Ik ben een echte honden/dieren mens. Dieren geven mij een gevoel van liefde waardoor ik alleen maar heel veel liefde en aandacht zal geven. Ik ben betrouwbaar en houd zelf ook veel van wandelen en gewoon naar buiten gaan. Binnen zitten voor een hond die niet zo een lange wandeling kan maken vind ik ook geen probleem. Ik heb zelf een hond gehad waar ik alles mee deed. Wandelen, fietsen, vakanties, spelen etc. Alle honden zijn welkom, mits goed getraind. Flexibele oppas, met een mopshondje thuis!

Hai hai! Ik ben Eline, en ik ben de moeder van Rebel. Rebel is een mopshondje geboren op 15-08-2016 Ik ben ontzettend blij met hem! Ik ben altijd al gek geweest op hondjes. Ik woon op de begane grond in Amsterdam met tuintje! Ik woon vlakbij het vondelpark waar ik vaak een lekkere wandeling maak met rebel. Ik pas zelf ook vaak op rebels beste vriend Sjaak een Chow Chow, Willem en Pixel de mopshondjes, flow de Jack Russel, Boyke een langharige teckel, Chief de Zwitserse Sennenhond van mijn werk en ik heb een tijdje op Zoë gepast, een witte herder. Ze zijn echt allemaal gek op elkaar! Rebel is de liefste en makkelijkste hond die ken. En kan het met alle hondjes goed vinden! Ik weet zeker dat het gezellig wordt! Rebel is een hele makkelijke hond wat betreft “alleen thuis blijven”. Dit heb ik hem aangeleerd door als ik thuis kwam meteen met hem naar buiten te gaan. Dit doe ik zelfs als ik alleen even boodschapjes ga doen. Thuiskomen betekent wandelen. Ik wandel elke dag minimaal 3 keer met rebel! Dus ook met de hondjes waarop ik pas! Na een grote wandeling in het Vondelpark ga ik vaak direct door naar de Gym. Ze moeten dus wel eventjes alleen kunnen zijn met Rebel samen (max 1,5 uur) , dus het zou heel fijn zijn als ze het samen leuk hebben. Rebel is in ieder geval gek op andere honden. Ik werk ook als vrijwilliger bij een honden shelter. ik ben bekend met (ernstige) wondverzorging, ogen en oren druppelen, en het toedienen van medicatie. Mocht je interesse hebben! Hoi! Ik ben Roos, 33 jaar en woon in Amsterdam Oud West. Zelf ben ik altijd opgegroeid met honden in de familie en het liefst zou ik graag zelf een hond willen, maar gezien ik op dit moment onregelmatige uren werk als verpleegkundige is dat nu niet passend in mijn leven. Wel heb ik alle tijd om lekker te gaan wandelen of op te passen en vind ik het leuk om via dit platform een leuke match te vinden. Wies heeft een hele leuke dag bij Roos gehad. Roos heeft Wies meegenomen naar het strand waar ze lekker gewandeld hebben. Wies is erg tevreden en ik zou haar zeker vaker brengen.

Elke dag maakt ik samen met mijn hond (Podenco) een mooie uitgebreide wandeling in diverse gebieden. Het lijkt mij erg leuk om deze wandeling te vergezellen met honden die dit ook erg leuk vinden en dit ook goed kunnen gebruiken. De wandeling wordt ervaren als een van de leukste dingen op de dag. Ik kies elke dag zorgvuldig weer een andere route waardoor het elke dag weer een nieuw avontuur wordt. Bij voorkeur kies ik de wat rustigere gebieden op waardoor ik mij vaak alleen waan met de hond. Dit vind ik heerlijk! Mijn hond is een adoptie-hond Podenco uit Spanje en heb ik vanaf pup. Ik ben helemaal in het honden gedrag gedoken en heb direct een 12 weken cursus praktijk en theorie gedaan. Hier heb ik enorm veel geleerd en is de band met mijn hond versterkt. Het samenzijn gaat nu zo natuurlijk dat ik voel dat ik er best nog 1 of 2 bij kan hebben tijdens het wandelen. Ik ben opzoek naar de wat makkelijkere honden om uit te laten die over het algemeen vrolijk gestemd zijn en makkelijk in de omgang zijn met andere honden en mensen. Honden die een lange mooie wandeling erg kunnen waarderen waardoor ze daarna heerlijk kunnen slapen.

Hello! We are April and Duke. We live in Almere with our 3-year-old female west highland terrier- Westie. We live on the ground floor of a apartment building with a fenced large yard (70sqm). Our Westie uses it for potty breaks, chilling in the sun and zoomies. I mainly work from home so my time is quite flexible. I live with my husband, who love dogs as much as I do and also have experience taking care of them & we love having a furry friend at our place to shower lot of love! I have been on other petsitting apps , where I have taken care of almost 10-15 dogs for the past 3 years. I moved to Amsterdam recently from Rotterdam and we live in a Pet-friendly neighborhood with lots of open space for long walks! Med and my husbands work schedules are pretty flexible, and we plan our work days based on each other availability, so we ensure that atleast one of us is at home when we have taken dogs. I have taken care of many dogs here in Netherlands which included breeds like - Maltese, Mini-Poodle, Poodles, Golden retriever, Shih Tzu, Labrador, Cocker-spaniels etc, whose age varied from 3 month old to 12 years and I could say that my friends and the puppies were always happy coming back to my place :)

I almost enjoy spending time with dogs more than with people. I really love social dogs and I love playing and training, which I find so rewarding! I get excited when dogs are excited and love learning, so I have no problem leaving the house 10 times a day to potty train a puppy or walk for two hours in the park with an active dog while throwing a ball or doing little search challenges. I also think it's much nicer to cuddle on the couch after a long (or short) day in the park. I have signed up to Petbnb, since I work too much to be a dog mom myself - instead I will be the fun aunt. More about my experience: I've grown up around labradors and a springer spaniel in my family, all family dogs and some also trained and used for hunting. It taught me simple training techniques and made me see the joy that comes with a well-behaved and loved dog. I was the regular dog sitter for a broholmer for a few years, we always had the best time together. Currently I am the regular sitter for an old staffy. We tend to spend more time on the couch than in the park, but that's her preference. I also love bringing her when getting a coffee with friends or take her on a drive somewhere fun outside the city. Additionally I volunteer at a dog shelter, where I clean and go for walks with the dogs. I meet many different breeds here every week, and additionally I get to learn from professional dog trainers and caretakers. I've previously owned an english bulldog, Benji, a young rescue. He had issues with eating, seperation and stress because of his experiences, which I worked on together with a professional trainer. I definitely have a soft spot for those bully breeds now. Dogs communicate so much to us, and it's very important to read their body language, while I only give simple, easy to understand commands and use my body language. I am always calm and let the dog come to me, so they feel more relaxed and they can trust me. I have a lot of patience when getting to know new dogs, and I really appreciate all the little wins along the way, also if your dog has any special needs. More about my personal life: I'm originally from Copenhagen and moved to Amsterdam three years ago, when my boyfriend got a job here. I took a chance, quit my job and moved. I have learned some dutch, but communicate better in english still. I work in the fashion industry in a creative job. - I currently work full time and commute, so only my weekends are available. - We have an elevator in our building, if we are dog sitting in our apartment.
