Hello 🐾 I’m Annais, a young Aussie working professional living in Amsterdam. I’m lucky to work remotely, which means I have plenty of flexibility to spend time with your furry friend throughout the day! ~ What a day with me looks like ~ Your little (or big) one will have a cosy home to settle into, with plenty of space to hang out and a lovely garden just next to my apartment for some fresh air (and sunbathing, if Amsterdam allows haha). We’ll go for walks, have some playtime, or simply chill together while I work. I’m happy to adapt to their usual routine, whether they’re full of energy or more of a professional napper. I want them to feel at home, not just like they’re being looked after. I’m also flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, so we can figure out what works best for you both. Huge dog lover who likes to take care of your dog

From the age of 8, I used to babysit dogs in the neighbourhood. The first times together with my grandmother, but soon I was allowed to go out on my own. Walking, cuddling, playing and grooming the dogs. I still love doing that! From the age of 12, we also got our own dog at home, and there are now two. Echte dierenvriend die houdt van wandelen

ik heb zelf jaren lang een kat gehad en op allerlei huisdieren opgepast tijdens het oppassen van kinderen. Als ik in het park ben wordt ik het aller blijst van lieve honden die blij met je willen spelen. Vanwege een te klein appartement in Amsterdam, helaas geen plek voor een hond, daarom wil ik er graag op 1 passen. Ik vind het leuk als honden veel energie hebben en waar je lange wandelingen mee kan maken, ook pas ik veel op een tekkel van een vriendin van mij, daar maak ik korte wandelingen mee en lig ik veel mee op de bank.

Couldn't recommend more! Joske was amazing with Pedro, looking after him for the evening and allowing him to stay the night. We will definitely be using her again, I know Pedro looks forward to it!

Happy Day Care with Dog George

Hi! I currently work from home with my little dog George and I would love to take care of another dog during the day or for an over night stay(s) to help out other dog parents when they may need a good home for their four-pawed friend. I used to have 2 larger dogs and am now living with little George in Amsterdam. George is a 9kg Kooiker Mix Rescue from Spain (5 years old & castrated) and very good and playful especially with small and midsize dogs. Some upfront check whether the dogs are getting along fine is needed, a casual walk would be ideal. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Miso had a lovely time with Jasmine and George. We had a very useful meet & greet beforehand, the communication throughout was clear and timely, and I got some cute photos. Jasmine is clearly experienced with dogs and I had zero hesitation in entrusting her with mine. An excellent experience.

Ik werk al ongeveer 4 jaar als paraveterinair in verschillende klinieken. Naast mijn werk zou ik het leuk vinden om voor uw huisdieren te zorgen. Thuis heb ik een kat rondlopen, maar helaas op het moment geen plek voor meer viervoeters. Naast mijn werk als paraveterinair, ben ik vrijwilliger geweest bij de dierenbescherming op de hondenafdeling en studeer ik animal sciences. Ik heb ervaring met meerdere medische handelingen bij dieren en zou ook hierbij iets uit handen kunnen nemen. Zelf ben ik erg geïnteresseerd in reptielen en zorg al 7 jaar met liefde voor mijn koningsphyton. Ik ben dus ook niet vies voor zorg voor reptielen, vissen of andere kleine zoogdieren. Ik kijk uit naar een kennismaking om te kijken of wij iets voor elkaar kunnen betekenen!

Met Maura als oppas gaan we met een vertrouwd gevoel op reis. Ze communiceert goed en stuurt (als je dat wil) regelmatig een foto of filmpje zodat je kunt zien dat je huisdier volledig in z'n element is. Daarnaast fijn dat ze als paraveterinair meteen ziet als er wat is en zorg kan geven aan onze al wat oudere katten. Bijna terugkomst waren "onze jongens" merkbaar minder aangeslagen door onze afwezigheid. Hopelijk voor ons blijft ze dit nog lang doen, vanaf nu onze vaste oppas!

Het liefst de hele dag knuffelen met hondjes!

Als ik een hond zie lopen, ren ik er het liefst heen om te knuffelen. Dat vinden de baasjes niet altijd even leuk dus oppassen op jouw viervoeter lijkt me zo leuk! Toen ik bij mijn ouders woonde, hadden we een ontzettend lieve Golden Retriever, en gelukkig zijn er wat vrienden om me heen die een hond hebben. Op deze manier kan ik nog vaker gezellig buiten wandelen met een hondje, maar ook thuis oppassen lijkt me erg leuk. We couldn’t have wished for a better first experience with a dogsitter! :smiling_face_with_3_hearts: This was our 5 month old pup’s very first time staying at someone else’s home, let alone with someone she had never met before, but Giulia immediately made us feel completely at ease. She’s incredibly warm, relaxed and caring, and her home is such a lovely, welcoming environment. Throughout the day, she kept me updated with sweet photos and messages, and it was wonderful to see Ottie settling in so comfortably, enjoying her walks, getting plenty of cuddles, princess treatment sleepy time on the bed, and even felt so at ease she managed finishing her lunch (which she rarely does at home! 😂). I honestly think I was more worried about our cheeky little puppy behaving herself than about leaving her with Giulia! That says it all. ❤️ We’re so grateful for the wonderful care and would absolutely recommend Giulia. Ottie couldn’t have been in better hands!
