Important Information for our Clients Holiday and Peak-Season Rates — December 2026 to September 2027 A surcharge of €2 per dog per night applies to pet boarding during the following periods: • Christmas and New Year: 18 December 2026 – 4 January 2027. • Spring school holidays: 13–28 February 2027. • Easter weekend: 26–29 March 2027. • May school holidays and Ascension Day: 24 April – 9 May 2027. • Pentecost weekend: 15–17 May 2027. • Summer peak season: 1 July – 15 September 2027. All dates are inclusive. The surcharge applies only to nights within these periods. The total price shown when booking already includes any applicable holiday or peak-season surcharge. This is the final price; the surcharge will not be added again. Outside these periods, our standard rates apply. Please book early to secure a place for your dog. Dear Clients! Please note: If you mention in your booking that you want to pick up your pet at 10:00 AM, please make sure you arrive at that time. We can’t always wait for 2–3 hours, as we also have our own plans—resting, cleaning the apartment, meeting with friends and family. It is very inconvenient to constantly change our schedule and stay in “waiting mode.” If you are running late (up to 15 minutes), please let us know in advance. We need time to pack your pet’s belongings, and during this process, dogs often get excited, start barking or whining, and this can last for 30 minutes or more, making it difficult to handle. Please be on time!Thank you for this ❤️ If you have an emergency and cannot pick up your dog on time, please let us know.99% of the time there is no problem, we keep your fury family member until you arrive. Thank you! --- Booking Reminders Feel free to remind us about your booking or meeting. We will appreciate it! This app can be messy, and it’s easy to lose contacts. If I don’t remember your dog’s name, I may not be able to find our previous messages. And very often, different clients have dogs with the same name! ---- What we need from you when your dog is going to be our guest 1. We don't need food or water bowls. We have plenty. But if its a slow eating food bowl, please bring it. 2. Maybe 1 toy, but we also have toys. 3. Food ( no need to prepare portions, just write a reminder on a piece of paper how much of what) 4. Some cookies. 5. Bed, or blanket, or cussion. Even your dog sleeps on the floor at home, with us if they see other doggie has a nice bed, they are taking it from them haha. They always get jealous, so please bring at least a blanket, so they can switch. --- About Us Mike and I love animals! In my home country, I was a volunteer working to rescue stray cats and dogs. I have a lot of experience caring for sick cats, pregnant cats, kittens, and puppies. I can give injections to cats, kittens, and dogs if needed, and I have also assisted in cat neutering surgeries. We love dogs of all sizes—small and large. Besides caring for animals, I am a professional musician. I have a diploma as a music teacher, orchestra artist, and ensemble performer. I also have three years of experience teaching music at a school, working with children aged 6 to 16. I come from a family of educators—my mother and grandmother were both teachers. I am currently learning Dutch, but for now, I can only speak English and Russian, and I understand some Dutch. Mike has had dogs since childhood. He can train your dog as well.Most of doggies are falling in love with him within first 5min spending time together. Please feel free to contact us, and we will find the best way for me to help you with your pet. I also promise to follow your recommendations on how to care for your beloved pet! --- Important Notes 1. We take more than one dog. Not always, but during high seasons, we can have multiple guests, just like other pet sitters. However, all guest dogs here are friendly, sweet, and non-aggressive. Conflicts are not allowed, as we live in an apartment, and our neighbors wouldn’t be happy, haha. 2. Dogs can be separated—in different rooms or in the same room with a barrier, ensuring they have their privacy and rest from playing. It depends on each guest’s personality and needs. For example, if two dogs of similar age and size enjoy playing together, why should we stop them from having fun? (Of course, under my supervision!) But if your dog is older and needs more rest than a puppy, we will make sure they can relax away from younger dogs. Our main focus is your dog’s safety, health, and emotional well-being. 3. If you want your dog to become more social, this is the perfect environment! Your pet will be surrounded by friendly dogs who won’t react to irritation or grumpiness. Dogs learn from each other very quickly, becoming more social and overcoming past fears. 4. We live on the second floor. If your dog doesn’t know how to use stairs, you’ll be surprised at how quickly they learn from other dogs! Some even love running up and down, haha. 5. Our apartment is next to two beautiful parks—just a 1-minute walk away. We are also 10 minutes by car from the beach and another large park where dogs can run off-leash (unless they plan to swim!). If we are not too busy, we take the car or bicycles and go to the beach or the big park to walk the dogs. --- Additional Information I do not use WhatsApp for Petbnb contacts. Thank you!
