Ik heb bijna 30 jaar honden in mijn leven. Ik ben graag buiten en ben dan graag met mijn honden op pad. Ik heb de luxe dat ik een grote tuin heb met een hek eromheen midden in een recreatie gebied op loopafstand van het strand. Mijn ene hond Max teckel 6 jaar en laat ik voor de lange wandelingen meestal thuis. De andere hond Siberische Husky Luna is 11 jaar oud en wil graag spelen, dus het is leuk als er een sociale actieve hond is die dat ook leuk vind. De honden heb ik s nachts in huis en als ik thuis ben en het is mooi weer vaak buiten.

Wandelen met honden geeft mij echt plezier en energie. Ik geniet ervan om buiten te zijn en te zien hoe een hondje bijvoorbeeld kan genieten van het strand, waar ik vlakbij woon. Mijn vriendinnen noemen me een dierenfluisteraar; dieren voelen zich snel op hun gemak bij mij. Of het nu gaat om een energieke wandeling (kort of lang), spelletjes in de tuin, knuffelen of gewoon gezelschap houden, ik doe alles met veel liefde en aandacht. Ik vind het heerlijk om een band op te bouwen met jouw hond en er samen een vrolijke, veilige en plezierige ervaring van te maken. Ik heb zelf een kat thuis, maar heb voldoende ervaring om dit goed te combineren met honden (mits het geen hondje is dat echt niet met katten kan). Ik heb veel opgepast op honden van vrienden en kennissen, en dat vind ik altijd geweldig. Ik begrijp hoe spannend het kan zijn om je hond aan iemand anders toe te vertrouwen. Daarom neem ik die verantwoordelijkheid altijd heel serieus. Ik respecteer alle afspraken, routines en aanwijzingen van het baasje; van voeding en wandelingen tot rustmomenten en regels in en buitenshuis. Wij zijn Irmgard en Eloise. We hebben zelf een Havanezer van 1 jaar die heel erg van spelen met andere honden houdt. We zijn een lekker actief gezin en houden er van om naar het bos of het strand te gaan. We wonen zelf aan een strook groen en ook daar kun je heerlijk een stukje wandelen. Eloise mijn dochter, is honden gewend en vindt het heerlijk om met ze te spelen. Het is daarom voor ons wel een vereiste dat de hond waar we op passen, kinderen gewend is. Voor logeren buiten de schoolvakanties om moet het hondje alleen thuis kunnen blijven met mijn eigen hondje. In de vakanties vinden we het fijn als het hondje een paar uurtjes alleen thuis kan blijven, voor dagopvang is het geen probleem als de hond dit niet kan. We kijken er naar uit om op uw hond(je) te passen!

There is probably no word that accurately describes how amazing this couple is to board or sit pets but if I had to choose a word it’d be: SUPERB! Winston, their furbaby is also a champion - he made Spikey (a dachshund) feel welcomed, calm and safe for two weeks long. Spikey came back home energized, completely refreshed and even more excited about life! Liezl and Paul are naturals, and they know what they are doing! Their love for animals radiates even through Spikey now. They go above and beyond (as Spikey had a more specific routine including meds), are very communicative, helpful and will share updates with videos and images which also is a huge plus. We were always so happy and excited to receive our frequent Spikey dosage. This is now Spikey’s home away from home. Thank you Liezl and Paul. 5 out of 5 stars!

Mijn hele leven heb ik al een grote passie voor dieren, en honden in het bijzonder. Van jongs af aan ben ik opgegroeid met honden en heb ik altijd een sterke, natuurlijke band met ze gehad. Natuurlijk kijk ik altijd goed naar wat voor elke hond prettig is en of de honden bij elkaar passen. Als hondenoppas stem ik alles af op de behoeften van de hond. De ene hond vindt het heerlijk om actief bezig te zijn, terwijl de andere juist meer behoefte heeft aan rust en aandacht. We gaan dagelijks naar een losloopgebied en in de zomer ga ik, als de hond dat leuk vindt, graag met ze zwemmen. Alles gebeurt op hun eigen tempo, met genoeg ruimte voor ontspanning en gezelligheid. Mijn doel is dat jij als baasje met een gerust hart op vakantie kunt, wetende dat jouw hond het net zo fijn heeft als jij. Geen gemis of stress, maar plezier, aandacht en vertrouwde zorg, zodat zowel jij als je hond kunnen genieten van een fijne, ontspannen tijd.
