Amrita has took great care of our dog! She is a really nice and kind person with a genuine interest for the dogs. Karmen,our dog, immediately liked her and she was really enjoying her time with Amrita. I appreciated the communication style of Amrita, who was sharing with me everyday multiple videos and photos of Karmen, this was really helpful as this has been the first time we leave our dog to a petsitter. Lastly, Karmen is an elderly dog with medical needs and specific dietary and Amrita cooperated outstanding. I would definitely recommend her services if you want your dog to be happy and safe!

Zelf heb ik ook kort voor een rescue gezorgd, helaas is deze niet meer bij mij. Ik zou daarom graag weer vaker op honden passen. Wandelen en hardlopen doe ik in m'n vrije tijd al best veel of graag, maar liever samen met een hond (hardlopen met de hond zou in overleg zijn / afhankelijk van of de hond daar behoefte aan heeft). Ik vind het ook heel leuk om te helpen met het trainen, te begeleiden bij hersenwerkjes/puzzels etc. Ik plan graag een kennismaking met jou en je hond(en) in om alles te bespreken. Een proef dag, middag, of overnachting is ook altijd mogelijk. Ik heb tevens (niet in die zin gekwalificeerd of professioneel, maar wel persoonlijke) ervaring met de wat ‘lastigere’ honden en deze zijn in principe en vooral in overleg ook welkom. Het aannemen van meerdere honden van verschillende baasjes gedurende dezelfde periode zal altijd in overleg zijn en ik heb zelf ook de voorkeur om de honden vooraf met elkaar kennis te laten maken. A trial day or night is also always possible. I also have some experience (not in that sense qualified or professional, but personal experience) with behaviorrally challenged dogs, which are also welcome but that obviously would require a discussion to see how and what the dog needs / to what extent. Accepting multiple dogs from different owners during the same period will only happen in discussion with the owners and will require a meeting between the dogs beforehand.

Onze 2 husky’s, gunna en Odin, gaan inmiddels al langere tijd met heel veel plezier naar Hannah. Afgelopen maand zijn wij een maand op vakantie geweest en hebben de honden ruim drie weken bij haar verbleven. Het is echt ontzettend goed gegaan. Hannah zorgt supergoed voor ze. Ze wandelt veel met ze, houdt rekening met wat ze nodig hebben en zorgt ervoor dat ze zowel fysiek als mentaal genoeg uitdaging en aandacht krijgen. We kregen iedere dag fijne updates, waardoor we met een heel gerust gevoel op reis konden zijn. Ze is ontzettend lief, zorgzaam en voorzichtig met de honden en je merkt aan alles dat ze echt om ze geeft. Gunna en Odin zijn helemaal gek op haar en voelen zich duidelijk heel erg op hun gemak bij haar. We hadden ons geen betere oppas kunnen wensen en zouden Hannah zonder twijfel aan iedereen aanraden. Onze honden blijven absoluut bij haar terugkomen!

Our neighbours cats can approve that… 😅 We always took care of friends dogs and cats (before having our own dog since she is not such a cat fan. I truly love them, and spending time with them brings me so much joy — they add real meaning to my life. Over the years, I’ve had many pets, including cats, birds, and fish. I’ve also taken care of many friends’ dogs. I spent a long time volunteering at an animal shelter, where I walked lots of dogs of different breeds. Hi allemaal! I.v.m. internationale hondeneigenaren is de introductie in het Engels. I’m a 26-year-old student with lifelong experience in training and raising dogs. By taking behavioral dog training courses as well as teaching our late Swiss shepherd agility and tracking, I’ve grown to love shepherds and retrievers. However, I am a big fan of most other breeds too! While I live in an apartment, it is located right next to the Amstel - with plenty outdoor space and a short metro ride from Gaasperplas. I’m well-versed in outdoor and indoor activities, and like to keep dogs occupied and happy. Open for discussion is the question whether your dog likes to do shared walks - my parents live nearby with our Collie-Husky mix (as seen in my fourth photo). (Note: when I’m unavailable, my mother (an experienced dog trainer) likes to offer herself up as a back-up. I can ask for her availability too, if your dog doesn’t mind staying with her and the family dog.) Chili heeft een super fijne dag gehad bij Kim :hugging:! Lekker veel gespeeld en veel ruimte gekregen om haar energie kwijt te raken! Zelfs nog wat trainingen tussendoor. Overall, blije pup! Sinds jongs af aan heb ik veel honden in huis gehad. Het waren voornamelijk honden die gered werden van de armoedige straten in Egypte. Ik heb daarom een grote liefde ontwikkeld voor dieren en voornamelijk honden. Ik ben over het algemeen elke dag beschikbaar en ben als persoon erg flexibel als het gaat om tijd. Wandelen doe ik graag, dus een hond aan mijn zijde hebben voor een paar uurtjes is alleen maar top.
