I dont know what to say... First time we took a good care of a puppy and second time it was sooo bad. First time you were happy and second time I was too bad. That's intresting if its really true. Puppy was crying all day, if I leave him alone in a room, so I had to stay with him 24/7, so he is not too depressed in a new inviroment. He was sleeping with us in a bed also to feel safe and good. Yes, I had no time to wash him and brush him after each walking, but its not the service Im providing, we are providing temporary home for the time you need. Video calls and visits during the time pet is staying with us is also not provide. If we have time we may do it, but our schedule is too busy, which is complitly normal. Normally we send pictures of a dog once per 2days and talk to owners if they have a specific question. But its not our survice to provide 5times a day what dog is doing, how he is eating, peeying and pooping by sending messages explaining in details. But we did it as much as we could, because we are also a human being with our own life. And we were communicating with you so often, like with nobody else ever. Usually dog owners are more resonable and dont bother dog sitters like you did. I had to explain that when Mike came home from work, he had to go to a grocery store (because I cannot leave the house because puppy is crying), had to cook and eat, so thats why I couldn't do video call. I can provide screen shots of such messages were sent. If I say its so childish to explain such things to an adult it may sound rude, of course. Puppy was peeing in our home, but its a puppy they do it sometimes. It was a new place. Puppy was stressed thinking that owners left him. This is how all dog reacts. Im saying again all dogs are missing their owners and stressed especially if its first time for them. But owners of Ollie have no idea about it and blaming us that dog got stressed because maybe I did something bad to a puppy. We would not take this puppy again, not because puppy is a problem, but owners. If you wanted to be messaged from 8am till 10pm every 2hours with owners of Ollie, explaining in details how was the day, its a good cliënt for you. Also requests for video calls and listen how they miss their dog. We are not emotinal support 24/7. And next. Puppy is playing and get dirty, especially in a park after rain. What is wrong with this? I'm really confused how someone could complain to me that dog got dirty playing and its me to blame for this. Im usually asking owners to bring towel because I need to clean dog paws after walking, so dog would not make my couch and bed dirty and usually all owners are thinking its a resonable requests. I wish a good luck to owners of Ollie and a puppy to find another sitter who could do everything they wanted.
