Dierenvilla op de Herengracht 🐾

Vanaf jongs af aan altijd al in vriendenboekjes geschreven dat ik ‘iets met dieren’ wilde doen later. Ook elke verjaardag en Sinterklaas gesmeekt om een hond. Nu al 14 jaar een hond en sinds 7 jaar een tweede, beide bij mijn ouders. Ik mis ze wel als ik in mijn studentenstad ben en daarom bij PetBnB gekomen! Kan ook erg goed met katten, in mijn studentenhuis in Utrecht altijd een kat gehad. Ik vind het leuk om om dieren heen te zijn en krijg er altijd energie van. Zelf ben ik sportief, zorgzaam en lief. Met dieren houd ik van knuffelen, lange wandelingen buiten, spelen en lekker samen op de bank liggen. Op zoek naar gezellige oppashondjes!

Ik heb vroeger thuis altijd honden gehad (2 Duitse Herders) en nu zij er allebei niet meer zijn (de laatste is een aantal maanden geleden overleden :() mis ik het zo om lekker te knuffelen en te wandelen met de hond, dat ik op zoek ben naar een oppashond om daar lekker mee te kunnen wandelen, spelen en knuffelen. Actually missing my 6yo shelter mixed dog Dobby in Spain but visiting him a couple of times a year and always bringing him toys (that he destroys in 5 min). I love animals!! I am living in De Pijp so i can walk around Amstel river or Sarphatipark (2 min walking from my house) which i belive is a nice walk for the doggies. Also my last flatmate had a 1y/o tiny mixed teckle (Paco), but she sadly moved to a new country months ago, so i lived half a year with them and missing them! Ik hou ontzettend veel van honden

Oppassen door grote hondenvriend

Wij zijn dol op honden maar kunnen door onze banen (geen regelmatig thuiswerken mogelijk) niet goed permanent voor een hond zorgen zonder dat meerdere dagen per week hondenoppas/uitlaatservice nodig is en dat vinden we niet leuk voor de hond. Playful, loving, down-to-earth & good communicator

I almost enjoy spending time with dogs more than with people. I really love social dogs and I love playing and training, which I find so rewarding! I get excited when dogs are excited and love learning, so I have no problem leaving the house 10 times a day to potty train a puppy or walk for two hours in the park with an active dog while throwing a ball or doing little search challenges. I also think it's much nicer to cuddle on the couch after a long (or short) day in the park. I have signed up to Petbnb, since I work too much to be a dog mom myself - instead I will be the fun aunt. More about my experience: I've grown up around labradors and a springer spaniel in my family, all family dogs and some also trained and used for hunting. It taught me simple training techniques and made me see the joy that comes with a well-behaved and loved dog. I was the regular dog sitter for a broholmer for a few years, we always had the best time together. Currently I am the regular sitter for an old staffy. We tend to spend more time on the couch than in the park, but that's her preference. I also love bringing her when getting a coffee with friends or take her on a drive somewhere fun outside the city. Additionally I volunteer at a dog shelter, where I clean and go for walks with the dogs. I meet many different breeds here every week, and additionally I get to learn from professional dog trainers and caretakers. I've previously owned an english bulldog, Benji, a young rescue. He had issues with eating, seperation and stress because of his experiences, which I worked on together with a professional trainer. I definitely have a soft spot for those bully breeds now. Dogs communicate so much to us, and it's very important to read their body language, while I only give simple, easy to understand commands and use my body language. I am always calm and let the dog come to me, so they feel more relaxed and they can trust me. I have a lot of patience when getting to know new dogs, and I really appreciate all the little wins along the way, also if your dog has any special needs. More about my personal life: I'm originally from Copenhagen and moved to Amsterdam three years ago, when my boyfriend got a job here. I took a chance, quit my job and moved. I have learned some dutch, but communicate better in english still. I work in the fashion industry in a creative job. - I currently work full time and commute, so only my weekends are available. - We have an elevator in our building, if we are dog sitting in our apartment.

Kees is out permanent roommate, he’s a mini dachshund who loves to play in Vondelpark everyday and make new friends. About myself, I’m an analyst that often works from home and through social media and group chats I see a lot of people struggling to find a sitter for their pet. While working at home I usually walk Kees every 2-3 hours, while going to dog parks almost everyday for a least 30 min. I’ve taken care of a few dogs before, and when taking them anywhere I make sure to but a tracking device on them (better be safe than sorry!). If your dog needs to stay overnight, that won’t be an issue as there is plenty of space here on the boat. Regarding this, no person of dog had ever fallen in the water - but just to be sure we always put the dogs life jackets on. Regarding your dog, my only wish is that he/she is comfortable being picked-up and being friendly to other dogs. The rest I can manage! Looking forward meeting you and your dog!

Grote hond liefhebber opzoek naar hondjes!

Ik ben zelf echt opgegroeid met honden, en mis een hondje in huis! Alleen heb ik daar nog niet geld voor, maar dit lijkt me dus een leuke oplossing. Flexibele betrouwbare hondenoppas

Ik ben opgevoed met een labrador, cane corso en een rotweiler. Het is geweldig om honden om je heen te hebben!
