Extra gezelligheid en lekker buiten

Hi allemaal, Toen ik jong was hadden we katten in huis wat ik al erg leuk vond. Maar honden vind ik het allerleukst, omdat ze vaak meer gezelschap zoeken dan katten. Om lekker mee naar buiten te gaan en te genieten van de gezelligheid. M'n vriend en ik werken full time, waarvan vaak de helft uit huis en we kunnen dan op honden passen. Hoi! Mega dierenliefhebber met gat in haar hart

Hoi! Ik ben Demi, 27 jaar en studeer zang aan het Conservatorium in Utrecht. Naast muziek zijn dieren eigenlijk altijd mijn grootste liefde geweest. Omdat ik een flexibel rooster heb Vorig jaar ben ik verhuisd naar mijn huidige appartement. Daar woonde ook onze gezinshond Noa (golden retriever), een lieve oude dame van bijna 15 jaar. Ik heb het afgelopen jaar alleen voor haar gezorgd. Toen ze overleed brak dat mijn hart. Sindsdien mis ik het enorm om een hond om me heen te hebben. Vroeger gingen we regelmatig naar Noa's fokker, waar we veel leerden over opvoeding, gedrag en training. Misschien klinkt het gek, maar een huis vol kwispelende honden die je bespringen als je binnenkomt is voor mij een soort ideaalbeeld geworden. Sinds Noa er niet meer is, mis ik die vrolijke energie enorm. Ik herinner me ook nog veel van de puppycursus die we met haar hebben gevolgd. Ik ben geen hondengedragstherapeut, maar ik weet wel hoe belangrijk duidelijke communicatie, geduld en positieve aandacht zijn. Veel gezinnen om me heen hadden ook honden en ik keek als kind de hele dag naar Animal Planet. Als kind had ik cavia's (al was ik toen wel te jong om daar volledig verantwoordelijk voor te zijn), ik heb paardgereden en tegenwoordig woon ik samen met mijn kat Beer, die ontzettend verwend wordt. Tijdens de hittegolf heb ik laatst een uitgedroogd egeltje naar de dierenopvang gebracht. Op de terugweg realiseerde ik me weer hoe blij ik word van dieren. Ik was toch al op zoek naar een bijbaan, dus dacht ik: waarom zou ik niet iets doen waar ik echt gelukkig van word? Mijn appartement is ruim en rustig. Als dat nodig is, kunnen dieren ook apart in verschillende kamers verblijven. Ik woon alleen, waardoor er veel rust en aandacht is voor een logeerhond of kat. Wat je van mij kunt verwachten: - Veel geduld en liefde voor dieren!!! - Betrouwbaarheid en duidelijke communicatie. - Regelmatige updates en foto's als je dat fijn vindt. - Flexibiliteit; doordat ik als conservatoriumstudent vaak maar een paar lessen per dag heb en tussendoor ook thuis ben. Ik kan wel een heel verschillend rooster hebben, ook omdat ik in avonden vaak moet optreden, maar hopelijk komen we daar samen wel uit! Ik vind het belangrijk dat een dier zich veilig voelt. Daarom neem ik graag de tijd om eerst kennis te maken en hoor ik uitgebreid wat jouw dier nodig heeft, zodat ik de verzorging zoveel mogelijk kan aanpassen aan zijn of haar gewoontes. Groetjes :)

Ik heb zelf altijd katten gehad, omdat ik nooit de tijd heb gehad om goed voor een hond te kunnen zorgen. Wel ben ik groot liefhebber van honden en heb ik vaker op honden gepast. Ik loop hard en ga ook graag naar buiten om een rondje te wandelen, ideaal met een hond! Aangezien ik 40 uur werk (een van de grootste redenen dat ik zelf geen hond heb) kan ik vooral in de avonden en weekenden op een hond passen. I am Italian, but I had lived in Costa Rica for many years. I am a trainer and Physiotherapist, but a pet lover too! Since I was little I had pets of all kind: dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, turtles and i love to be surrounded by them. I can do long walks in the forest near my appartament or just laying in the sofa together and take a nap! My services: 1- Dog walks: my walks are around half hour or one hour, it depends on the owner and the dog. 2- Pet sitter at my home (sleep here or just pass the day with us). Usually I do 3 walks on a day: a long walk in the morning, another one in the afternoon and one just before bedtime. Also my daughter (13yo) love pets, so she's always playing with them. Doggies can walk around, there are not dangerous things around. I live in an appartment, so everything is closed and safe. They can sleep on the sofa, if the owner let them. But is also good bring his/her bed too. 3-Visit at home: are you not at home? I can feed your pet or take him/her out. I usually stay 1 hour at home if i just have to feed them, but if you need more time, let me know. I can also walk your dog. Your beloved pet will be very happy if you choose to let him/her with us. I always send a lot of pictures of the day, videos and if is necessary I can make a video call too. I will keep you continuously informed about your pet, so that you feel more comfortable and can know how the day is going. Your pet will be very fine here: 1- 3 times walk: morning, afternoon and night. If your dog need more or less walks, let me know. I have many green areas around the apartment, some parks and a huge forest. So there is a lot of places where we can walk/run. If your dog is not trained for came back when is unleash, don't worry, anyway we can take a nice walk. 2- Plenty time to be with them! Just leave home some days a few hours. But usually they are not be alone much cause there is almost always somebody at home. 3- I actually wanted to be a veterinarian but then I changed my plans. Despite that, my children's father is a veterinarian so I learned a lot from him, so i can put injections, give medicines or something like that (of course minors things). 4- The owner has to bring the pet's food. That's better for your pet, cause any change of alimentation may be bad for him/her. I will give the food at usually pet's schedule. 5- I can't accept dogs who are not trained to make pees or poop outside! A clean apartment is a better place for they and for us! 6- I can't accept dogs which can't let alone for some hours or are too noisy. That is not that much for me but for my neighbours because I live in an apartment. I speak Spanish, Italian, English and a bit of Dutch. If you want, we can take a bath to your doggo for a small extra fee (is for my 15 yo daughter 😊). My daughter also make cookies for dogs. I hope I can be with your pet soon!

Pamela en haar familie hebben ontzettend goed voor onze hond gezorgd. Hij is bijna een week bij hen geweest en voelde zich al snel helemaal op zijn gemak. De communicatie was duidelijk, prettig en regelmatig. Pamela was flexibel, rustig en zorgzaam, en stuurde leuke updates met foto’s. Dat gaf ons veel vertrouwen en rust terwijl we weg waren. Sinds jong dol op honden, nu ervaren oppas!

Ik ben al van jongs af aan dol op honden. Ik heb zelf een Tibetaanse Terriër van 10 jaar oud, die veel karakter heeft, waardoor ik goed weet wat er nodig is om een hond zich thuis en op zijn gemak te laten voelen. Qua beschikbaarheid ben ik flexibel: ik kan zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend oppassen, dus er is veel ruimte om een geschikt moment te vinden. :)

Masterstudent diergeneeskunde

Hoi! Ik ben Laura, 24 jaar en heel mijn leven draait om dieren. Ik ben 5e-jaars student diergeneeskunde en specialiseer me momenteel in de gezelschapsdieren (hond, kat, konijn, cavia, etc.). Als van jongs af aan ben ik in de ban van de dierenwereld: elk uitje was naar de kinderboerderij, de manege of de dierentuin, en voor elke hond of kat op straat moest ik even stilstaan. Na heel veel zeuren bij mn ouders kwam er 7 jaar geleden een eigen huisdier: een lieve golden retriever genaamd Bailey. Mijn ouders wonen aan het strand en aan bos, waar ik samen met haar na school uren kon doorbrengen. Inmiddels woon ik niet meer bij mijn ouders, en mis ik haar enorm in mijn dagelijks leven. Ik heb met haar veel geleerd over de verantwoordelijkheid en zorg die komt kijken bij het hebben van een hond. Toen ik begon met mijn studie kwam hier de ervaring met de zorg voor andere dieren bij. Als student diergeneeskunde kwam ik in aanraking met de juiste zorg voor onder andere katten, paarden en vee. Sinds dien is mijn passie voor dieren alleen nog maar gegroeid, en ben ik nu ook wekelijks op de manege te vinden. Omdat ik geen genoeg kan krijgen van huisdieren, maar nog niet op het punt zit waarop ik een eigen dier kan financieren, wil ik naast mijn studie graag op andere dieren passen. Ik ben zelf erg van het knuffelen, maar als een dier liever ruimte wil respecteer ik dat uiteraard ook! Ik heb geen voorkeur voor hond of kat. Mijn ervaring met erg reactieve honden is minimaal, dus hier gaat mijn voorkeur niet naar uit. Mocht uw dier medicatie nodig hebben is dat geen probleem, ook hier heb ik de nodige ervaring mee! Momenteel heb ik geen ruimte voor structurele/vaste oppasadressen (bijvoorbeeld 1x per week uitlaten). stuur me vooral een berichtje als het gaat om losse momenten!

Wij, Manouk en Joris, passen graag op uw hond. Manouk heeft in haar jeugd altijd 2 Boston Terriërs gehad en Joris baalde er altijd van dat zijn ouders geen hond wilden. Nu we samenwonen kijken wij uit naar wat meer gezelligheid in huis in de vorm van een hond. Omdat we nog niet een vast genoeg ritme hebben een eigen hond te nemen passen we graag op uw hond! In de periode dat uw hond bij ons is passen wij ons schema graag aan zodat uw hond alle aandacht krijgt die het verdient. Joris heeft een kattenallergie, dus helaas nemen wij geen honden aan die samenwonen met een kat. Als er vragen zijn, neem dan vooral contact met ons op!
