Since the day I was born, I have always lived with an animal. I have cared for many different animals, including cats, dogs, rabbits, budgies, fish, turtles, parrots, and hamsters. I recently moved here from abroad, and to ease the longing I feel for my dogs, I wanted to help take care of someone else’s pet and look after them. Hi! I’m a second-year political science student with a big love for animals and lots of experience in caring for them. While my own two dogs—a calm and sweet 9-year-old brown Labrador and a velcro-dog 2-year-old Chihuahua—are currently back home in France with my family, I’ve been surrounded by pets most of my life. I also spent six years abroad when I was younger, where I had eight rabbits, and I’ve looked after cats and dogs of all kinds, including terriers and a Golden Retriever. Here in Amsterdam, I live with roommates who have pets of their own back home; a cat and two Chihuahuas. So we're all used to caring for animals. I’m used to animals with different personalities, and I especially love spending time with affectionate, velcro-type dogs who like to stick close and get plenty of attention. I’m also happy to play, cuddle, or just be a calming presence for older pets. We live just a two-minute walk from Oosterpark, which is perfect for regular walks and playtime if your dog needs a lot of outside time. There’s almost always someone home, so your pet will rarely be alone and I can guarantee will get plenty of love and attention throughout the day. I can also help with oral medication if your dog needs it mixed into food, as I've done this with my Labrador. One thing to note however, our apartment is on the second floor with typical Amsterdam stairs. Most dogs manage just fine, but if your animal has mobility issues, it’s something to consider. I’m available any time and happy to help, whether it’s for a weekend, a longer stay, or a last-minute booking. Your pet will be cared for in a friendly, safe, and relaxed environment where we'll make sure they'll feel right at home!

Ik ben superblij met hoe Naomi op Monster past. Hij is niet de makkelijkste hond en voelt zich meestal niet snel op zijn gemak bij anderen, maar bij haar was dat meteen goed. Je merkt gewoon dat ze rustig en lief met hem omgaat. Voor mij is het ook een fijn gevoel om te weten dat hij goed verzorgd wordt als ik er niet ben. Echt iemand die ik vertrouw met mijn hondje.

Ik heb zelf 2 kleine hondjes en 2 katten. Heel erg gezellig! Het lijkt me erg leuk om eens op een ander hondje te passen. Ik ben betrouwbaar, betrokken, enthousiast en communicatief en ik zal heel goed op je hond(je) passen. Ik weet hoe belangrijk het is dat je hond in veilige handen is. Hondenliefhebber dicht bij Westerpark

Enorme liefhebber van honden, die zelf helaas nooit een hond heeft gehad. Door een drukke baan niet de mogelijkheid om een eigen hond de hele week de aandacht te geven die het verdient. Zelf een enorme dierenvriend en een hond zorgt ervoor dat ik ook vaker buiten kom. Win-win voor mijzelf en de hond. Kan niet wachten om te zorgen voor een hond en daar lekker mee te gaan wandelen. I have had dogs my whole life, they were my whole life. I moved from the English countryside to Amsterdam. It is now more difficult for me to commit to owning a dog full time. So, what better way than to spread my love for dogs, with all the dogs out there that need a new friend. Whether that is for a walk, a night, a weekend stay or a week. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing dogs live their best life. I now live looking over a huge park, watching the dogs run around makes me miss spending time with my pups. I work from home, meaning I am available for all your dogs needs and am able to take them for long walks, if thats what they like in the dog friendly park. We left Luna for the first time and were very worried at first. But all our worries disappeared when we met Jadina and her partner! They are so kind and took amazing care of Luna. Huisdiereigenaren kunnen rekenen op een liefdevolle en betrouwbare oppas voor hun hond. Doordeweeks werk ik fulltime, waardoor een eigen hond nu niet mogelijk is, maar in het weekend heb ik alle tijd en aandacht om voor een hond te zorgen.
