Ik ben zelf in een huishouden opgegroeid met huisdieren 2 honden en een 1 kat🤗. ik vind huisdieren echt leuk, de enige reden dat ik zelf niet eentje heb is omdat ik van reizen houd en ik werk full time dus dan by vind het zielig om ze zo lang alleen te laten. **Even though my calendar doesn't indicate this I can house sit for cat households over the whole week :) I'm an Icelander living in Rotterdam close to a very large park. I got my first dog when I was 7 years old (chihuahua) and the second one when I was 16. I'm from a small town in Iceland and have always loved all animals and nature. I have experience with all sizes of dogs as I have owned chihuahuas, have been walking a husky for some time and my sister owns a mastiff. I have been working as a dog sitter in Delft for 4 years , so I have quite some experience. I have experience with house sitting where I've watched over all kinds of dogs an cats. I've taken care of rescue dogs (beagles rescued from a lab) that have anxiety and are scared of most people and over dogs with acid reflux problems. I do not have open for house sitting for the whole week as I can not take on dogs during the middle of the week. I live in a big apartment in Rotterdam on the 3ʳᵈ floor ( 2 big balconies) and therefore if your dog would be staying with me it has to be light enough for me to carry or very used to walking up and down stairs. Rustige en vriendelijke kattenoppas met ervaring

! Cats only ! Wat leuk dat je mijn beschrijving leest! Als kind groeide ik op met een hond, waardoor mijn liefde voor dieren is ontstaan. Later woonde ik met huisgenoten en adopteerden we samen een oudere kat. Toen ik vervolgens alleen ging wonen ging hij met mij mee. Hij mocht 16 worden, maar is toen helaas in 2025 overleden. Sindsdien brengt mijn hele sociale cirkel hun katten bij mij als zij op vakantie of reis gaan. Zo heb ik inmiddels al veel verschillende katten met uiteenlopende karakters in huis gehad, uiteenlopend tussen een week of twee en recent een maand of 4. In principe laat ik mijn tijdelijke huisgenootjes altijd lang wennen. Het liefst knuffel ik meteen met ze, maar dat ligt er maar net aan of zij daar blij van worden natuurlijk. Gelukkig zijn katten goed in hun grenzen aangeven ;). De een zit eerst een dag of 2 onder het bed en de ander is meteen op zijn gemak. Allebei prima, zo'n tijdelijke verhuizing is natuurlijk stressvol. Gelukkig wennen ze uiteindelijk altijd goed en is het daarna erg gezellig! Zelf vind ik het vooral erg leuk om ze in huis te hebben en ervoor te zorgen dat ze iedere dag aandacht en liefde krijgen. Ik ben zelf een vrij nuchter en rustig persoon, zeker thuis. Het is er eigenlijk nooit druk of luid, en ik denk dat de meeste katten dat wel waarderen. Met inmiddels al best veel ervaring met uiteenlopende kattenkarakters durf ik wel te zeggen dat ik gepast om kan gaan met vrijwel iedere kat. En ik kijk er naar uit om wat tijd met die van jou door te brengen! Over mijn huis: - Hoekappartement met balkon - Krabpaal en karton - Banken, mandjes en vensterbanken om lekker te liggen - Speelgoed, hengeltjes etc. - Twee kattenbakken In de winter mogen ze op bed, maar in de zomer helaas niet omdat ik een klamboe heb en katten daar helaas niet mee om kunnen gaan.

Dol op honden en geef ze graag veel liefde

Ik ben een echte dierenvriend en al van jongs af aan dol op honden. Vroeger paste ik op de golden retriever van de overburen (van puppy af aan), en de laatste jaren pas ik regelmatig op honden van vrienden/ laat ze af en toe uit — zoals een ruwharige dwergteckel die soms bij mij logeert, een beagle, een labradoodle en een toy poedel. Ik heb een ontzettende liefde voor honden. Vanaf 1 jaar ben ik mijn hele jeugd lang opgegroeid met 3 honden in huis. 6 jaar geleden besloot ik mijn eerste eigen hond te adopteren. Een mishandelde ex-fokhond American Bully uit het asiel. Ze was 4 jaar, had wat baggage en is uiteindelijk met 10 jaar overleden. Het waren de 6 beste jaren met haar die we ons ook maar konden bedenken. We missen haar nog elke dag. Voor het eerst ben ik nu in huis zonder hond, dus ik zou het geweldig vinden om elke andere hond te verwennen. Inmiddels heb ik een partner en 2 dochters van 4 en 1 jaar. We hebben hier regelmatig oppashonden over de vloer. Van pitbull terriër tot chihuahua mix. Alles kan. Mijn enige regel is dat de honden gewend moeten zijn aan kinderen. Mijn dochters zijn natuurlijk opgegroeid met onze eerste hond, maar ze weten ook dat ze de ruimte van een hond moeten respecteren. Daarentegen vinden ze spelen en gek doen met een speelse hond óók geweldig. Ik heb de meeste ervaring met grote honden/ waakhonden, maar ben inmiddels ook gewend geraakt aan de mini-teckel en boomer mix van mijn moeder. Ik werk niet op locatie, dus ik ben voornamelijk met de meiden thuis. Aan aandacht zal geen hond dus tekort komen. Daarbij is de bank groot genoeg! :) Ik ben sterk (en zwaar) genoeg om grote honden te houden, ook als ze reageren op andere honden of katten buiten. Mijn partner ook. Ook wandelen is geen probleem; ik pas me aan naar behoefte. Door het omgaan en trainen van waakhonden en het hebben van reactieve honden weet ik in ieder geval de leiding te nemen en ben ik ontzettend rustig in elke situatie. Ik zou het ontzettend leuk vinden om jouw beste maatje te leren kennen!

Weekend oppas voor honden

Ik ben opgegroeid met honden, hou van ze en kan met bijna elke hond omgaan. Heb zelf een golden retriever gehad helaas heb ik afscheid van hem moeten nemen na 13 jaar.
