Een vrolijke en enthousiaste dierenvriendin!

Ik ben onwijs gek op dieren en wil al mijn leven lang graag een honden vriend erbij. Helaas laat ons (mijn vriend en ik) werkleven dit niet toe. Je wil wel de aandacht geven die ze nodig hebben. Daarom is petbnb de plek voor mij om toch een beetje liefde te kunnen geven aan en ontvangen van onze liefste maatjes! Ik ben al mijn leven lang omringd door dieren. Voornamelijk katten, maar ik heb ook vaker gepast op honden (en kippen, maar dat terzijde). Ik ben dus een kenner, verwen ze maar al te graag met dikke knuffels en laat ze graag uit in de natuur. Zo krijgt de hond quality time en wordt ik opgeladen van het buiten zijn en de gezelligheid dat een hond geeft. We hebben twee katten, maar die zijn het grootste gedeelte van de dag buiten en zullen ook niet binnen zijn als ik op de hond pas. Ik ben voornamelijk beschikbaar op zondag, van 09:00 tot 17:00 uur. Dan kan ik oppassen en uitlaten. Ook ben ik beschikbaar op de maandag en woensdag tijdens de lunch (12:00-13:30 uur) om uit te laten. Af en aan ben ik vrijdag in de middag tot 17:00 uur beschikbaar, oppassen in overleg. Het lijkt mij onwijs leuk om op een lieve honden vriend te passen. Iets wat op dit moment niet zelf lukt, maar iets wat ik wel graag wil. Voor ras en leeftijd heb ik geen voorkeur. Iedereen is welkom. Ruby was THE BEST SITTER to our very small puppy when we went away for 3 weeks. I honestly cannot say enough about how thoughtful and caring she was, always sending pictures and messages. Not only that, but she spoiled him in the best way possible with long walks and ice (it was during the summer heat). I cannot recommend Ruby enough. Enthousiaste hondenliefhebbers zoeken logeerhond

Wij houden allemaal van honden. Onze kinderen van 8 en 6 willen niks liever dan een eigen hond. Dat lukt voorlopig niet. Maar een logeerhond kan zeker wel! Mijn man en ik zijn met honden opgegroeid. Met de laatste hond van mijn ouders heb ik een Martin Gaus-training gedaan. Ik ken dus de manieren om een hond verantwoord op te voeden, zodat het een blije, gehoorzame hond wordt/blijft. We hebben een kat die vooral nieuwsgierig is naar honden. De gasthond zal dus wel goed met katten moeten zijn (lees: ze moeten kunnen negeren). Het bos is om de hoek, dus als je je hond bij ons brengt kunnen we heerlijk met hem/haar wandelen! En als de hond het gewend is, kan zij/hij ook mee naar het strand in de bakfiets :) Er werkt altijd iemand van ons thuis. We kunnen niet wachten om een logeerhondje te verwelkomen!

Jack heeft het erg goed gehad. Veel geknuffeld door de kinderen en goed verzorgd. Thuis was hij gelijk weer zoals altijd, daaraan kun je zien dat hij een goede tijd heeft gehad. We kregen regelmatig een bericht met een foto. Helaas zijn Jack en Pip de kat geen vrienden geworden;( Jack komt graag nog een keer logeren! Bedankt voor de goede zorgen.

Lieve en verantwoordelijke huisdieren oppas

Hi! Leuk dat je mijn advertentie leest! Ik ben Francesca en ik heb sinds augustus 2022 eindelijk een eigen hond! Na jaren oppassen en het verzorgen van andere dieren heb ik eindelijk mijn eigen hond gekocht. Een labrador teef van (nu) 3 jaar oud, een onwijs lieve, sociale hond. Als ik daar aan mee kan helpen doe ik dat graag. Op dit moment woon ik nog thuis bij mijn ouders, maar ik ben gedeeltelijk bij mijn vriend in zijn appartement. Thuis heb ik een tuin met aan de achterzijde water, dit is wel afgezet met een zelfgemaakt hekje zodat de hond(en) niet het water in kunnen vallen/springen. Ik ben in het bezit van een auto, maar ik neem ook graag de benenwagen om een lekker stuk te wandelen. De hoeveelheid en duur van de wandelingen pas ik aan op de vraag van u en behoefte van uw huisdier. Er is veel mogelijk in overleg, nog meer zodra mijn eigen hond mee kan, maar dit kan allemaal in goede overeenstemming! Voor vragen kunt u mij altijd berichten!

Lief, zorgzaam en dol op honden!

Mijn eerste woorden als kind waren: “Mag ik alsjeblieft een hond?” Sindsdien is mijn liefde voor honden eigenlijk nooit meer weggegaan. Ze maken me ontzettend blij! Helaas is het als student in Amsterdam niet zo makkelijk om zelf een hond te hebben. Daarom vind ik het juist ontzettend leuk om op die van anderen te passen. Meeting your pet’s needs with empathy and care

I have been a dog owner myself, as well as I have volunteered in an animal shelter for 2 years, so I am incredibly fond of dogs, cats and all other kinds of pets. As I am now a student who has moved away from home (so away from my family pets as well), I miss having animals around a lot. Additionally, since I’ve encountered all sorts pets in all sorts of states and traits, I take the time to introduce myself first, figure out the animal’s needs and only then move further with the care. I have 7 years of experience in taking care of dogs and cats, including the experience at the shelter. I have no preference for pets I sit, as well as I am rather flexible with my schedule - I can be available mornings, afternoons and evenings. I am a loving, gentle and caring sitter, described as "the one that has a way with animals." I find walking and/or sitting them genuinely pleasurable, so I always try to make the visits as warm as possible. Nonetheless, I am aware of the responsibility such care entails and make sure to do everything in my power to avoid any kind of negligence. When petsitting/boarding, I send regular photo updates, don’t leave the animals alone (unless allowed), walk them 3x a day and let them wander freely but safely around the apartment. I walk them regularly to provide toilet breaks as needed, but in cases of little accidents inside the apartment, I make sure to clean it up and generally to keep the pets in safe and higienic conditions. In addition to the > 15 minute walks, pets receive plenty of play time to fulfil their physical activity needs. I remain in consistent communication with the owners and feed/walk/provide medication/etc as instructed by the owners. I also spoil the pets with snacks, if allowed:) Fresh water is always available, as well food is provided as required by the owners. I try to stick to petsitting one animal at a time due to the stress different pets may cause to each other, but if allowed by the owners, I am always happy to sit a few animals at once. In case of an emergency, I will bring the pets to the vet or act in any other required manner as indicated by the owners. When dog walking, I take at least 30 minutes, keep my copy of the key safely, always check if everything is secured before leaving, dress the pet in provided attire if needed, carry the pets up/down the stairs if needed as well. During house visits, I spend at least an hour with the pets, playing with them and making sure they’re fed, walked and happy. I am also happy to house sit if that is preferred by the owners. If agreed in accordance with my schedule, I can house sit for an indefinite time. When house sitting, I always double check if everything is locked/turned off before leaving and/or night time. Hoi, Robin hier! Ik ben opgegroeid met een Dobermann in huis, wat nog steeds één van mijn favoriete rassen is. Hij was fantastisch afgericht, geobsedeerd met ballen en mijn beste vriend. Later kwamen er twee Franse Bassets in huis. Erg schattig, maar ook lekker lui. Deze hondjes hebben de tijd nodig om te snuffelen, dus hoe ik eerst kon rennen en gooien met mijn hond, moest ik nu rustig lopen en soms zelfs even wachten tot de hondjes weer een beetje bij mij in de buurt waren. In mijn tussenjaar woonde ik bij een gezin met twee hondjes uit Ecuador, die allebei totaal verschillend waren. De kleine wilde graag geaaid worden en spelen en de grotere waardeerde rust en af en toe een aai over haar bol, maar hield wel van rennen tijdens het wandelen. Naast dit alles heb ik nog vrijwilligerswerk gedaan bij een asiel. Kortom, aan ervaring met verschillende honden heb ik geen tekort. Op het moment studeer ik in Amsterdam. Ik woon in een 18m2 kamertje, waardoor ik liever geen grote honden langs heb, maar wandelen met grotere rassen is zeker geen probleem. Mijn beschikbaarheid varieert, maar overdag heb ik vaak veel vrije tijd, ‘s avonds iets minder.

Lief, duidelijk, behulpzaam. Ze kan goed omgaan met onze springende Hollandse herder. aanrader!
