I love walking and playing with dogs

I’m a Brazilian exchange student of International Business and now I’m on holidays until the end of February, so I have a lot of free time. Since I was born, I have always lived in a house with dogs and, for sure, this is the part that I most miss in this exchange program. I have already had a Maltese for 14 years and now I have a puppy mixed race in my parents house in Rio de Janeiro. Wij zijn Guusje & Sietse, een avontuurlijk en sportief stel en we houden ervan om veel buiten te zijn. Omdat we zelf enkel een (ruim) balkon hebben, vinden we ons huis niet geschikt voor het hebben van een permanent huisdier maar we zouden het leuk vinden om mensen in de buurt te helpen met het opvangen van hun huisdieren wanneer nodig! We houden van lange wandelingen door Flevopark of vliegerbos, dagjes uitwaaien aan het strand (als het kan) en vinden het belangrijk dat een kat/hond de aandacht krijgt die ze nodig hebben. We zijn allebei opgegroeid met katten en honden, dus we hebben veel ervaring. Het liefst passen we op middelgrote honden die makkelijk in de omgang zijn en het fijn vinden om bij mensen in de buurt te zijn. Door haar werk als freelancer werkt Guusje veel vanuit huis. Daarom is ze flexibel en kan ze overdag tijd maken voor langere wandelingen!

We hadden een gezellige kennismaking bij Guusje en Sietse, dat gaf al veel vertrouwen vooraf. Curly heeft 2 nachtjes bij ze gelogeerd, we kregen een paar leuke foto's waarop hij er erg relaxt en tevreden uitzag. Fijn oppas-adresje, wij doen zeker weer een nieuwe aanvraag!

I cared for 4 rescue dogs transported from Texan high-kill shelters to NYC with Hearts & Bones Rescue organization. I cared for and trained these sweeties, gave them a safe and loving home to decompress from all the hardships, before they got adopted #savinglives Your dog will receive maximum attention, play time, walks, bathroom stops and belly rubs :-))). And of course I will sent you photo/video/text updates so you are assured your furry sweetheart has the best time ever. Your dog will be walked at least two to three times a day (depending on how long the sitting lasts). Your pup may be left alone 2 hours max. There are no other pets in my home. I live on the 4th floor and the building has no elevator, so be aware your dog needs to be able to take stairs or is fine with being carried. My home is near the Vondelpark so I am well situated to take your pupper to enjoy some exercise and fresh air. Please, feel free to reach out to me. Niets leuker dan een hond!

Wij hebben altijd veel dieren in huis gehad, niet alleen honden maar ook varkens, schaapen en nog veel meer. Maar honden vond ik altijd het allerleukst. Voor hun kun je zorgen, met hun kun je spelen en ze zijn altijd gelukkig om je te zien. Ik heb 20 jaar ervaring met honden, we hebben huskeys, golden retrievers, border collies en terriers gehad. Helaas heb ik op dit moment zelf geen hond vanwege beperkte tijd en daarom heb ik me voor Petbnb ingeschreven omdat ik het heel erg mis om een hondje in huis te hebben. Lekker chillen, kroelen en een filmpje samen kijken of een lekker bot halen want die zijn goed voor de tanden. Natuurlijk hoor ik ook graag wat bij het baasje mag want als daar iets niet mag, mag het bij mij natuurlijk ook niet en anders gewoon lekker verwennen en samen spelen :-) ik vertel graag meer indien nodig!

I’m 25 and grew up with dogs my whole life. In my photo album, you’ll spot a little version of me with Bella, my first dog. She was a rescue, sweet, nervous, and the ultimate cuddle buddy. Not much of a fetch player though. Losing her was my first real heartbreak. Later came Otto, the fluffy white guy in the other photos. He’s my soulmate in dog form. We did everything together. Cooking, talking, lounging around. He would follow me from room to room like a shadow with a tail. Since moving abroad, I miss him more than anything. Right now I’m not in a place to have a dog of my own, but I really miss the company. I’ve looked after friends’ dogs here and there and thought, why not do it more often. I live with my boyfriend, who also loves dogs and works hybrid, mostly from home. Together, we share the care of any dogs I dog sit, making sure they receive plenty of attention and companionship. If one of us is away, the other is always there, so the dog is never left alone, and if they are, it is only for a very short time. His picture can be seen in the library with the other photos. We’d love to spend time with your dog, spoil them a little, and make them feel at home while you’re away.

Paula was available to dogsit Enzo in very short notice, and accomodated him amazingly. Not only was it very easy to communicate beforehand, on the day itself I received pictures and regular updates, he had nice long walks and loads of cuddles. When he came home, he was super happy and nice and tired of such a lovely day. Enzo will definitely be coming back, if they"ll have them. Thank you so much for the great care.
