Naast mijn werk als interieurontwerper pas ik met veel liefde op huisdieren. Omdat ik vanuit huis werk en flexibel ben, heb ik hier de ruimte voor. Ik ben opgegroeid met drie katten en een hond en pas regelmatig op de honden van mijn moeder en zus. Dit geeft me zoveel plezier dat ik ze altijd mis zodra ze weer weg zijn. Zelf wil ik in de toekomst graag een hond, maar pas als ik zeker weet dat ik een stabiel en liefdevol thuis kan bieden (het liefst samen met een partner). Tot die tijd lijkt het me geweldig om af en toe een warm en vertrouwd logeeradres te zijn voor uw huisdier. Daarnaast heb ik veel ervaring als nanny, waardoor ik gewend ben om zorgvuldig met andermans huis om te gaan. Ik kijk ernaar uit om mijn tijd, aandacht en liefde te geven aan uw huisdier!

Op Sophie kan je bouwen. Tijdens onze vakantie paste zij op onze hond. Zij stelde ons goed op de hoogte van het wel en wee. Sophie is vriendelijk, betrokken en bleek kordaat in communicatie en handelen; wij waren erg blij met haar goede zorg tijdens onze afwezigheid en kunnen haar zonder enige terughoudendheid aanraden.

Sinds 2 jaar hebben wij zelf een Maltipoo teefje en vinden het leuk om af en toe op te passen op een extra hondje. Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats and horses and have been actively caring for animals since I was very young. Our family dogs included an Italian Greyhound, Tibetan Spaniel and Chihuahua, and I also had my own cat who came into our family the same week I was born and stayed with us for 21 years, so I truly grew up alongside him. I now also regularly pet sit through Petbnb and have looked after dogs of different ages, sizes and personalities, both for daycare and overnight stays. I love getting to know each dog's individual routine and personality and making their stay feel as comfortable and familiar as possible. I’m always happy to send photos and little updates so you can see what your pet has been up to. 🐾 I also grew up around much larger dogs, as my grandmother was a Rottweiler breeder for around 10 years. For about six years, I regularly helped by taking her Rottweilers on walks 1–3 times a week, so I became comfortable around bigger and stronger dogs from a young age. I have experience with puppies and kittens, adults and seniors, including shy animals and pets that need a little more patience and time to feel comfortable. I’m affectionate, calm and attentive, but I also love playing and being active with energetic dogs. Long walks are one of my favourite parts of dog sitting! I live very close to Sloterpark and lots of nature, so there are plenty of opportunities for walks and outdoor time. I’m happy to go on longer walks with active dogs, but equally happy to spend the day playing, cuddling or simply keeping a more relaxed pet company at home. Pets are very welcome to stay with me, which is actually my preferred option. I live with my partner in a spacious three-bedroom apartment with a large balcony, and we don't have any pets of our own, so your pet will get plenty of attention and space to feel at home. I’m most comfortable with small and medium-sized dogs, although I also have experience with larger breeds.
