Ik ben mijn hele leven al gek op honden en sinds vijf jaar is mijn labradoodle Dolly een groot onderdeel van mijn leven. Ze is ontzettend sociaal en vindt het altijd gezellig om andere honden om zich heen te hebben. Omdat ik veel thuis ben, lijkt het me ontzettend leuk om samen met Dolly op andere honden te passen. We wonen in een gezellig huisje met een tuintje in het centrum van Monnickendam, vlak bij het Hemmeland. Een goeie plek om lekker naar buiten te gaan en lange wandelingen te maken. Dolly en ik lopen minimaal drie keer per dag een groot rondje. Buiten is ze lekker speels en enthousiast, terwijl ze binnenshuis juist rustig en relaxed is. Ze kan goed met andere honden overweg en vindt het vooral leuk om samen te spelen en op pad te gaan. Ik vind het belangrijk dat een hond zich bij ons net zo comfortabel voelt als thuis. Daarom neem ik graag de tijd om hem of haar aandacht te geven, lekker te wandelen en natuurlijk ook gewoon gezellig samen te zijn.

Verantwoordelijke en liefdevolle hondenoppas

Wij hebben zelf al jarenlang 2 honden (een Siberische husky en een Yorkshire Terrier) waar we met veel liefde voor zorgen. Wij passen ook graag op andere honden, en daarnaast zouden onze honden het leuk vinden om af en toe een speelkamaraadje op bezoek te hebben. Dit is vaak mogelijk overdag op zaterdag en/of zondag. Honden kunnen niet bij ons overnachten. We hebben een ruime tuin die geheel is afgesloten via een houten schutting. Leuke lieve oppas

Wij hebben zelf altijd honden gehad (schapendoes, wolfskees). Nu hebben we een bernedoodle. Wij hebben 4 kinderen die opgegroeid zijn met dieren en het leuk vinden om met ze te spelen en te knuffelen. Mijn kinderen gaan vaak mee de hond uitlaten, zij zijn echt dol op dieren. Ze zouden het leuk vinden om ook andere honden uit te laten en lekker mee te knuffelen maar meestal wandel ik alleen. Mocht uw hond niet met andere honden samen kunnen, of niet met kinderen, geef dit even aan dan houd ik hier rekening mee. Hier logeren is ook een optie maar is erg beperkt. Hier ben ik best kieskeurig in. Hij/zij moet nl goed samen gaan met kleine kinderen en een grote hond. Ook mag hij/zij niet veel blaffen en in de nacht in een bench slapen. We houden van een logeerhondje maar dit moet een 'feestje' zijn voor beide! Komt je hondje voor de eerste keer bij ons thuis? Dan plannen we eerst een ochtend in (€15,-) om te kijken of het een 'match' is.

We both work hybrid, so most of the times there will be one of us at home. Due to circumstances we cannot own our dog ourselves. Therefore we would like to dog-sit instead. We would like to watch your dog when you can't. We prefer small/medium sized and easier dogs. ------ We hebben jarenlange ervaring met het oppassen op honden. We zijn zelf ook gastgezin geweest voor en opvanghondje. We zullen voor uw honden zorgen alsof het onze eigen honden zijn, door ze de zorg, speeltijd en rust te geven die ze nodig hebben. Aangezien we beiden deels thuiswerken, is er meestal iemand van ons thuis. Door omstandigheden kunnen we zelf op dit moment niet een eigen hond nemen. We hebben zelf een vogel als huisdier, maar deze kan indien nodig eenvoudig naar een andere ruimte worden verplaatst om rust en veiligheid voor alle dieren te waarborgen. Omdat ik weet hoe belangrijk het is dat een hond goed verzorgd wordt als het baasje even weg is, help ik graag mee. Of het nu gaat om een dagje oppas of een logeerpartijtje: jouw hond is van harte welkom! Laat vooral een berichtje achter als je interesse hebt of vragen wilt stellen!

Meagan heeft een dag op onze Brobbie gepast. Heel fijn dat ze ons op korte termijn kon helpen. We hebben Brobbie met een gerust gevoel achter gelaten en aan het einde van de dag vond hij het zelfs jammer om weg te gaan! Gedurende de dag een leuk berichtje met wat foto's gekregen. We zouden Meagan zeker aanraden als oppas en brengen Brobbie zelf ook graag nog een keertje bij haar als we opzoek zijn naar een oppas.

Please read all the info below before making your booking! I have been around and taken care of dogs my entire life. We had two dogs when I was a child I was trusted taking care of and walk during my lunch breaks at school from a very young age. My family travelled a lot when I was young and wherever we went I would find packs of street dogs to play with, which now when I’m a parent sounds insane (and quite dangerous) but it very much shaped how I see and relate to dogs and taught me how to communicate, read body language and understand pack dynamic. I have adopted and fostered many dogs throughout my life, and have been watching and training dogs for friends and family over the years many times. Also very interested in dog psychology and behaviour in general, and their inner workings is a genuine interest for me. Dog sitting is my full time job, I’m very good at it and take it seriously. I usually spend most of my days outside with the dogs I have, it’s great for exercise and socialising and we all enjoy fresh air and sunshine. I also enjoy to bring them along for outings or other activities since I love the company. My kids are at school during the day so I have lots of time and I really enjoy walking and being outside so it’s absolutely not a chore. Different dogs have different needs of course and I do my best to accommodate that. I love biking with dogs since you can sort of “play run” together and it’s a great way to get a lot of exercise for high energy dogs, and even if a dog is not used to running next to a bike, most get the hang of it fast and I am of course very careful to make sure there’s no accidents. My house is also full of toys, activity puzzles and games, it’s important they get mental simulation as well physical. My kids are good and calm with animals, and love dogs so they are delighted about weekend stays but of course they don’t walk them and I generally don’t leave my kids alone with the dogs I host. Our cat Styx, a Maine Coon male, is raised around dogs and makes friends with most of them given a bit of time, even dogs that otherwise goes nuts when they see a cat outside! We live in a house with a lift so larger or older dogs doesn’t have to climb down stairs, the flat itself has three floors so easy and spacious with the cat living upstairs and visiting dogs downstairs. Some dogs I have regularly of course get upstairs privileges when we’re all comfortable together and maybe aren’t covered in mud! The size of the flat does also mean I can easily keep dogs and cats separated so there’s never been an issue in all the years I’ve been doing this. The downstairs floor is also large enough to keep dogs separated if necessary, I have lots of fences and baby gates I can set up. The terrace is great for fresh air and playtime. We also live very close to many green areas suitable for off leash walking, biking and swimming. I have experience with and really enjoy large dogs and don’t mind being out entire days with wolf/working breeds if they need it. My philosophy is that a dog that is provided a lot of exercise, play, boundaries, structure and a calm and assertive pack leader will be a happy and balanced one! Please note! -Do provide food, toys, chew bones, treats and toilet bags for your dogs visit. If requested I can provide this but will ask to be refunded for any additional expenses. I have lots of bowls, towels and beds etc so no need to bring that. -If your dog needs a lot of special attention, is not fully house trained or have a very labour intensive schedule you need to inform me of this in advance so we can discuss. Also if your dog can’t be together with other dogs or off leash I need to know before we finalise the booking. -I can’t accept dogs with severe behavioural problems or that barks a lot. If there are undisclosed issues like aggression, barking or destructive/unmanageable behaviour I reserve the right to terminate the booking and request you to find another arrangements for the rest of the stay, or I will ask an extra fee so be aware of this. Please don’t downplay issues since that will only cause trouble for everyone involved later on. -I will accept bookings for cats if they are spayed/neutered and very good with other cats, dogs and kids. Zal me even voorstellen: Ik ben Melissa 28 jaar en woon in een eengezinswoning in landsmeer met een tuin met mijn twee kleine kinderen (zeker dieren gewend) van 2 jaar en 5 jaar en mijn chihuahua teefje gesteriliseerd Ik ben jongs af aan opgegroeid met diverse dieren om mijn heen. Voornamelijk honden (van egt diverse rassen/ groot en klein) maar ook vissen, vogels, cavia’s, hamsters, konijnen, fretten. . Het fijnste is als de huisdieren hier komen in huiselijke sfeer, mits het natuurlijk matcht met mijn hond en ze kinderen zijn gewend zijn. Vrijblijvend kennis maken is dan dan ook wel wenselijk. De dieren die hier welkom zijn: -Honden, cavia, konijnen, hamsters, vissen, vogels, fretten, Eventueel andere kleine huisdieren in kleine kooi zijn ook welkom die ik hier niet genoemd heb. Ik snap dat het hier logeren niet altijd kan dus kan zeker ook op huisbezoek gaan voor eventueel katten en alle bovenstaande dieren die ik heb vernoemd. Ik kan dan gelijk thuis ook even de planten water geven binnen en in de tuin en of balkon. (Zit allen in de prijs inbegrepen) uw post netjes opruimen. Tussen door stofzuigen, de vuilnis doen zo dat u in een net huis terug komt! Om een heerlijke wandeling te maken met de hond sta ik ook zeker voor open. Denk dat ik zo wel alles heb benoemd :) Vrijblijvend kennismaken is natuurlijk altijd mogelijk om te kijken of het allemaal klikt en alles qua werkzaamheden en de prijs valt nog te bespreken. Eventuele referenties kan ik doorgeven als daar vraag naar is van de diverse huisdieren. Als je nog vragen hebt stuur me gerust een berichtje!

Wij zorgen graag met veel liefde voor jouw hond!

Wij zijn gek op honden! We hebben zelf, toen er nog geen kinderen waren, een dwergpincher geadopteerd. Dit was ons eerste kind. Hij kwam met een rugzakje, maar met veel geduld en liefde hebben we hem een paar hele mooie jaren kunnen bieden en zijn rugzakje een stuk kunnen verlichten. Toen onze zoon net geboren was, werden wij eigenaren van een New English Bulldog pup. Wij dachten dat dit wel een goed idee was, maar de energie van deze pup (en daarna puber) was ongelooflijk. Met veel pijn in ons hart hebben we heel lang een zorgvuldig gezocht naar een nieuw huis voor onze Louie. Een plek waar ze volledig de tijd en aandacht aan hem konden geven. Daar is hij nu zielsgelukkig en we krijgen gelukkig af en toe nog steeds foto's en filmpjes van een blije bull. Hoe graag we ook weer een hond zouden willen, weten we dat het nu niet de tijd is. Wij hebben geen tijd om fulltime voor een hond te zorgen, niet met de aandacht en energie die elke hond verdient. Gelukkig hebben mijn ouders een teckel waar we soms op passen en waar we vaak mee kunnen knuffelen en spelen. En dit zouden we graag vaker doen! Onze zoon (5) en dochter(3 jaar) zijn gek op honden en leren door middel van de verschillende honden waar we op passen, hoe het is om te zorgen voor een dier. I have had dogs my whole life, they were my whole life. I moved from the English countryside to Amsterdam. It is now more difficult for me to commit to owning a dog full time. So, what better way than to spread my love for dogs, with all the dogs out there that need a new friend. Whether that is for a walk, a night, a weekend stay or a week. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing dogs live their best life. I now live looking over a huge park, watching the dogs run around makes me miss spending time with my pups. I work from home, meaning I am available for all your dogs needs and am able to take them for long walks, if thats what they like in the dog friendly park. If that's not what your pup prefers and they just like to chill in the sun chewing on some watermelon, that's also great for me. I want them to enjoy being here as much as I enjoy having them.

We left Luna for the first time and were very worried at first. But all our worries disappeared when we met Jadina and her partner! They are so kind and took amazing care of Luna. They kept sending us pictures every day, so we knew she was doing well. We were so happy that Luna was with them, and we’ll definitely leave her with them again next time we’re away :)

When I lived in Turkey, I had two cats that I adopted from the street. My older one is a deaf Van Cat, a special Turkish breed that cannot be taken out of the country. Because of that, I couldn’t bring him to the Netherlands and didn’t want to separate him from his brother. I can take care of all kinds of cats.I used to live in a small village where we had dogs.

Ayşe was amazing! She was incredibly caring and took wonderful care of our kittens while we were away.
