Ik werk op een positieve, beloningsgerichte en volledig force-free manier (R+). Voor mij draait het om zachte begeleiding. Deze manier van wandelen is ook heel geschikt voor honden die wat extra ondersteuning kunnen gebruiken, bijvoorbeeld omdat ze ouder zijn, lichamelijke ongemakken hebben of extra begeleiding op gedragsmatig gebied nodig hebben. Zo wandel ik momenteel ook met een aantal reactieve honden. Juist zij zijn ook welkom! Ik zorg voor een ontspannen, voldane hond die na afloop met een tevreden snoet weer thuiskomt. Zowel ik (Pascalle, 33) als mijn hond (Tiss, 8) vinden het ontzettend gezellig een hond op bezoek te hebben! Ik woon vlak bij een grasveld waar honden heerlijk kunnen, rennen, rollen, en spelen. Ik vind het belangrijk dat mijn wollige fluffmonster en jouw vrolijke huisdier vooraf een keertje buiten kennismaken, dan is een dag(deel) voor iedereen een stuk minder spannend 😊. Mijn eigen hond is een straathond uit Roemenië, ik heb haar inmiddels 3 jaar en met veel geduld en liefde is ze steeds minder bang voor nieuwe mensen en 'enge' geluiden. Ze is dol op 99% van alle honden (tot kortgeleden woonde er een tweede hond in huis) en samen een gat graven is een van haar favoriete activiteiten! Bij mij in huis zijn er heel veel plekken voor dutjes, een volle mand met speelgoed, en altijd iemand beschikbaar om even achter de oren te kriebelen. Door mijn ervaring met Tiss ben ik voorbereid op allerlei soorten gedrag en ben ik heel goed geworden in zien wat een hond nodig heeft :).

Dol op honden – wandelen & knuffelen in Ams

Ik ben opgegroeid met honden en ben echt een enorme hondenliefhebber. Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats and horses and have been actively caring for animals since I was very young. I’m affectionate, calm and attentive, but I also love playing and being active with energetic dogs. Long walks are one of my favourite parts of dog sitting! I live very close to Sloterpark and lots of nature, so there are plenty of opportunities for walks and outdoor time. I’m happy to go on longer walks with active dogs, but equally happy to spend the day playing, cuddling or simply keeping a more relaxed pet company at home. Pets are very welcome to stay with me, which is actually my preferred option. I live with my partner in a spacious three-bedroom apartment with a large balcony, and we don't have any pets of our own, so your pet will get plenty of attention and space to feel at home. I’m most comfortable with small and medium-sized dogs, although I also have experience with larger breeds. I’m happy to care for puppies, energetic dogs, seniors and dogs that need a little extra time to warm up. Sinds 2 jaar hebben wij zelf een Maltipoo teefje en vinden het leuk om af en toe op te passen op een extra hondje. Graag zou ik er een 2de hondje bij willen maar doordat onze Rosie niet naar elke oppas kan, is dat wat lastig. zij is een beetje bang voor sommige andere honden dus een kennismaking voor het oppassen js belangrijk!
