Hi there, We would love to take care of your beloved dog and give them plenty of walks in nature. We live very close to a forest and other dog-friendly areas. It will be just me and my 15-year-old daughter, and we will treat your dog with the utmost care, welcoming them into our home as if they were our own. We’re used to dogs of all sizes and previously had a small Russian Toy Terrier in our home country, Iceland. I work from home, so your dog will never be left alone for long unless I need to go grocery shopping. :) If you’re looking for a safe, loving environment for your dog, we would be delighted to help. Na meer dan 12 jaar een eigen paard te hebben gehad, die helaas kortgeleden is overleden, heb ik wat meer tijd die ik graag buiten doorbreng. En wat is er nou beter dan buiten zijn & met dieren doorbrengen. Ik heb al mijn hele leven lang katten thuis & vroeger heb ik altijd oppashonden gehad. Helaas door tijdgebrek dat al een aantal jaar niet meer gedaan. Door een knie blessure waar ik nog herstellende van ben, kan ik geen honden aan die trekken aan de lijn. Warm welcome

We, Irina and Dmitrii, will be happy to host a dog and treat him/her with warmth and attention. We love dogs very much, but travel often and cannot afford to have our own pet at the moment. We live in the Bezuidenhout area, just a 5 min walk from Haagse Bos - this is the perfect place to walk with your special one. Besides, our apartment is on the ground floor, and we have a small garden with grass and trees, where a dog can spend time in good weather. We both work from home, so we’re willing to pay enough attention to the four-legged friend :)

Irina and Dmitrii have been excellent day cares for our Hector. He went to their place already twice. They took good care of Hector. Their house, with a closed garden, is a perfect location for a dog. Furthermore, Hector enjoyed spending time with them, playing with one of his favorite balls, walking in the Haagse Bos. Hi, Ik ben Maxime, 28 jaar en woonachtig in Hillegom. Ik heb 2 kleine hondjes samen met mijn vriend , Lizzy en Harley. Beide zijn het kruisingen tussen pomeriaan en chihuahua. Ik heb mijn hele leven al honden gehad. Ik werk onregelmatig diensten bij de overheid en ik ben gek van honden en wandelen, vandaar dat ik dit er graag bij zou willen doen in mijn vrije tijd. Hoi!! Mijn naam is Romy, 25 jaar en ik ben een enorme hondenliefhebber! :) Ik pas regelmatig op de hondjes van mijn vriend, broer en andere bekenden en dat is echt iets waar ik heel blij van word. Ik neem ze graag mee naar het strand of een andere mooie omgeving waar ze lekker kunnen rennen en spelen. Een leven lang liefde en ervaring met dieren

Dieren zijn eigenlijk mijn hele leven al een belangrijk onderdeel van mijn leven. Ik ben opgegroeid met honden, katten, konijnen en tamme ratjes en ben daardoor van jongs af aan gewend om voor verschillende dieren te zorgen. Mijn moeder was hondentrainster, waardoor ik ook veel heb meegekregen over hondengedrag, opvoeding en hoe je op een rustige en duidelijke manier met honden omgaat. Daarnaast heb ik jarenlang intensief met paarden gewerkt. Ik begon op mijn zevende met paardrijden en heb later meerdere jaren bij een professionele dressuurstal gewerkt, waar ik dagelijks verantwoordelijk was voor de verzorging en omgang met paarden. Daar werkte ik ook met jonge, gevoelige en soms moeilijkere paarden. Hierdoor ben ik gewend om goed naar het gedrag en de lichaamstaal van een dier te kijken en rustig en geduldig te blijven. Bij het oppassen vind ik het vooral belangrijk dat een huisdier zich veilig en op zijn gemak voelt en zoveel mogelijk zijn normale routine kan behouden. Ik vind het heerlijk om met honden lange wandelingen te maken, met ze te spelen en ze voldoende aandacht te geven, maar ik kan natuurlijk ook rustig gezelschap bieden aan dieren die daar meer behoefte aan hebben. Katten geef ik graag de ruimte om zelf contact te zoeken, met natuurlijk genoeg aandacht, spelen en knuffels als ze daar zin in hebben. Ik sta open voor vrijwel alle rassen en formaten. Grote honden vind ik absoluut geen probleem en door mijn ervaring met dieren voel ik mij ook op mijn gemak bij energieke of sterke honden. Het belangrijkste voor mij is dat ik vooraf een goed beeld krijg van het karakter, de gewoontes en eventuele aandachtspunten van jouw huisdier. Mijn beschikbaarheid is momenteel vrij flexibel, dus zowel voor losse dagen, wandelingen als langere oppasperiodes kunnen we kijken wat mogelijk is. Ik zorg graag voor jouw dier alsof het mijn eigen huisdier is, met veel aandacht, geduld en liefde.

Hallo allen, Ik ben trots teamlid van Team Arie (zoek- en speurhonden team) en heb veel ervaring met buitenlandse en bange honden. Ik heb met mijn moeder jaren lang honden opgevangen voor meerdere stichtingen, soms wel 9 honden tegelijk. Door mijn werk in een hondenpension heb ik ondertussen ook heel wat ervaring op gedaan met de moeilijkere honden. Ik ben nu sinds kort mijn eigen professionele dagopvang begonnen. Ik woon in een benedenhuis met een tuin in Scheveningen. Het strand, de duinen, het park en het bos liggen om de hoek. Hier ben ik vaak te vinden voor een wandeling. Het lijkt mij erg gezellig om jouw hond mee te nemen! De liefde voor honden is er altijd geweest maar helaas mochten wij vroeger zelf geen huisdieren. Hi pet parents, lovely to meet you! I'm Nina, 28 years old, and I grew up here in The Hague. About me I grew up with two dogs and three cats, and I've always loved taking care of them. For the last two years, while living in Amsterdam, I had two regular addresses that asked me to look after their dogs during workdays, weekends away and holidays. Since I've moved, they still bring their dogs to me when they go away for a longer holiday, but of course much less frequent now. I'm currently living on Javastraat with my boyfriend. He's 29 years old, really kind and loves dogs as well. He has a labradoodle back home with his parents. I'm working as a communication consultant for the government and often work from home. Jasper (the boyfriend) also has an office job, but he works at the actual office much more often. About the apartment The house is a calm place, as there are no other pets or children. Luckily, the Scheveningse Bosjes (meaning lots of fun and plenty of other dogs!) are just around the corner. If the schedule allows and they feel comfortable enough, I also love going for a walk on the beach. Important: the apartment is on the first floor. The staircase is very doable (it's not steep), but it's good to know. Practicalities - I'm flexible with my availability. - The response rate on my profile might be low because it was inactive. When I was living in Amsterdam, I found two addresses that regularly asked me to dog-sit for them. I've moved back to The Hague, and now that I'm all settled in, I'm looking forward to finding a new pet-sitting address.
