Immy took very good care of our cat and fishes while we were away. Our shy cat sometimes struggles with new caregivers, but this time it was great to see her bond with Immy and even allow to pet her :) Immy also sent plenty of photos, which helped us feel relaxed and confident that our animals are doing well. Finally, excellent communication from beginning till last day, thank you Immy!

I am very happy with my dogs care while I was away on holiday. Imogen updated me everyday with photos and gave my dog a lot of attention, exercise, and cuddles in my place. He is a high energy breed so I know he can be a lot sometimes. Thank you for your care and help!
