Enorme Hondenliefhebber en Verantwoordelijk!

Ik zorg ervoor dat jouw hondje(s) zich op hun gemak voelen en plezier hebben. Ik vind het belangrijk om honden met liefde en respect te behandelen en ze natuurlijk af en toe een beetje te verwennen. Tegelijkertijd vind ik het ook belangrijk dat er duidelijke grenzen zijn en dat een hond op een rustige en consequente manier wordt begeleid. Ik hou van wandelen en speel graag spelletjes die honden vermaken en tegelijkertijd mentaal stimuleren. Natuurlijk is elke hond anders: sommige honden willen graag veel spelen, anderen houden vooral van knuffelen en weer anderen slapen het liefst de hele dag en hebben vooral behoefte aan gezelschap. Ik ben gek op honden en heb zelf ook een hond, maar helaas verblijft hij momenteel bij mijn vriend in Griekenland. Daardoor heeft hij hier in Nederland helaas niet de kans om via Petbnb nieuwe vriendjes te maken. Op dit moment werk ik parttime en ben ik op zoek naar een fulltime baan. In de tussentijd wil ik graag wat extra bijverdienen, maar vooral ook meer tijd met honden doorbrengen. Omdat ik momenteel niet de tijd en ruimte heb om zelf een hond te hebben, vind ik het extra fijn om via dogsitting toch regelmatig tijd met honden door te brengen. Via dierenverzorgingsplatforms zoals Petbnb heb ik ervaring opgedaan met het verzorgen en uitlaten van verschillende honden. Daarnaast heb ik in Griekenland regelmatig voor honden zonder baasje gezorgd totdat zij een nieuw thuis hadden gevonden. Ik kijk ernaar uit om jouw hond met veel aandacht, liefde en zorg te verwelkomen!

Georgia is erg lief voor onze Luna geweest. Lekker mee gewandeld en gespeeld. Ik kreeg fotootjes en filmpjes hoe het was. Ze houdt zich aan de afspraken en is een hele sociale lieve vrouw, die goed meedenkt.

Hi, Ik ben Ana! Ik ben opgegroeid met allerlei verschillende huisdieren, meerdere katten en kittens, cavia's, hamsters en honden. Onze eerste hond was een hele lieve fox terrier en tegenwoordig heeft mijn moeder thuis twee kleine tekkels rondlopen, waar ik ook regelmatig op moet passen. Het liefst had ik nu ook een huis vol met dieren. Ik mis het enorm, maar daar is helaas ons huisje op dit moment te klein voor. Hoi! Ik ben Peter, 36 jaar en woonachtig in Amsterdam Oost. De afgelopen jaren heb ik heel wat opgepast op honden van vrienden en heb ik ontdekt dat ik honden echt geweldig vind! Ik werk vier dagen per week dus ik kan zelf helaas geen hond nemen, maar ik heb genoeg tijd om af en toe op jouw hond te passen. We could look after your pet if you have tight schedule or simply want to go for a holiday. While occasional work travel makes a permanent pet infeasible, we would love to welcome your pooch into our home! We both mostly work from home, so are on-hand to give your fur baby all the attention they need. Due to the work from home situation, we are unable to look after loud dogs.

I have experience with challenging dogs and can help with whatever your dog's challenge, be it separation anxiety, barking, lunging at joggers or other behaviors. Even my own lab-chow mix, Dante, was aggressive around small dogs (she saw them as prey) and had separation anxiety. She was able to respond to voice commands and learned how to heel. We helped ease her anxiety as well. Each dog is unique, and it is important to know how each dog will best respond to training based on their sensitivities. I am happy to consult with you about your dog's issues. My training philosophy is based on César Millán's (The Dog Whisperer's) approach to training, as well as my work with trainers for dog service animals. My current male cat, Chaos, is 15 years old. The high point of his day is his morning walk, followed by breakfast - to say he is food motivated is a an understatement. When I lived in Houston, I would take him for a walk in the neighborhood every day, and used to attract other cats on the walk. At times I had up to five cats going on walks with me!

I absolutely adore dogs and cats, and I really enjoy spending as much time with them as possible. Whether it’s taking a leisurely walk or playing with them in the park, every moment spent with these animals is pure joy. Although I don’t have a lot of space at home, I’m lucky to have a garden where they can play and relax. Plus, living so close to the Noorderplantsoen is a real bonus. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful stroll or an energetic game of fetch, making sure the dog gets plenty of exercise and fresh air. Even with the limited indoor space, having a nearby park means there's always somewhere to explore and enjoy nature together. I had 3 years of experience taking care of my dog and cat when I lived at my parents’ place, before that I had experience pet sitting my grandparents’ dog. Now I also have experience pet sitting dogs at my current place for short term (2-3 days) and a bit longer period (3 weeks), and it has been working quite well. When I am spending time with dogs, usually I will take them to parks or somewhere peaceful and full of nature. I will play balls (or their favorite toys) with them, and let them walk/run as much as they want. I always bring a water bottle, wet cleaning paper, and a trash bag with me, so when dogs are thirsty, I can give them water, or when they get dirty, I can clean them with the wet paper, and after they poop, I will pick it up and put it in the trash bag. It’s important to make our little friends feel happy, relaxed, and content, while keeping the environment clean. With cats I am quite experienced, because I spent almost everyday with my cat during Covid. We shared the bed together every night, and I love giving him massages and petting his little belly. I am quite sensitive to cats’ abnormal behaviors, so if anything goes wrong I can notice very fast. I find cats very lovable and healing, and luckily cats usually find me trustworthy. My room is 27 square meters, and I have a big living room, so there will be enough space for cats/dogs. Besides, there is a beautiful park near my place. If you need someone to take care of your pets, I highly recommend myself :)

Ruby was very sweet with Scotty. Took great care of him and sent me reassuring pictures when I left him with her for a couple of days. Would highly recommend her.
