto of video update ontvangen over je hond. Belangrijk ter kennismaking Hoe lief jouw hond ook is en hoe goed hij thuis ook maar mag gehoorzamen. Onze ervaring is dat dat op andere locaties heel anders kan zijn. Indien je geïnteresseerd bent in onze honden oppasservice, dan wordt er altijd eerst een kennismaking gepland en een opvangdag afgesproken. Dat kan tegelijkertijd op 1 dag. Je kan hiervoor een reservering maken via onze agenda. Voor vakantieaanvragen geldt, dat de hond minimaal één nacht bij ons moet overnachten. Alleen op deze manier kunnen wij inschatten of wij voor een langere periode voor de hond willen zorgen. De reden dat wij dit aangeven zijn de volgende voorbeelden: “Mijn hond blaft nooit”> hier blaft hij non stop, ook de hele nacht; “Mijn hond is zeer goed opgevoed”> hier springt de hond op de tafel en hangt hij in de gordijnen; “Mannen/vrouwen, mijn hond is dol op mensen” > bij ons gromt en blaft de hond naar mannen; “Mijn hond luistert heel goed naar deze commando’s > achteraf gezien blijkt dat de hond thuis voornamelijk door een man is opgevoed en wordt uitgelaten, zodra wij er voor zorgen luistert hij nergens meer naar; "Mijn hond kan heel goed met andere honden"! > als baasjes met een hond gaan wandelen in het bos, vind de hond het leuk om met andere honden te spelen. Sadly, he passed away after battling cancer, and during his later years I was responsible for taking him to veterinary appointments and helping manage his medical care. Hello dog lovers, I work from home a few days a week and love having a little companion throughout the day. My husband, Lourens, and I also have our own little dog, Ansie Bester, a 4 kg Yorkshire Terrier. She’s very social and loves having a friend around, especially smaller dogs that she can comfortably play with. While I love all animals, I have a special place in my heart for tiny dogs. I've really grown up with dogs, and dogs of all sizes. I usually form a bond with animals pretty quickly. I'm patient and enjoy giving them lots of love, cuddles and a calm, safe environment. Both Ansie and I are very happy just being at home, but we also enjoy going for walks and spending time outside. We're a dog-loving couple, living in a spacious three-story home with a small fenced backyard. Your dog will have plenty of room to roam, play safely outside if they want, and receive double the love and attention during their stay! Ik ben van jongs af aan opgegroeid met veel verschillende dieren en heb daardoor veel ervaring met de verzorging en omgang met huisdieren. Thuis hebben we voornamelijk honden gehad, maar ook een kat, gekko’s, konijnen, hamsters, ratten en vissen. Je kunt dus wel zeggen dat het bij ons soms echt een huis vol dieren was! Ik heb veel ervaring met het uitlaten van honden, met katten spelen en natuurlijk met het verzorgen en aandacht geven aan kleinere huisdieren. Ik vind het belangrijk dat dieren zich op hun gemak voelen en voldoende aandacht krijgen. Omdat ik met zoveel verschillende dieren ben opgegroeid, weet ik goed hoe ik rustig en verantwoordelijk met dieren moet omgaan. Nu ik op mezelf woon, zou ik zelf heel graag weer een huisdier willen. Op dit moment komt dat alleen niet zo goed uit. Juist daarom vind ik het extra leuk om af en toe op de dieren van iemand anders te passen. Zo kan ik toch lekker met dieren bezig zijn, wandelen, spelen, verzorgen en natuurlijk knuffelen. Ik doe dit met veel plezier en zorg ervoor dat ieder dier de aandacht en verzorging krijgt die het nodig heeft.
