Ooit 7 Bali dogs gehad..............:))

Ik heb 13 jaar op Bali gewoond waar ik ooit 7 honden heb gehouden. Voornamelijk Bali dogs die op de stranden of langs de kanten van de weg zijn gedropt. Met veel pijn in mijn hart zijn 5 honden vergiftigd en 2 heb ik moeten laten inslapen. Waarvan de laatste vorig jaar februari. Nu éénmaal terug in Amsterdam mis ik mijn dagelijkse gezelschap van de viervoeter. Daarom wil ik graag zo nu en dan op een hond passen die voldoet aan mijn profiel. Omdat mijn werk als sustainable designer | entrepeneur voor een deel in ZO Azië plaats vindt is het praktisch onmogelijk om zelf nog een hond te houden.

Hallo! Wij zijn Karlijn en Niels, 30 en 29 jaar oud. Karlijn werkt bij postNL en Niels heeft zijn eigen kledingmerk. Wij wonen met veel plezier in de Javastraat en het lijkt ons super leuk af en toe een nieuwe vriend over de vloer te hebben. Wanneer een hondje hier op bezoek is zal hij/zij een overdosis aandacht en liefde krijgen. Wij hebben de tijd om veel naar buiten te gaan als de hond hierom vraagt en onze flexibele werkschema’s zorgen ervoor dat we (indien nodig) meerdere dagen thuis kunnen zijn. Beste vrienden van Niels zijn ouders hebben altijd meerdere labradors en teckels gehad waar hij vaak op heeft moesten passen of hele vakanties mee samen was. Hier heeft hij altijd aandachtig geluisterd wat de zorg van een hond vraagt en hier is ook deels de liefde ontstaan. Een eigen hond is voor ons nu geen optie maar een hondje op bezoek af en toe zou ons heel blij maken! Wij kijken enorm uit naar de nieuwe vrienden die we over de vloer gaan hebben!

I prefer smaller dogs as I live in an apartment. I am great with taking care of dogs as I had many dogs throughout my life. I walk them often, play with them, keep them entertained and do further enriching activities. I know how to approach dogs and make them less anxious about changing environments. No preferences on breeds. I would also preferably dog sit on the weekends but I am very flexible. My boyfriend also lives with me so if I am not available the dog would never be alone. I just absolutely adore dogs. Me and Doggo's is magic. You will encounter me walking Desie everywhere in the neighborhood cuddling 73.2% of every puppers I encounter. I am available to have your dog stay over during the day, the night. I can come to your place in central Amsterdam & de Pijp to watch & walk your dog for the day and the night. Downside is for sleepovers I have to bring my dog along, so that may be awkward. I can't travel super long distances, speifically during cold weather. That means that during summer I can operate primarily 1072 postal code regions, in summers *maybe & adjacent*. That means I am mostly available in or near de Pijp. I most certainly won't ship to Noord, Almere or Purmerend to walk doggo. The notion abhors me :) I can visit your house or stay the night walking or biking distance from de Pijp. I can host a dog that's compatible with Desie, inside my apartment. Desie is a female (neutered) Bull Terrier and . very agreeable towards other dogs. IF I stay the night or spend hours at YOUR place, I will have to bring Desie with me. I can NOT host cats. I postively adore cats but Desie adores them as a form of hissing snack. As a particularly illustrative - i have a lot of experience with tame rats. This may be an option, but who would pay "for someone to watch a bunch of rats" ? I would like to evolve experience taking care of avids, such as crows, ravens, birds if prey - but that would a major undertaking. Parrots and such, I guess maybe...? In thirty five years I owned three french bulldogs, three white canadian shepherd, three bull terriers. I profess to having a very deep and sincere bond with nearly all dogs. Until later this year I work from home - and my involvement with PetBnB may move. I likely move houses december-february.
