Ik ben opgevoed met een labrador, cane corso en een rotweiler. Het is geweldig om honden om je heen te hebben! Momenteel heb ik geen honden meer en daarom heb ik mij aangemeld op petbnb, het is fantastisch om af en toe een hondje om je heen te hebben om voor te zorgen. Kleine honden, grote honden, ik vind ze allemaal fantastisch. Mijn favoriet is een teckel! Graag ga ik naar het park met de hond, ik hou erg van wandelen. Ik vind het heerlijk om er op uit te trekken met een hond. Bijna mijn hele leven heb ik honden om mij heen gehad, en ik ben daarom zeer ervaren met honden.

Paw-waw there! If there’s a dog in the room, you lost me. When I was young, my friends and I used to save puppies from streets and care for them around the block, building them dog houses, feeding & playing with them. I always had a sweet spot for them. My own experience with dogs started almost 15 years ago, when my parents and I adopted a stray dog, named Gogu. He was in the loving care of my parents till he peacefully passed away at the age of 15, but for over 7 years, we’ve been best pals, while living with them. In the past years I have been taking care of multiple doggos through Petbnb, learning how to work with different breeds, adapting to their personalities and trying to replicate as much as possible the homie vibes they get at home. Hi allemaal! I.v.m. internationale hondeneigenaren is de introductie in het Engels. I’m a 26-year-old student with lifelong experience in training and raising dogs. By taking behavioral dog training courses as well as teaching our late Swiss shepherd agility and tracking, I’ve grown to love shepherds and retrievers. However, I am a big fan of most other breeds too! While I live in an apartment, it is located right next to the Amstel - with plenty outdoor space and a short metro ride from Gaasperplas. I’m well-versed in outdoor and indoor activities, and like to keep dogs occupied and happy. Open for discussion is the question whether your dog likes to do shared walks - my parents live nearby with our Collie-Husky mix (as seen in my fourth photo). (Note: when I’m unavailable, my mother (an experienced dog trainer) likes to offer herself up as a back-up. I can ask for her availability too, if your dog doesn’t mind staying with her and the family dog.) Chili heeft een super fijne dag gehad bij Kim :hugging:! Lekker veel gespeeld en veel ruimte gekregen om haar energie kwijt te raken! Zelfs nog wat trainingen tussendoor. Overall, blije pup! En wij waren blij met alle tussentijdse updates/filmpjes! Ze kijkt er naar uit om volgend weekend een nachtje te logeren en weer met Marlowe te spelen.

In our search for a calm but secure sitter we found Sanika and Arjan here in Petbnb. Raiku is a white shepherd with a complete manual so to speak (but he will be "that guy" just to suprise you) - but when he is in his comfort zone he is a fairly relaxed white 1 year old shepherd. He took a day to settle in (which is really short for a white shepherd, so kuddos right there) - and after that Raiku was his own relaxed self again. Hi! I’m a second-year political science student with a big love for animals and lots of experience in caring for them. While my own two dogs—a calm and sweet 9-year-old brown Labrador and a velcro-dog 2-year-old Chihuahua—are currently back home in France with my family, I’ve been surrounded by pets most of my life. I also spent six years abroad when I was younger, where I had eight rabbits, and I’ve looked after cats and dogs of all kinds, including terriers and a Golden Retriever. Here in Amsterdam, I live with roommates who have pets of their own back home; a cat and two Chihuahuas. So we're all used to caring for animals. I’m used to animals with different personalities, and I especially love spending time with affectionate, velcro-type dogs who like to stick close and get plenty of attention. I’m also happy to play, cuddle, or just be a calming presence for older pets. We live just a two-minute walk from Oosterpark, which is perfect for regular walks and playtime if your dog needs a lot of outside time. There’s almost always someone home, so your pet will rarely be alone and I can guarantee will get plenty of love and attention throughout the day. I can also help with oral medication if your dog needs it mixed into food, as I've done this with my Labrador. One thing to note however, our apartment is on the second floor with typical Amsterdam stairs. Most dogs manage just fine, but if your animal has mobility issues, it’s something to consider. I’m available any time and happy to help, whether it’s for a weekend, a longer stay, or a last-minute booking. Your pet will be cared for in a friendly, safe, and relaxed environment where we'll make sure they'll feel right at home!

Wandelen en hardlopen doe ik in m'n vrije tijd al best veel of graag, maar liever samen met een hond (hardlopen met de hond zou in overleg zijn / afhankelijk van of de hond daar behoefte aan heeft). Ik vind het ook heel leuk om te helpen met het trainen, te begeleiden bij hersenwerkjes/puzzels etc. Ik plan graag een kennismaking met jou en je hond(en) in om alles te bespreken. Een proef dag, middag, of overnachting is ook altijd mogelijk. Ik heb tevens (niet in die zin gekwalificeerd of professioneel, maar wel persoonlijke) ervaring met de wat ‘lastigere’ honden en deze zijn in principe en vooral in overleg ook welkom. Het aannemen van meerdere honden van verschillende baasjes gedurende dezelfde periode zal altijd in overleg zijn en ik heb zelf ook de voorkeur om de honden vooraf met elkaar kennis te laten maken. Onze 2 husky’s, gunna en Odin, gaan inmiddels al langere tijd met heel veel plezier naar Hannah. Afgelopen maand zijn wij een maand op vakantie geweest en hebben de honden ruim drie weken bij haar verbleven. Het is echt ontzettend goed gegaan. Hannah zorgt supergoed voor ze. Ze wandelt veel met ze, houdt rekening met wat ze nodig hebben en zorgt ervoor dat ze zowel fysiek als mentaal genoeg uitdaging en aandacht krijgen. We kregen iedere dag fijne updates, waardoor we met een heel gerust gevoel op reis konden zijn. Ze is ontzettend lief, zorgzaam en voorzichtig met de honden en je merkt aan alles dat ze echt om ze geeft. Gunna en Odin zijn helemaal gek op haar en voelen zich duidelijk heel erg op hun gemak bij haar. We hadden ons geen betere oppas kunnen wensen en zouden Hannah zonder twijfel aan iedereen aanraden. Onze honden blijven absoluut bij haar terugkomen!

Twee hondenliefhebbers, dubbel de liefde

Hey hondeneigenaar, wij zijn Regina & Luuk, twee hondenliefhebbers met een gebrek aan honden. Wij wonen vlakbij het Oosterpark in Amsterdam. Beide hebben we vroeger honden gehad en dit is iets dat we graag weer terug willen in ons leven. Dogs are family

I have had dogs my whole life, they were my whole life. I moved from the English countryside to Amsterdam. It is now more difficult for me to commit to owning a dog full time. So, what better way than to spread my love for dogs, with all the dogs out there that need a new friend. Whether that is for a walk, a night, a weekend stay or a week. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing dogs live their best life. I now live looking over a huge park, watching the dogs run around makes me miss spending time with my pups. We left Luna for the first time and were very worried at first. But all our worries disappeared when we met Jadina and her partner! They are so kind and took amazing care of Luna.
