Hi! Ik ben opgegroeid met een Wheaten Terrier en pas sinds 15 jaar af en aan op op verschillende hondenrassen. Ik heb zelf een 'deelhond', die regelmatig bij mij is. Veel van mijn vrienden hebben honden: van een Spaanse Waterhond tot Labrador of Cocker Spaniel – ze zijn altijd welkom in mijn fijne, ruime woning aan de Amstel. Ik vind het fijn om actief en veel buiten te zijn, dus neem een hond graag mee naar het park, strand of bos en houd daarbij uiteraard rekening met jouw wens. Daarnaast ben ik momenteel flexibel beschikbaar om op pad te gaan. - Wandelingen zijn 30-45 minuten, dit kan uiteraard ook langer of korter - Honden worden nooit alleen gelaten - Honden worden altijd schoon afgeleverd bij huisbezoek of na een wandeling Stuur bij vragen gerust een berichtje! / Hi! I grew up with a Labradoodle and Wheaten Terrier and have been looking after different breeds of dogs on and off for 15 years. Hoi! We are Nick and Lili. We speak Dutch, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese in both human and dog language ;) We live on a peaceful island on the border of Zaandam, in a special place close to the Zaanse Schans and the Natural Reserve Area of Kalverpolder, near Amsterdam. Although we don’t have our own dogs, we love animals, and are lucky to have a fun "fauna" here already: from a turtle that visits from time to time to all kinds of waterfowl. Our 'dogiculum': Nick was brought up in France and Spain, raised with a lot of Irish Setters. Lili, growing up in Brazil made her very familiar with all types of street and rescue dogs. After more than 3 years as dog sitters, we have the experience of over 100 happy clients. It has been an educational journey for us learning about dogs, their various quirks and and getting to know so many different dogs and becoming a part of their lives. We now believe dogs have a unique experience here, as they can exist in near total freedom, in a pack, playing, foraging, chilling or even sleeping together, and with our near constant near-presence. That's how we reached progressively this “spa-like” bubble environment, where dogs can socialize and/or relax at their will. If we have only one guest, they stay with us in the main house of course. Some extra info: . Our island has 3 main buildings, one of them is the guesthouse transformed into a doggyhouse. It’s surrounded by a big 'foresty garden’ and the super clean air. They have a fenced and safe area at their disposition for playing and lounging outside. . As we both work from home, we have lots of time and love for our guests, and so they are usually supervised 24/7. . Walks are included as they have access to the garden whenever we go walking throughout the island's interwoven paths. . We do not take dogs that are either too anxious, protective or aggressive (ie. Ik ben mijn hele leven al gek op honden en sinds vijf jaar is mijn labradoodle Dolly een groot onderdeel van mijn leven. Ze is ontzettend sociaal en vindt het altijd gezellig om andere honden om zich heen te hebben. Omdat ik veel thuis ben, lijkt het me ontzettend leuk om samen met Dolly op andere honden te passen. We wonen in een gezellig huisje met een tuintje in het centrum van Monnickendam, vlak bij het Hemmeland. Een goeie plek om lekker naar buiten te gaan en lange wandelingen te maken. Dolly en ik lopen minimaal drie keer per dag een groot rondje. Buiten is ze lekker speels en enthousiast, terwijl ze binnenshuis juist rustig en relaxed is. Ze kan goed met andere honden overweg en vindt het vooral leuk om samen te spelen en op pad te gaan. Ik vind het belangrijk dat een hond zich bij ons net zo comfortabel voelt als thuis. Daarom neem ik graag de tijd om hem of haar aandacht te geven, lekker te wandelen en natuurlijk ook gewoon gezellig samen te zijn.

Ik werk regelmatig thuis en ben vrij flexibel met mijn werkplekken, en dat combineer ik graag met het gezelschap van een oppashond. Mijn kantoor is dog-friendly en mijn collega’s vinden het altijd super leuk als ik een oppashond meeneem, dus aandacht en knuffels in overvloed! Logeren mag ten slotte bij mij thuis, of ik kom gezellig op bezoek in de vertrouwde omgeving van jouw hond. Together we can go for walks in one of Amsterdam’s beautiful parks, cuddle on the couch, and relax on one of the two balconies. I always exchange with friends to look after each other's dogs when we go on holidays. My last chow died at the age of 15 in March. I'm not ready for a new one but would love to be around with man's best friends again. I live in a pet-proof apartment with doggy door to the terrace facing south with green view. The building also has lift. The neiboughhood is very green, literally a dog park under my balcony. there are lake and grasslands nearby, perfect for walking dogs. The building also has lift. Last but not least, my partner and I have lived together since 2007, now both of us work from home and love dogs dearly, I guarantee we will have lot of time to play with your babies! ☺️😛 Ik had 4 honden in mijn 44 jarige leven. Duitse herder in mijn jeugd, en drie chows in de laatste 15 jaar. Ik ruil altijd met vrienden om op op elkaars honden te passen als we op vakantie gaan. Mijn laatste chow stierf op 15-jarige leeftijd in maart. Maart. Ik ben nog niet toe aan een nieuwe, maar... maar ik zou graag weer bij de beste vrienden. Ik woon in een huisdier-proof appartement met honden deur naar het terras op het zuiden met groen uitzicht. Het gebouw heeft ook een lift. De buurt is erg groen, letterlijk een hondenpark onder mijn balkon. Er zijn meer en graslanden in de buurt, perfect om te wandelen honden. Het gebouw heeft ook een lift. Last but not least, mijn partner en ik hebben wonen samen sinds 2007, nu werken we allebei werken vanuit huis en houden veel van honden, ik garanderen dat we veel tijd hebben om te spelen met uw baby's! ❤️

We had a great experience with Dillon and would definitely book with him again. He took excellent care of Hilbert, regularly sent us lovely videos from their walks, gave him the medication he needed, and even kept his health tracker charged. Everything went smoothly, and it was clear that Hilbert was well looked after throughout his stay. Highly recommended!
