Hoi, Ik ben Jennifer, 39 jaar en ik woon met mijn 2 katten Puma & Buddha in Bakkum-Noord. 3 jaar geleden had ik me tijdens een sabbatical voorgenomen om meer dingen te doen ik leuk vind. Één van de dingen waar ik altijd blij van word is met dieren bezig zijn. Wat begon met af en toe een hond uitlaten of een logeerhondje, is ondertussen een behoorlijk uit de hand gelopen hobby geworden ;) En ik zou inmiddels ook echt niet anders meer willen! Het geeft me ontzettend veel voldoening om (bijna) dagelijks honden en hun baasjes blij te kunnen maken / te kunnen ontzorgen. Je kan bij mij terecht voor: - Privé hondenuitlaat service (omgeving Bakkum & Castricum) Ik laat graag honden van alle formaten uit. Dat doe ik met volledige aandacht, zodat jouw hond altijd een veilige, plezierige en ontspannen wandeling tegemoet kan zien. Na het uitlaten vul ik standaard even de waterbak met vers water en met toestemming van de baasjes sluit ik de wandeling graag af met een voerpuzzel om mijn uitlaathonden niet alleen fysiek, maar ook mentaal te prikkelen (ik neem vrijwel wekelijks een nieuwe voerpuzzel mee). Ook kan je er altijd op rekenen dat de poepzakjes na een wandeling aangevuld worden en dat jouw trouwe viervoeter op regenachtige dagen na de wandeling even goed gedroogd wordt. Voor het uitlaten zijn vaste dagen / tijdstippen mogelijk en ad hoc mag je me ook altijd benaderen als je omhoog zit :) Verder is er op verzoek van alles mogelijk tijdens het uitlaten. Denk aan: *Standwandelingen *Uitje naar een losloop gebied *Spelen met een bal *Lijntraining *Fietsen - Daycare / avondje / logeren Kleine en middelgrote honden zijn meer dan welkom voor daycare of een paar nachtjes logeren. Hetzelfde geldt als je een keer een avondje weg wilt en het een keer niet handig is om de hond mee te nemen.. Ik woon op een heerlijke plek aan de rand van het bos. Ideaal als je op zoek bent naar een plek waar je hond geen aandacht tekort komt. Ik heb zelf 2 katten en om het voor hun niet te druk in huis te maken heb ik maximaal 2 daycare/logeerhonden. Mijn katten zijn honden van jongs af aan gewend 😊 Het is fijn als jouw hond ook katten gewend is. Mocht het om een langere periode gaan, of zo uitkomen, dan pas ik samen met mijn lieve buurvrouw op de logeerhond. Zij is net zo dol op honden en katten als ik. En zo hoeft jouw hond nooit alleen te zitten (ook al kan een hond thuis prima alleen zijn, we vinden het erg belangrijk om een hond die komt logeren niet zomaar alleen te laten op een nieuwe plek). We vinden het belangrijk dat de hond rustig is in huis, ouder is dan 3 jaar, goed zindelijk is en ivm buren niet zomaar aanslaat. Met de katten werkt een niet-dominante hond het beste, omdat 1 van de katten wel dominant is. Als jouw hond katten negeert dan werkt het ook super. Ik woon in een fijn en ruim appartement op 2 hoog (met een groot balkon), dus fijn om te weten dat trappen geen bezwaar zijn voor jouw hond. Op verzoek doen we ook graag hersentraining met de hond. We hebben hier o.a. een snuffelmat en voerpuzzels liggen om jouw hond mentaal lekker uit te dagen. Even in de auto springen en we staan op het strand voor een fijne strandwandeling. Dus ga je er even tussenuit of wil je je hond overdag niet alleen thuis laten? Ik zie je bericht graag tegemoet 😊 - Katten oppas Ga je op vakantie en zoek je iemand om voor je katten te zorgen? Ook daar help ik je graag bij! Tarieven Uitlaten: Het tarief voor 1 hond voor een wandeling is €20 een voor half uur / €25 voor 45min / €30 voor een uur. Voor een tweede hond van dezelfde eigenaar reken ik een korting van 50%. Daycare: €35 (09.00 - 17.00; i.o.), 2 a 3 wandelingen. 2de hond van dezelfde eigenaar 50% korting. Avondje weg: €30 (18.00 - 23.00; i.o.) 2 wandelingen. 2de hond van dezelfde eigenaar 50% korting. Logeren: €50 per dag, 4 wandelingen per dag. 2de hond van dezelfde eigenaar 50% korting. Mocht een dag korter zijn dan 24 uur, dan rekenen we hiervoor gewoon dagdelen naar rato. Katten oppas: bezoek van 30min €20 Werkwijze Stap 1 na een aanvraag is even bellen om het e.e.a. van beide kanten verder af te tasten. Stap 2 is een kennismaking (en bij logeren een proefnachtje (tegen reguliere vergoeding)), zodat we zeker weten dat het van beide kanten een goede match is.

Dogs are family

I have had dogs my whole life, they were my whole life. I moved from the English countryside to Amsterdam. It is now more difficult for me to commit to owning a dog full time. So, what better way than to spread my love for dogs, with all the dogs out there that need a new friend. Whether that is for a walk, a night, a weekend stay or a week. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing dogs live their best life. I now live looking over a huge park, watching the dogs run around makes me miss spending time with my pups. We left Luna for the first time and were very worried at first. But all our worries disappeared when we met Jadina and her partner! They are so kind and took amazing care of Luna. Al van kinds af aan ben ik een enorme dierenliefhebber. Het allerliefst zou ik zelf een hond adopteren, maar qua werksituatie is dat nu helaas niet mogelijk. Please read all the info below before making your booking! I have been around and taken care of dogs my entire life. We had two dogs when I was a child I was trusted taking care of and walk during my lunch breaks at school from a very young age. My family travelled a lot when I was young and wherever we went I would find packs of street dogs to play with, which now when I’m a parent sounds insane (and quite dangerous) but it very much shaped how I see and relate to dogs and taught me how to communicate, read body language and understand pack dynamic. I have adopted and fostered many dogs throughout my life, and have been watching and training dogs for friends and family over the years many times. Also very interested in dog psychology and behaviour in general, and their inner workings is a genuine interest for me. Dog sitting is my full time job, I’m very good at it and take it seriously. I usually spend most of my days outside with the dogs I have, it’s great for exercise and socialising and we all enjoy fresh air and sunshine. I also enjoy to bring them along for outings or other activities since I love the company. My kids are at school during the day so I have lots of time and I really enjoy walking and being outside so it’s absolutely not a chore. Different dogs have different needs of course and I do my best to accommodate that. I love biking with dogs since you can sort of “play run” together and it’s a great way to get a lot of exercise for high energy dogs, and even if a dog is not used to running next to a bike, most get the hang of it fast and I am of course very careful to make sure there’s no accidents. My house is also full of toys, activity puzzles and games, it’s important they get mental simulation as well physical. My kids are good and calm with animals, and love dogs so they are delighted about weekend stays but of course they don’t walk them and I generally don’t leave my kids alone with the dogs I host. Our cat Styx, a Maine Coon male, is raised around dogs and makes friends with most of them given a bit of time, even dogs that otherwise goes nuts when they see a cat outside! We live in a house with a lift so larger or older dogs doesn’t have to climb down stairs, the flat itself has three floors so easy and spacious with the cat living upstairs and visiting dogs downstairs. Some dogs I have regularly of course get upstairs privileges when we’re all comfortable together and maybe aren’t covered in mud! The size of the flat does also mean I can easily keep dogs and cats separated so there’s never been an issue in all the years I’ve been doing this. The downstairs floor is also large enough to keep dogs separated if necessary, I have lots of fences and baby gates I can set up. The terrace is great for fresh air and playtime. We also live very close to many green areas suitable for off leash walking, biking and swimming. I have experience with and really enjoy large dogs and don’t mind being out entire days with wolf/working breeds if they need it. My philosophy is that a dog that is provided a lot of exercise, play, boundaries, structure and a calm and assertive pack leader will be a happy and balanced one! Please note! -Do provide food, toys, chew bones, treats and toilet bags for your dogs visit. If requested I can provide this but will ask to be refunded for any additional expenses. I have lots of bowls, towels and beds etc so no need to bring that. -If your dog needs a lot of special attention, is not fully house trained or have a very labour intensive schedule you need to inform me of this in advance so we can discuss. Also if your dog can’t be together with other dogs or off leash I need to know before we finalise the booking. -I can’t accept dogs with severe behavioural problems or that barks a lot. If there are undisclosed issues like aggression, barking or destructive/unmanageable behaviour I reserve the right to terminate the booking and request you to find another arrangements for the rest of the stay, or I will ask an extra fee so be aware of this. Please don’t downplay issues since that will only cause trouble for everyone involved later on. -I will accept bookings for cats if they are spayed/neutered and very good with other cats, dogs and kids. In our search for a calm but secure sitter we found Sanika and Arjan here in Petbnb. Raiku is a white shepherd with a complete manual so to speak (but he will be "that guy" just to suprise you) - but when he is in his comfort zone he is a fairly relaxed white 1 year old shepherd. He took a day to settle in (which is really short for a white shepherd, so kuddos right there) - and after that Raiku was his own relaxed self again. Echte dierenvriend die houdt van wandelen

ik heb zelf jaren lang een kat gehad en op allerlei huisdieren opgepast tijdens het oppassen van kinderen. Als ik in het park ben wordt ik het aller blijst van lieve honden die blij met je willen spelen. Vanwege een te klein appartement in Amsterdam, helaas geen plek voor een hond, daarom wil ik er graag op 1 passen. Ik vind het leuk als honden veel energie hebben en waar je lange wandelingen mee kan maken, ook pas ik veel op een tekkel van een vriendin van mij, daar maak ik korte wandelingen mee en lig ik veel mee op de bank.

In 2023, I moved from Singapore to Amsterdam, got own ground floor home for my senior dog in 2024. During my lifetime, I learned how to train dogs (I can't train cats though) by taking some classes with my dog. -EXPERIENCE 🫧 I love animals ! My eyes are always on dogs in the streets. So I am very enthusiastic to spend time and take care of dogs and cats. I had my own dog till 2025 November, currently looking for the right timing to have my new family 🐕 I hosted more than 30 pets in Singapore during 2022-2023, more than 50 pets in Amsterdam since 2023 May including 5 long term foster cares. -SERVICE 🎖️ I will offer dog boarding and day care. My house is just bellow Westerpark, also close to a small park near my house. I normally walk your dog 3 times-every morning, at lunchtime, and at night time to either of the park. If your dog needs more often short walk I will adjust for it. Feeding will be on schedule and I have experience of medication feeding too. For home visit and dog walking, I will only offer if the location is near my residence area. -BOARDING ENVIRONMENT 🏠 I work from home everyday as Project Manager of IT software. I live alone and my house has living room + 1 dining room + 1 bedroom. There are multiple dog beds. So enough space and calm envrionment for your best mates. And the home is very close to westerpark for long walk ! While I have a dog visitor, for less than 3 days I will be at home the whole time except an errand about an hour occasionally. For more than 4 days, I can't promise to stay the house all the time. I may be out from home few hours (less than 5hours), but I will make sure the environemnt is safe and comfortable to them. Maximum dogs number in the house at the same time will be 3 for over night, 4 for day care. Also I am very flexible with drop off and pick up times, as well as stay extention. I am looking forward to seeing your floff family!
