My boyfriend and I are both big dog lovers and would really enjoy taking care of your dog and giving them a loving, comfortable stay while youā€™re away. I have experience looking after my parentsā€™ small Maltipoo, so Iā€™m familiar with the care and attention that smaller dogs need. My boyfriend and I also have a dog, a Great Pyrenees, so we are comfortable with dogs of all sizes. Im Carla, a 25yo graphic designer from Spain! Ive always lived with dogs! Actually missing my 6yo shelter mixed dog Dobby in Spain but visiting him a couple of times a year and always bringing him toys (that he destroys in 5 min). I love animals!! I am living in De Pijp so i can walk around Amstel river or Sarphatipark (2 min walking from my house) which i belive is a nice walk for the doggies. Also my last flatmate had a 1y/o tiny mixed teckle (Paco), but she sadly moved to a new country months ago, so i lived half a year with them and missing them! Hi ! I'm Wes, a Dutch 24 year old university student in Amsterdam. Looking after pets for payment sounded too good to be true but apparently it's possible. I love all types of animals, dogs and cats especially, and I only have a slight preference for dogs. I'm Dutch / American and grew up on a farm in the south of the Netherlands, where we had donkey chicken sheep dogs and cats. Unfortunately I have no dogs or pets anymore but I still think often about the two dogs we had on the farm. I stop by and say hi to any animals I can. My friends tell me I should get pets because of this but I have no space. Pet setting, for me it's a lot like looking after someone's kid so that's how I'll treat it. I think my place is too small to host animals but I can come check on them at your place or take them out for a walk. Currently I have quite some free time and am quite flexible.
