Hi my name is Alaia. I am an animal lover of all kinds since early childhood. My love for furry animals led me to nurture a variety of delightful companions, including two spirited Pomeranians, a charming Teddy, a hamster, and two chinchillas. Additionally, during a shared living arrangement, I co-parented an adorable British Shorthair cat with my roommates. During my university days, I actively participated in an animal protection organization, where I rescued several stray cats and facilitated their adoption into loving homes. Having shared my life with this eclectic mix of pets, I've gained insights into their unique personalities, needs, and the unconditional love they bring into our lives. My mission as a Pawsitter is to extend this love and care to your pets, ensuring they feel cherished and secure in your absence. I am a student and work part time. I only have 2 or 3 contact hours a day of university on weekdays. Therefore, I am home a lot of the time, ensuring that your furry family members receive the attention and care they deserve. I have no pets and I am conveniently located for delightful walks and playtime adventures. I provide home-visits services. For visiting, I will spend time with the pet, refresh their food and water, clean their litter tray or go out to the toliet. I can send picture/video of pet to owner every time I visit.❗️And for daycare services, I am only able to accommodate furry friends weighing up to 10kg. This limitation ensures a safe and comfortable environment for all pets under my care.

I’ve had many dogs throughout my life and I have such a passion for them that since moving to the Netherlands, i have decided to walk dogs in my free time for very little money because I want to be around dogs as much as possible and care for them wherever possible. My father is a professional dog trainer and we always had more than 2 dogs in our house. I moved to the Netherlands in 2020 with my ex-partner and our beautiful dogs (a husky and a schnauzer). So here I am ❤️ Jouw baby is safe met mij mits zij/hij samen goed kan omgaan met mijn 5-jarige Mia ( meestal wel) Altijd goed om even kennis te maken om te zien of er een klik is. Mocht dat zo zijn is je reuzebaby welkom waar hij/zij superverwend zal worden. Kleine hondjes zijn ook welkom daar kan Mia heel erg goed mee omgaan. At my parents place we have 2 cat brothers, pepito and super Mario, they are 10 years old, and Frida a Maltese, she is now 7 and loves being at the center of attention. I've taken care of both our own and friends pets, both cats and dogs. I have a pretty laid back schedule for work and can plan in walks at any time of the day really, mornings preferably not before 8am, can do afternoon and evenings. The walks are usually 30-45 minutes long, also depending on what the dog requires, some play time, cuddles. I am usually not free on Mondays as I'm in the office, but I can spend time with your pet in the evenings. I'd love to go on more walks during the day and hence I’d love to spend some time with your pet. I currently can't have any dogs, but would love to in the future. I will take care of your pet as if it were my own, I will send you pictures of them during my daily visits and or walks. Im happy to come over to feed and play with your pet, water any plants, and check the post, while making sure to respect the boundary of your pet, everyone has their own personality. The visits usually last about an hour. I'm happy to discuss any requests, and I can possibly stay at your place with your pet for the night, preferably not longer than 3-4 nights. Mijn naam is Chérise van der Zwan en ik ben 18 jaar oud. Ik volg nu de opleiding onderwijsassistent. Daarvoor heb ik op het Lentiz gezeten in Maasland. Daar had ik ook wat praktijkvakken, één vak daarvan was dierverzorging. Zelf ben ik echt opgevoed met dieren. Ik heb zelf een hond, een poes en vissen. Life is tough, but easier with a man's best friend

I lived on a farm with over 10 dogs as a kid which began my love and passion for dogs. Throughout all my ups and downs, I could always lean back to the support of my dog. As I am studying here, I miss having a best friend. I can't promise that I am a professional dog trainer but I can promise that I would take great care of your dogs and show them the love they deserve. Basel took care of our two dogs for 10 days while we were on vacation and he was phenomenal! Our dogs had tons of long fun walks, he sent photos, and they came home relaxed and well- behaved from there stay with Basel. I can tell he was patient, kind, and consistent with his care for our dogs. We will use him again!

Vier jaar geleden adopteerde ik (na altijd katten te hebben gehad) mijn eerste hond: een klein, 13-jarig, blind en incontinent hondje met allerlei problemen. Het was mijn doel om hem nog een zo mooi mogelijk leven te geven. Ik keek youtube filmpjes, las boeken, huurde gedragstherapeuten in en na een paar maanden had ik er een vrolijke,stabiele hond voor terug. Met terugwerkende kracht een hondenmens. Ik ben zo blij dat honden bestaan, ik kan me geen leven meer zonder hen voorstellen! Die persoon die bij iedere hond die voorbij loopt "KIJK EEN HOND!" zegt tegen haar vriend(en)? Dat ben ik dus 😊 Op het moment hebben wij twee honden: Brownie (1.5 jaar) en Joepie (10 maand). Hun karakters zijn zo'n beetje het tegenovergestelde van elkaar: zoals we het zelf zeggen: we hebben één schaker en één voetballer 😉. Brownie is heel gevoelig, denkt bij alles 3 keer na en snapt wat we van hem vragen. Joepie is een actieve doerak die alles best vindt en nergens van op kijkt. Als ik jouw hond(en) uitlaat kan ik ze samen met mijn twee honden uitlaten, of alleen jouw hond(en). Ondertussen heb ik ervaring met: Gedragsproblemen, medicijnen toedienen, luiers aandoen, clicker training, blinde honden, dove honden, honden die niet meer kunnen lopen, oude honden, puppies en nog veel meer. Wat ik belangrijk vind is dat de behoefte van de hond centraal staat. Wilt een hond bijvoorbeeld niet geaaid worden? Dan zal ik dat nooit forceren en er voor waken dat voorbij lopende mensen de hond niet zomaar aaien. Andere dieren? Ik kan bij jullie thuis komen om eventueel een kat, knaagdier, vogel of ander dier eten en aandacht te geven. Ik vind alle dieren even lief 😊! Last minute aanvragen zijn ook geen probleem.

Aanbeveling

Ben zeer tevreden over de kwaliteiten van Ronja als hondenoppas. Tijdens een weekend weg zorgde ze voor mijn hond Fathiyyi. Dit is gedaan met veel zorg en aandacht. Blije hond bij thuiskomst.
