Hello! My name is Mou, and I am currently doing a Master’s degree in Animal Sciences at Wageningen University and Research. My passion for animals inspired me to choose this field of study, and I have gained professional knowledge in pet nutrition, feed formulation, and animal behavior. Although I do not keep a pet permanently, I have one and a half year of experience in pet sitting here in the Netherlands, including cats and dogs. During this time, I have cared for different breeds including Golden Retrievers, Labradors, and especially a Shih Tzu named Cola, whom I looked after for around six months. Cola was full of energy (you cannot imagine how such a small dog can be so energetic!), so I walked him three times a day, went jogging together, and visited the dog park twice a week. Since he was not neutered, I was always very attentive to him and other dogs played with him. I live in a student studio in Wageningen, right next to a big forest and only 300 m away from a pet park. Pets in my care will have plenty of space and opportunities for outdoor activities. As I spend most of my time studying from home, I have lots of time to give dogs and cats the love, attention, and exercise they need.

When I was in Canada, I loved exploring different trails and going on road trips with Papaw (he's my little shot-gun buddy for sure). It was just lovely to see that he was able to meet different places. I bring Papaw with me whenever I can, even if just going to the grocery store. That is what I will do with your pet as well to ensure that they never feel lonely when you are away. After so many trips and Papaw didn't get any sickness, I'd say I spent a lot of time and attention on him. I carefully monitor his food and observe his stool each time he pooped, and I would immediately take action when I see some abnormality in his behavior. Ontzettende dierenliefhebber en gek op teckels!

Na 10 jaar genoten te mogen hebben van de liefste ruwharige teckel, mis ik de aanwezigheid van dieren in mijn directe omgeving toch wel heel erg. Een dierenoppas met ervaring voor al uw huisdieren

Ik heb zelf (ik woon bij mijn ouders) 2 Rottweilers en sinds augustus heb ik mijn eigen Golden Retriever pup. Ik heb al opgepast op en uitgelaten een Ierse setter, twee katten en een Jack Russell Terriër. (ondertussen veel meer) Ook pas ik regelmatig op iemands vogels. Daarnaast pas ik regelmatig 5 dagen op kippen, konijnen en kleinere honden. Ik weet veel van honden en katten en heb een jaar een opleiding daarover gedaan. Daar heb ik ook veel ervaring opgedaan met allerlei andere dieren zoals reptielen, vissen, knaagdieren, vogels en konijnen. Op dit moment doe ik nog een opleiding besluithouders van dieren (inmiddels gehaald), zodat ik later mijn eigen dierenkennel en -opvang kan beginnen. Mijn ene hond, Pluto, heeft epilepsie en die moet ook medicijnen daarvoor toegediend krijgen en dat kan ik dus ook. Dus heeft u een huisdier in de buurt van Herveld? Ik ben 28 jaar en zorg al mijn hele leven voor dieren. Bij mijn ouders thuis heb ik altijd honden en katten en konijnen etc gehad.
