Passion for animals

I grew up with two beautiful Hungarian vizslas and have been a dog dog lover from childhood. I have experience with "difficult" dogs as well as we had several rescue dogs in my family (reactivity). I am also lucky to have had wonderful experiences with all my four legged clients durint my years as a pet sitter. Therefore, I would consider myself as an experienced dog owner and caretaker, my motto is that there is no "bad dog" - all they need is love, love, love some more love, attention and a piece of food at the table! We couldn't be more grateful to Ann-Sofie for how she and Daniel took care of Mul for 12 days. They did so well that we even worried that Mul wouldn't want to come home! Ann-Sofie is highly professional. Since our first meeting, she has asked dozens of questions to understand Mul's needs. We received photos and messages every day to find out how Mul was doing. They couldn't have gotten along better and we feel lucky Mul is in the best of hands the next time we travel :)

Ik pas al heel lang op katten in Zaandam; de laatsten van mijn oppaskatten zijn helaas vorig jaar overleden en ik merk toch dat ik het mis . Ik heb zelf tot twee jaar terug altijd één of meerdere katten gehad maar dat kan helaas niet meer. Ik werk sinds vorig jaar niet meer dus zou overdag op kunnen passen . Ik ben een grote dierenvriend met veel ervaring in het verzorgen van honden en andere huisdieren. Zelf heb ik een labrador van 3,5 jaar oud en een siamese kat van 11 jaar, dus ik weet hoe belangrijk het is dat je huisdier zich veilig en geliefd voelt. Beide opgegroeid met honden en katten & dol op ze

Wij zijn Luis en Lisa en allebei gek op huisdieren. Luis is opgegroeid met katten en zelf altijd katten gehad en Lisa is opgegroeid met honden. Honden en katten maken ons blij, laat staan tijd met ze doorbrengen. We zijn gek op alle soorten honden, groot en klein. Lisa is met een golden opgegroeid. Luis is degene die helemaal gek is op katten en mega goed met ze kan opschieten. Lisa heeft een lange tijd opgepast bij een gezin met een beagle. Wandelen, eten geven, spelen en ook als zij op vakantie waren bleef zij bij de hond. We zijn er nog niet over uit welk huisdier we willen dus op deze manier is het perfect om wel tijd met ze door te brengen. Lisa werkt als stewardess dus niet altijd in Nederland, maar Luis werkt vanuit huis. Wij kunnen niet wachten om op u hond of kat te mogen passen.

Liefdevol oppas gezin voor hond of kat!

Al mijn hele leven heb ik een grote liefde voor dieren. Als kind paste ik al op de huisdieren van anderen tot we thuis een eigen hond als pup kregen. Mijn passie voor honden groeide en ik ben opleidingen over hondengedrag gaan volgen. Later heb ik in een hondenopvang en een hondenuitlaat gewerkt waar ik enorm van genoot. Nu hebben we regelmatig vakantie oppashondjes bij ons thuis maar we zouden dit graag nog vaker doen! Mijn dochters hebben een grote liefde voor katten. Ze aaien het liefst elke kat die ze buiten tegenkomen. Door hun is mijn liefde voor katten ook ontstaan. Veel mensen in onze omgeving (buren, vrienden, opa en oma) hebben katten en daar passen wij ook regelmatig op. Uw huisdier wordt met veel liefde en aandacht verzorgd. Onze dochters zijn heel zachtaardig met dieren en hebben duidelijke regels rondom dieren waar respect voor hun grenzen bovenaan staan. Het is belangrijk dat uw huisdier comfortabel is bij kinderen en daar geen stress van krijgt. Zowel voor uw dier als de kids. We hebben een klein tuintje, omheind waar we alleen zomers zitten.

The time here has been the best, but two things that I really miss the most are my two little chihuahua boys Frankie & Tito back at home. 🥰 On my profile picture you can see Tito, on the third picture you can see Frankie. 😉 Unfortunately, I couldn’t bring them here since sometimes my days can be long and a lot of other aspects, but they’re having the best time in Estonia with my parents though. ☺️ Overall - me, my family and my closest friends have all grew up with the dogs since I was small, so my love for the animals is really unconditonal! 🤍 So I feel that right now there is still a small gap remaining in my everyday life in Amsterdam - I don’t have a furry best friend by my side to go on a long walks with as I have used to, or a warm snuggle that keeps my mood up even on my worst days. ☹️ That’s why I’m on this app. My experience with dogs is based on my own dogs of course but at the same time when keeping friends' or family's animals. But I would say I rather feel more comfortable with the small and medium dogs. Since my schedule currently involves only work in an office for some days a week - for a start I would love to just go for a (long) walks or take care of them for a whole day, when I have days off. I’m located in De Baarsjes, but everything that is located in the ring is not a problem for me, since I’m moving by bike all the time! In 2023, I moved from Singapore to Amsterdam, got own ground floor home for my senior dog in 2024. During my lifetime, I learned how to train dogs (I can't train cats though) by taking some classes with my dog. -EXPERIENCE 🫧 I love animals ! My eyes are always on dogs in the streets. So I am very enthusiastic to spend time and take care of dogs and cats. I had my own dog till 2025 November, currently looking for the right timing to have my new family 🐕 I hosted more than 30 pets in Singapore during 2022-2023, more than 50 pets in Amsterdam since 2023 May including 5 long term foster cares. -SERVICE 🎖️ I will offer dog boarding and day care. My house is just bellow Westerpark, also close to a small park near my house. I normally walk your dog 3 times-every morning, at lunchtime, and at night time to either of the park. If your dog needs more often short walk I will adjust for it. Feeding will be on schedule and I have experience of medication feeding too. For home visit and dog walking, I will only offer if the location is near my residence area. -BOARDING ENVIRONMENT 🏠 I work from home everyday as Project Manager of IT software. I live alone and my house has living room + 1 dining room + 1 bedroom. There are multiple dog beds. So enough space and calm envrionment for your best mates. And the home is very close to westerpark for long walk ! While I have a dog visitor, for less than 3 days I will be at home the whole time except an errand about an hour occasionally. For more than 4 days, I can't promise to stay the house all the time. I may be out from home few hours (less than 5hours), but I will make sure the environemnt is safe and comfortable to them. Maximum dogs number in the house at the same time will be 3 for over night, 4 for day care. Also I am very flexible with drop off and pick up times, as well as stay extention. I am looking forward to seeing your floff family!

Dierenvriend zoekt dieren vriendjes!

Ik ben een echte dierenvriend, maar vanwege een minder gestructureerd leven kan ik nu nog geen eigen hondje nemen. Vanwege een verandering in baan heb ik nu veel tijd en pas ik graag op jouw dierenvriend! Als kind ben ik opgegroeid met heel veel dieren om mij heen. Zo hadden wij honden, katten, konijnen, hamsters, kippen, parkieten, wandelende takken, noem maar op! Voor mij waren dieren altijd onderdeel van de familie en daarom voel ik altijd een connectie met dieren. Liefdevol en geduldig in de omgang met dieren

Opgegroeid met verschillende dieren, waaronder jachthonden (Duitse staande). Voor mijn beroep als dierenarts heb ik veel met honden en katten gewerkt en weet ik hoe met ze om te gaan. Ik ben op zoek naar een oppas adres ergens in Nederland (liefst aan de kust) ergens in de periode 4-18 september 2026. Het liefst pas ik op honden maar als er daarnaast ook katten zijn helemaal prima. Andere dieren is ook geen probleem, leuk zelfs. Ik houd ervan om dieren veel aandacht te geven en een lekkere lange wandeling in de natuur te maken met een hond of honden. Daarom liever een middelgrote of grote hond.

Wij hebben thuis altijd huisdieren gehad, omdat mijn moeder écht dierengek is én ik nu ook ;) Nog steeds hebben we thuis een hond, waar ik vaak naartoe ga om op te passen.
