Spacious enclosed garden home near Clingendaelpark

Hello, We have recently moved to a larger home in a quiet, green neighborhood right next to Clingendael Park and the Haagse Bos. This location offers direct access to some of the nicest walking routes in the area. The house has plenty of indoor space and a fully enclosed garden with grass and high hedges. Dogs can safely move around, relax outside or play, depending on their energy level. The garden is a big advantage for dogs that like having outdoor access without constant leash time. Our jobs are hybrid and we coordinate our schedules so that usually one of us is working from home. This means there is regular presence throughout the day and your dog is not left alone for long periods. We have experience with dogs of different sizes, ages and temperaments and have been doing this since before our daughter was born. We now have a toddler at home who is used to being around dogs and enjoys their company. Because of this, it is important that your dog is comfortable around young children. At home, we keep things calm and structured. We follow a consistent routine with walks, feeding, rest and downtime. Walks are often in Clingendael or the Haagse Bos, depending on the dog and weather. Inside, dogs have space to settle and we provide simple enrichment like toys and interaction. We do not take puppies younger than 6 months. Before confirming a stay, we like to understand your dog a bit better: – How they are with other dogs – Any triggers or specific behaviour – Whether they have separation anxiety or bark frequently – Whether they are comfortable around toddlers We live in a quiet residential area with neighbors nearby, so we only accept dogs that fit a calm environment and do not bark excessively. Safety and clear communication are important to us. We keep things straightforward, maintain a secure setup and aim to make the stay predictable and comfortable for both dog and owner. Vrolijke familie wil zijn dierenliefde delen

Hoi! Wij zijn een familie die enorm houdt van honden, bestaande uit Gert-Jan en Leonie en dochters Merthe (10) en Jiske (8). We gaan graag op vakantie of weekenden weg, en vinden het op dit moment een te grote verplichting om zelf volledig voor een hond te zorgen. We zijn allebei opgegroeid met honden en de laatste jaren passen wij met grote regelmaat op onze vaste logé Bowie (Labradoodle). Dit vinden wij als gezin zo leuk om te doen dat we ook graag anderen willen helpen. We vinden het ook heel leuk om verschillende karakters van honden te leren kennen. Gert-Jan werkt nagenoeg volledig thuis en Leonie werkt parttime, waardoor we veel tijd hebben om lekker te wandelen en te spelen. Ook onze meiden zijn elke keer dolenthousiast en geven veel aandacht en liefde aan honden, een hond die oké is met kinderen is wel belangrijk. We hebben een ruime en volledig afgesloten tuin en wonen op loopafstand van de groenzoom waar we dan ook graag wandelen. Of naar de hondenspeeltuin om de hoek, daar genieten we ook van. We laten altijd maximaal 1 hond tegelijk komen, om echt gerichte aandacht te hebben en de hond ook rust te gunnen. Hopelijk tot binnenkort? Groeten, Gert-Jan en Leonie

Ik was dan ook dolgelukkig toen mijn zusje en ik een mooie kruising kregen van een Labrador en een Herder. Hij was 3 jaar oud toen wij hem kregen uit een asiel. Tot zijn 16e was Banjer mijn kleine broertje met wie ik veel avonturen heb beleefd. Momenteel past het niet in mijn leven om zelf de zorg te dragen voor een hond. Dat is de reden dat ik graag de zorg voor honden van anderen (tijdelijk) uit handen neem. Jouw huisdier, ‘kindje’ beland bij mij in ‘Doggy Camp Scheveningen’, een paradijs voor honden vol gezelligheid, liefde en zorgzaamheid. Als jij zelf een avondje, dagje, weekend weg of op vakantie bent dan gun jij je hond toch ook het beste? Samen met mijn moeder (1948) zorgen wij met liefde voor jouw huisdier. Ik werk vanuit huis en ben deels mantelzorger. Mijn moeder is met pensioen, dat betekent dat er altijd iemand thuis is, wel zo gezellig voor de honden. Wil jij jouw hond laten overnachten bij ons? Gezellig, dat kan, want ik blijf dan ook overnachten om zorg te dragen voor de grote honden logeerpartij. Wij wonen in een huis met een grote afgesloten tuin waar je hond vrij kan rondlopen. In de zomer staat er zelfs een honden zwembad in de tuin en een relaxbed voor ze klaar. Wij verwennen de honden, maar de honden kennen wel hun plek bij ons en we zijn consequent. Wij kunnen vanuit huis zo naar de duinen, het strand en het bos wandelen. Maar wij vinden het ook leuk om de hond mee te nemen in de auto en ze ergens anders uit te laten. Onze favoriete wandelplekken zijn: *Duinen *Oostduinpark *Waalsdorpervlakte *Scheveningse bosjes *Hondenstrand bij haven en einde Zwarte Pad Heeft jouw hond speciale aandacht nodig tijdens je afwezigheid? Mocht er onverhoopt iets gebeuren? Op nog geen 5 minuten lopen van ons huis is Dierenkliniek Scheveningen gelegen. Daarnaast is er ook een dierenwinkel in de buurt. Wil jij jouw hond voor langere tijd bij ons laten logeren? Ook dat kan, sommige honden hebben 4 weken bij ons gelogeerd. Neem contact op en vraag naar de mogelijkheden. Wij rekenen een toeslag van €15,- per dag tijdens feestdagen. Wil jij een reservering maken voor een vakantie? Hou er dan rekening mee dat je na een kennismaking minimaal van te voren 1 nacht moet reserveren. Op basis daarvan maken wij het besluit om wel of niet een aantal weken op je hond te passen, zodat wij zeker weten dat het klikt tussen ons en de hond en ook weten hoe zijn of haar gedrag in ons huis is. Wij hebben ervaring in het oppassen op huizen met honden, katten en kippen. Daarnaast hebben wij ervaring in het oppassen op boerderijen met paarden, honden, katten en kippen. Voor een huis- en dieren oppas aan huis vragen wij een ander tarief en het is alleen mogelijk vanaf minimaal 2 nachten. Wij komen wanneer u weggaat en wij vertrekken wanneer u thuiskomt. Het huis zal in dezelfde staat zijn als toen we aankwamen. Als u wilt, kunnen wij onze eigen bed- en handdoekenspullen meenemen. Het enige dat we nodig hebben zijn 2 reservesleutels en een internetwachtwoord. Als u wilt, hebben wij referenties van mensen die deze dienst eerder via ons hebben geboekt. Wat horen wij graag over jouw hond/ ‘kindje’ Wij vinden het altijd prettig als de informatie en de details van de hond zoveel mogelijk is ingevuld in het profiel. Zo kunnen wij goed kijken of een hond bij ons past en weten wij waar wij rekening mee kunnen houden. *Is de hond ergens bang voor of niet? *Op welke tijden laten jullie de hond uit? *Kan je hond loslopen tijdens wandelen? *Welke commando’s worden er gebruikt? *Wat en op welke tijden krijgt hij/zij te eten; *Blaft de hond ook in- en rondom huis in tuin? *Kan je hond wel of niet met andere honden samen in ons huis verblijven? Wat kan je verwachten van onze opvang service: *Als de hond bij ons is, dan krijgt hij/zij van ons een name tag met ons telefoonnummer voor het geval dat; *Wij hebben voerder- en drinkbakken, speeltjes voor de honden, oude handdoeken, honden snoepjes etc. Uiteraard mag je zelf ook dingen meenemen waar je hond aan gehecht is. Neem aub zelf eten mee voor de hond. *De eerste keer dat jouw hond bij ons komt zal hij of zij alleen zijn zodat wij de hond goed leren kennen. Wij hebben geen vaste honden op vaste dagen. Wij hebben wel vaste hondengasten die regelmatig bij ons komen. *De eerste keer zal je hond niet worden losgelaten, zodat wij eerst kunnen checken of de hond luistert naar jullie commando’s als wij dat gebruiken. *Er zullen maximaal 2 honden tegelijkertijd op ons adres aanwezig zijn. Indien je geïnteresseerd bent in onze honden oppasservice, dan wordt er altijd eerst een kennismaking gepland en een opvangdag afgesproken. Dat kan tegelijkertijd op 1 dag. Is the dog afraid of something or not? What can you expect from our dog service: *If the dog is with us, then he/she will receive a name tag from us with our telephone number just in case; *We have food and water bowls, toys for the dogs, old towels, dog candy's etc. Of course you can also bring your own things that your dog is attached to. Please take your own food for the dog. *The first time your dog comes to us, he or she will be alone so that we get to know the dog well. We do not have fixed dogs on fixed days. Wij zijn Nikki en Justus. Allebei zijn wij 28 en wonen en werken in Den Haag. Wij zijn ruim 8 jaar samen en hebben ons hele leven al huisdieren gehad. Toevallig zijn wij beide opgegroeid met Canadese Herders, dus we zijn wel wat gewend. Verder hebben wij ruime ervaring met het oppassen op een hoop verschillende honden door jaren lang Petbnb oppasser te zijn. Justus werkt vaak ‘s ochtends en ‘s middags en kan daarom de hond lekker vroeg uitlaten. Nikki werkt voornamelijk thuis en kan daarom makkelijk tussendoor de middag wandelingen doen. Wij hebben geen tuin, wel een balkon. Onze voordeur is op twee hoog en te bereiken door twee trappen. De honden die bij ons blijven moeten dus wel trap kunnen lopen, of het niet erg vinden om opgetild te worden. Graag passen wij op honden die voor een of meerdere dagen bij ons blijven. Zo past het huisdier perfect in ons leven en krijgt het alle aandacht dat het beestje verdient.

I hate to sound like a broken record here but I can't stress how amazing it is to be able to leave your beloved pet and not have a single worry about their care while you have to travel. Ranger stayed with Justus and Nikki again and we couldn't be more happy with the love and care he gets while with them.

We zijn een gezin met twee jonge dochters dat dol is op honden het liefste zelf ook een hond zou hebben. Door school en werk zou een hond echter lange dagen alleen zijn, wat we een hond niet aan willen doen. In mijn jeugd heb ik zelf met mijn ouders een hond gehad, geen ras, maar leek op een Stabij. Ook komt regelmatig een hond in de familie logeren. De meiden zijn er dol op en willen het liefste de hele dag spelen, knuffelen en wandelen. Ook de honden in de buurt zijn geliefd en worden regelmatig verwend. Het lijkt ons leuk om in weekenden met een hond er op uit te trekken en lekker te gaan wandelen. Ook zouden verschillende doordeweekse dagen mogelijk zijn, als we thuis werken. We hebben een heel aantal weekenden geblokt in de kalender. We merken dat we flink wat aanvragen krijgen en op deze manier kunnen we zelf ook een keer wat inplannen zonder hond in het weekend. Maar daar kunnen we best wat in schuiven. Je mag dus altijd een aanvraag doen, ook al is het voor een moment dat de kalender aangeeft dat we niet beschikbaar zijn. Maar hou er dan wel rekening mee dat het antwoord dan ook nee kan zijn :).

Thorin heeft het naar zn zin gehad bij dit gezin. Hij was gewoon zichzelf bij ophalen en bij thuiskomst. Updates ontvangen en alles is prettig verlopen. Voor herhaling!
