I noticed that I got a review with very positive content but only 4 paws in rating. I am a bit confused about this. Is it because an accidentally wrong click or something? But no worries I know that I am the best sitter and I take best care of the animals and I reply messages very quick and I update a lot of photos and videos. I give a lot of attention and cuddle them a lot. I speak to them with the softest voice. I follow the instructions well and I am always willing to do more. I love and take care of the animals not just I want a nice review record but I truly love them. I'll be a bit sad if I am gonna miss some adorable animals because of this 4 paws review. No I need 15 more 5-paw reviews to go back to 5-paw 😭 IMPORTANT THINGS FIRST: I usually responde fast, and I appreciate EFFICIENT COMMUNICATION that you can save your time to company your fluffy boys and girls more. We value each other's time. I only speak English. My place is only a 42 m2 appartment with a seperate bedroom. Not a good choice for villa dogs. I live in an apartment. As a result, I can't accept dogs with barking issues. This is a red flag for my neighbors. I usually don't accept dogs with separation anxieties. In special situation you can ask and I can prepare myself. I can only accept one dog at a time. It depends on your preferences that you can state clearly. My recently experience showed that dogs can make friends immediately and enjoy each other. They can calm down or feel relaxed quicker than staying with a sitter alone. However, my family dog doesn't like sharing humans with other dogs. He will be a bit jealous. So it depends. I care about the tidiness of the house in a way that both pets and humans can enjoy a nice living space. I allow pets on sofa and furnitures and on my laps. I would like to cuddle them a lot. As a result, I would clean the paws after each walk using a soft wet wipe in a very gentle way. If your pet doesn't like paws being touched, then I am not a suitable sitter for them. For safety reasons, I don't accept boys and girls who are heavier than 25kg. Otherwise I may have difficulties in unusual situations where I need to carry/lift them. IF YOU ARE STILL INTERESTED IN ME, here is my background: My family has a cream-colored Shiba Inu who is incredibly adorable. I also have hands-on experience caring for a British Shorthair silver shaded cat, whom I looked after for several months while helping a friend. During that time, I was responsible for daily feeding, litter cleaning, and providing companionship, while keeping the cat comfortable and relaxed in its usual routine. Animals have always been an important part of my life. My mom is especially good at caring for animals — from chicks, birds, and rabbits to dogs — and she has always taken excellent care of them. Growing up in that environment, I believe I’ve inherited her patience, sense of responsibility, and genuine love for animals. When babysitting, I focus on following each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. For dogs, this includes regular walks, playtime, and calm interaction based on their energy level. For cats, I respect their personality — whether they enjoy active play or prefer quiet company. I always make sure pets have fresh food and water, a clean environment, and plenty of attention. Before each stay, I’m happy to arrange a visit or meet-up with you and your pets so we can go through any important details together. I truly appreciate it when owners share their pets’ preferences, habits, and routines — every boy and girl is unique, and understanding what they like helps me provide better, more personalized care. I pay close attention to safety, hygiene, and the well-being of each animal, and I’m always willing to adapt my care to different personalities or special needs. Mijn moeder was hondentrainster, waardoor ik ook veel heb meegekregen over hondengedrag, opvoeding en hoe je op een rustige en duidelijke manier met honden omgaat. Daarnaast heb ik jarenlang intensief met paarden gewerkt. Ik begon op mijn zevende met paardrijden en heb later meerdere jaren bij een professionele dressuurstal gewerkt, waar ik dagelijks verantwoordelijk was voor de verzorging en omgang met paarden. Daar werkte ik ook met jonge, gevoelige en soms moeilijkere paarden. Hierdoor ben ik gewend om goed naar het gedrag en de lichaamstaal van een dier te kijken en rustig en geduldig te blijven. Bij het oppassen vind ik het vooral belangrijk dat een huisdier zich veilig en op zijn gemak voelt en zoveel mogelijk zijn normale routine kan behouden. Ik vind het heerlijk om met honden lange wandelingen te maken, met ze te spelen en ze voldoende aandacht te geven, maar ik kan natuurlijk ook rustig gezelschap bieden aan dieren die daar meer behoefte aan hebben. Katten geef ik graag de ruimte om zelf contact te zoeken, met natuurlijk genoeg aandacht, spelen en knuffels als ze daar zin in hebben. Ik sta open voor vrijwel alle rassen en formaten. Grote honden vind ik absoluut geen probleem en door mijn ervaring met dieren voel ik mij ook op mijn gemak bij energieke of sterke honden. Het belangrijkste voor mij is dat ik vooraf een goed beeld krijg van het karakter, de gewoontes en eventuele aandachtspunten van jouw huisdier. Mijn beschikbaarheid is momenteel vrij flexibel, dus zowel voor losse dagen, wandelingen als langere oppasperiodes kunnen we kijken wat mogelijk is. Ik zorg graag voor jouw dier alsof het mijn eigen huisdier is, met veel aandacht, geduld en liefde.

I am a student studying at the VU. I have been pet sitting for almost 3 years now here in Amsterdam. I have taken care of 50+ different dogs and cats until now and I am experienced with different breeds and habits of pets. Originally I am from China, and I am currently studying at the VU. I have a cat and a dog back home (the cat is 5 years old, and the dog is 6 years old). I've been responsible for taking care of them since they were a few weeks old, so I'm really used to the life rhythm with these cute little angels around. In 2024, I volunteered at an animal rescue center in Crete, Greece, where I had to take care of 15+ dogs. I enjoyed spending the whole day with them, taking them to the beach, and cooking for them. I treat my pets as my friends – not only loving and caring for them, but I also pay attention to the small habits and characteristics that make them unique. This is what motivated me to become a pet sitter, to make more fluffy animal friends! I study at home most of the time, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets. My daily routine is very flexible and can be adjusted to fit the walking/feeding time of your pet. I love sleeping with dogs and cats too and I am happy to let your pet be in all places in the house. But if there’s specific requirements for no pets in bedroom/on couch etc I will also follow them. For house sitting, I will make sure to keep the place tidy, water plants/ pick up deliveries if needed, will also do a thorough clean up at the end of the sit. I will make sure to be careful with windows and doors, not letting the pet get out accidentally. Ofcourse, I will also ensure not to leave food out unattended. During heatwave I will keep a close eye on the behavior of the pet, for dog walks I will also check the temperature of the ground before leaving.

We couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter! Yuyue stayed at our home for three weeks while we were travelling, and we felt completely at ease knowing our cats were in such good hands. She was incredibly trustworthy, respectful and proactive from the very beginning. Before the sitting, she asked all the right questions, from our cats' habits and routines to the vet's contact details and address in case of an emergency. She was equally thoughtful when it came to anything around the house, always checking with us whenever she had a question. Communication throughout the three weeks was excellent. She was very responsive and regularly sent us lovely pictures and videos of herself with our cats. It was so reassuring to see how happy, relaxed and comfortable they were in her company. We genuinely appreciated Yuyue's care, thoughtfulness and sense of responsibility. We would happily have her look after our cats again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter!

But if its a slow eating food bowl, please bring it. 2. Maybe 1 toy, but we also have toys. 3. Food ( no need to prepare portions, just write a reminder on a piece of paper how much of what) 4. Some cookies. 5. Bed, or blanket, or cussion. Even your dog sleeps on the floor at home, with us if they see other doggie has a nice bed, they are taking it from them haha. They always get jealous, so please bring at least a blanket, so they can switch. --- About Us Mike and I love animals! In my home country, I was a volunteer working to rescue stray cats and dogs. I have a lot of experience caring for sick cats, pregnant cats, kittens, and puppies. I can give injections to cats, kittens, and dogs if needed, and I have also assisted in cat neutering surgeries. We love dogs of all sizes—small and large. Besides caring for animals, I am a professional musician. I have a diploma as a music teacher, orchestra artist, and ensemble performer. I also have three years of experience teaching music at a school, working with children aged 6 to 16. I come from a family of educators—my mother and grandmother were both teachers. I am currently learning Dutch, but for now, I can only speak English and Russian, and I understand some Dutch. Mike has had dogs since childhood. He can train your dog as well.Most of doggies are falling in love with him within first 5min spending time together. Not always, but during high seasons, we can have multiple guests, just like other pet sitters. However, all guest dogs here are friendly, sweet, and non-aggressive. Conflicts are not allowed, as we live in an apartment, and our neighbors wouldn’t be happy, haha. 2. Dogs can be separated—in different rooms or in the same room with a barrier, ensuring they have their privacy and rest from playing. It depends on each guest’s personality and needs. For example, if two dogs of similar age and size enjoy playing together, why should we stop them from having fun? (Of course, under my supervision!) But if your dog is older and needs more rest than a puppy, we will make sure they can relax away from younger dogs. Our main focus is your dog’s safety, health, and emotional well-being. 3. If you want your dog to become more social, this is the perfect environment! Your pet will be surrounded by friendly dogs who won’t react to irritation or grumpiness. Dogs learn from each other very quickly, becoming more social and overcoming past fears. 4. We live on the second floor. If your dog doesn’t know how to use stairs, you’ll be surprised at how quickly they learn from other dogs! Some even love running up and down, haha. 5. Our apartment is next to two beautiful parks—just a 1-minute walk away. We are also 10 minutes by car from the beach and another large park where dogs can run off-leash (unless they plan to swim!). Vroeger liet ik met veel plezier honden uit bij het asiel , dit wakkerde mijn dierenliefde alleen maar meer aan. Tegenwoordig pas ik regelmatig op de honden en katten van vrienden en werk ik ook op een plek waar ik omringd ben door dieren. Ik ben gek op lange wandelingen, korte wandelingen, wandelen aan zee of wandelen in het bos you name it! Houdt jouw harige vriend(in) van wandelen, spelen of juist rust? ik zorg met alle liefde voor een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving.

Jet is een geweldige dierenoppas! Ze heeft op mijn kat Pjotr gepast tijdens mijn vakantie. Helaas kreeg Pjotr net in die week een wondje aan zijn pootje, maar Jet heeft hem ontzettend goed verzorgd. We hadden tussentijds veel contact, wat mij enorm geruststelde. Ik kan haar van harte aanbevelen!
