Excited to meet your furbabies!

Hi, I'm Alina and ive been around cats and dogs technically my whole life. At the moment, due to the lack of space and my lifestyle, I can't have a dog or a cat which is what made me sign up as a sitter/walker. I'm looking forward to making new furry friends and bonding with new cats and dogs. I have a lot of patience and experience with fussy babies, senior cats and dogs and with puppies as well. I have been catsitting for friends on and off for more than 9 years now, and I have been a dog walker in the past. I can handle both small dogs and larger breeds. Back home, i own a Golden Retriever, so I am very familiar with hyper dogs and ones that need a lot of time and attention. I grew up with cats and later on, i had my own cat while living by myself. My Experience with Dogs & Cats: A Lifelong Story My story with animals isn't something I learned—it’s who I am. Since I was a child dreaming of being a vet, my life has been woven together with the lives of animals. My journey started early, as the neighborhood’s trusted 8-year-old who would eagerly run over to walk dogs or babysit cats. I was a familiar face at local vet clinics, always asking to help. My first formal volunteer role was helping an organization care for strays, preparing them for their vet visits. A pivotal chapter began when I was 10, at a shelter within a veterinary university. Every day after school, my ritual was to walk my two proudly named furry friends, Guinness and Hennessy. I didn't just walk them; I played with them, fed them, cleaned their enclosures, and even began exploring my passion for training. As a teenager, I launched my own mini dog-walking business, and the response was overwhelming! I was responsibly caring for 7-10 dogs every single day. My clients ranged from clever Shiba Inus to gentle giant Saint Bernards. My duties were comprehensive: long, energetic walks, washing muddy paws, feeding, and providing loving babysitting for pets whose owners worked long hours. I became a true part of their families and still cherish the memories of watching those little puppies grow into magnificent dogs. Even at boarding school, I founded an Animal Volunteering Club to ensure my friends and I could continue visiting shelters. More recently, I lived on a horse farm in the US, caring for five farm dogs, which gave me a whole new perspective on strength and stamina! Throughout it all, I’ve been a proud dog owner myself, and I understand the unique love and responsibility that comes with it. My Availability: As a student at Utrecht University, my schedule varies by semester, but I am highly flexible and committed to working around your needs. I am an early bird and available for walks as early as 6:00 AM. On most weekdays, I am free after 5:00 PM, and I can often accommodate afternoon visits by arrangement. Weekends are generally wide-open and fully available.

Anna was an amazing pet and house sitter! She kept us updated and our dog Pierogi loved her. We will definitely hire her again in the future.

Loving, Caring and Flexible Petsitter

Hi,I'm Ece. I started pet sitting in Amsterdam 7 years ago because I was missing my dog in Istanbul. In 7 years I took care of more than 50 pets. I love taking care of other pets because they brigten up my day and make me miss my own dog a bit less (if that's even possible!). I live right next to the Oosterpark so our days are full of walks. I allow dogs on couches, make sure they have enough playtime and care during their stay. I am very flexible with pickup- drop-off times and the requirements of the dog. Looking forward to take care of your baby!
