Rennen, wandelen, spelen om daarna lekker relaxen. Niks leuker dan een contente viervoeter! Ik beleef een fantastische connectie met dieren en heb dan zelf ook altijd dieren gehad. (Honden, katten, konijnen, geiten, vissen, cavia's en hamsters). Het zijn de grootste schatten op aarde. Ook heb ik een aantal keer nestjes met kittens en pups gehad en begrijp ik hierdoor goed hoe energiek jonge wezentjes kunnen zijn. Wij, Brigitte en Elwine, hebben al jaren eigen huisdieren. En lopen iedere dag meerdere malen in het bos, over de heide, bij het water.. Wij hebben gelukkig bij ons in de buurt verschillende plekken waar je heerlijk kan zijn met de viervoeters. Als wij zelf weg gaan, is mijn vader er eigenlijk altijd voor onze dieren. Nu is het zo gegaan, dat mijn vader en wij tegelijk op vakantie gingen.. waardoor het voor ons een uitdaging werd iemand te vinden waar wij een goed gevoel bij hebben in combinatie met onze dieren. Iemand bij ons thuis; dat vind ik heel spannend! Eenmaal de persoon bij ons thuis, dit voelde aan alle kanten zo goed. Hij is bij ons thuis komen oppassen en we hebben nog steeds goed contact. Brigitte en ik hebben sowieso de wens voor de toekomst meer te gaan reizen, met een camper. Daar is nu nog niet direct geld voor. Maar door onze eigen ervaring met de honden oppas, bracht dit het idee naar boven zelf als dieren oppas door Nederland te gaan. Alles in overleg is mogelijk. Wij hebben er zin in! We hadden een ontzettend goede ervaring met onze golden retriever bij Elwine en Brigitte! Ze heeft daar 3 weken gelogeerd en het heel erg naar haar zin gehad. Elwine en Brigitte gaven veel gelegenheid voor haar om lekker te rennen en te spelen, zowel aan het strand, als bij hen in de buurt. Ook hadden ze goed in de gaten wanneer ze wat rust nodig had. Ze had ook geen tekort aan aandacht en knuffels. Wij waren ondertussen met een heel goed gevoel op vakantie, waar we heel regelmatig foto's en filmpjes kregen, zodat we een fijn gevoel hadden dat zowel zij als wij een heerlijke vakantie hadden. Veel dank aan Elwine en Brigitte, zeker een absolute aanrader en een adres waar we graag nog een keer gebruik van maken!

DogSister - óók voor de poes!

Mijn kennis is gebaseerd op intuïtie en gezond verstand. In de loop van de tijd heb ik veel ervaring mogen opdoen met het begeleiden van honden en hun baasjes, door liefdevol af te stemmen op de behoeftes van het dier. * I'm fluent in English * Je parle Français couramment * Ich spreche ein wenig Deutsch LET OP: de vergoeding die automatisch wordt gecalculeerd klopt meestal niet. Helaas kan ik dit niet voorkomen. Ik kom graag naar jouw huis om voor je hond te zorgen. Vaak is het beter om een hond in de eigen vertrouwde omgeving te laten wanneer de baas een poosje weggaat. Bijvoorbeeld wanneer een hond ziek is of net geopereerd, of nogal oud of juist heel jong, of hij/zij heeft misschien een gebruiksaanwijzing of kan niet goed alleen zijn. Of er is helemaal niets aan de hand en is-tie hartstikke braaf - dat kan natuurlijk ook! Minstens vier keer per dag doen we een wandeling, ik speel spelletjes die voor jouw hond geschikt zijn, natuurlijk wordt er volop geknuffeld en uiteraard zorg ik voor de nodige rust. Als je wilt kan ik je op de hoogte houden van hoe het met je hond gaat, door je regelmatig berichtjes en foto's te sturen. De meeste baasjes vinden dat wel fijn, zeker in het begin. Dat kan ik ook goed begrijpen, want het is toch een hele stap om je hond aan een ander toe te vertrouwen. Behalve opvang voor de hond geef ik ook coaching en training voor baasje & hond samen. Ik heb veel ervaring met puppies, maar ook met dove honden en honden die dementeren. Verder kan ik helpen bij diverse opvoedingsproblemen (zelfs op latere leeftijd), waaronder trauma's, prooinijd, verlatingsangst en natuurlijk trekken aan de lijn. In geval van zeer ernstige gedragsstoornissen moet ik weleens doorverwijzen. Mijn tarieven kunnen voor iedere hond en situatie weer anders zijn, dus let niet op het bedrag wat automatisch bij je aanvraag verschijnt. Bijvoorbeeld: voor een wekelijkse lange wandeling vraag ik meestal €25, maar als ik in de vakantie drie weken bij een hond logeer dan tel ik €50 per dag. Voor een tweede of derde hond van hetzelfde baasje reken ik natuurlijk niet het volle pond! Van tevoren spreek ik altijd af om uitgebreid kennis te maken en daarna doe ik een voorstel. Logeren bij honden doe ik tijdens de schoolvakanties ook buiten Leiden. Mijn beschikbaarheid op de PetBnB kalender houd ik niet altijd precies bij. Wij zijn van Brazilië naar Amsterdam geëmigreerd en vervolgens naar Almere-Haven verhuisd. Ik heb 2 katten (Luke en Lolita) en 1 hond (Théu) die met ons zijn meegekomen uit Brazilië. Ik hou van dieren en daarom heb ik besloten van mijn passie mijn werk te maken. Toen ik in Brazilië woonde, was ik lid van een niet-gouvernementele organisatie voor de bescherming van dieren. Als lid van deze NGO werkte ik aan de redding van dieren die op straat leven, aan de organisatie van vaccinaties en voedseldonaties en aan de ondersteuning van adopties. Mijn 2 katten leefden op straat, ze waren zo schattig dat ik ze wel moest adopteren. Voor deze baan kan ik bij u thuis komen en tijd doorbrengen met uw huisdieren. Ik voer ze, voeg vers water toe en maak de kattenbakken schoon, we spelen samen, ik knuffel en ik maak veel foto Sommige katten hebben tijd nodig om te wennen aan de anwezigheid van een vreemde, ik respecteer hun tijd en als ze me vertrouwen, komen ze dichtbij zodat we van onze tijd samen kunnen genieten. When I lived in Brazil, I was of a non-governmental organization for the protection of animals. As a member of this NGO, I worked in the rescue of abandoned animals that lived on the streets, in the organization of vaccination campaigns and food donation and in supporting adoptions. My 2 cats came from the street, they were so cute I had to adopt them. For this job, I can come to your house and spend time with your pets, I feed them, add fresh water and clean the litter boxes, we play together, I cuddle and I take lots of pictures. Some cats take a while to get used to the presence of a strange person, I respect their time and when they trust me they get close so we can enjoy our time together. Ik ben gek op honden, vind het heel gezellig met een hond in huis en hou er van lekker met ze te wandelen. Doordat ik regelmatig reis heb ik geen eigen hond meer, maar is het des te leuker regelmatig op te passen. Ik ben als kind met honden opgegroeid en heb zelf twee honden gehad. Mijn eerste hond was een hele lieve kruising van meerdere soorten (waaronder herder) en m'n tweede een lekker eigenwijze Shiba Inu. Ik heb twee katten, die een hond gewend zijn en die graag hun eigen gang gaan. Omdat ik niet zo groot woon, gaat mijn voorkeur uit naar kleine en middelgrote honden. Stuur je me een bericht? Hoi! Ik ben Demi, 27 jaar en studeer zang aan het Conservatorium in Utrecht. Naast muziek zijn dieren eigenlijk altijd mijn grootste liefde geweest. Omdat ik een flexibel rooster heb Vorig jaar ben ik verhuisd naar mijn huidige appartement. Daar woonde ook onze gezinshond Noa (golden retriever), een lieve oude dame van bijna 15 jaar. Ik heb het afgelopen jaar alleen voor haar gezorgd. Toen ze overleed brak dat mijn hart. Sindsdien mis ik het enorm om een hond om me heen te hebben. Vroeger gingen we regelmatig naar Noa's fokker, waar we veel leerden over opvoeding, gedrag en training. Misschien klinkt het gek, maar een huis vol kwispelende honden die je bespringen als je binnenkomt is voor mij een soort ideaalbeeld geworden. Sinds Noa er niet meer is, mis ik die vrolijke energie enorm. Ik herinner me ook nog veel van de puppycursus die we met haar hebben gevolgd. Ik ben geen hondengedragstherapeut, maar ik weet wel hoe belangrijk duidelijke communicatie, geduld en positieve aandacht zijn. Veel gezinnen om me heen hadden ook honden en ik keek als kind de hele dag naar Animal Planet. Als kind had ik cavia's (al was ik toen wel te jong om daar volledig verantwoordelijk voor te zijn), ik heb paardgereden en tegenwoordig woon ik samen met mijn kat Beer, die ontzettend verwend wordt. Tijdens de hittegolf heb ik laatst een uitgedroogd egeltje naar de dierenopvang gebracht. Op de terugweg realiseerde ik me weer hoe blij ik word van dieren. Ik was toch al op zoek naar een bijbaan, dus dacht ik: waarom zou ik niet iets doen waar ik echt gelukkig van word? Mijn appartement is ruim en rustig. Als dat nodig is, kunnen dieren ook apart in verschillende kamers verblijven. Ik woon alleen, waardoor er veel rust en aandacht is voor een logeerhond of kat. Wat je van mij kunt verwachten: - Veel geduld en liefde voor dieren!!! - Betrouwbaarheid en duidelijke communicatie. - Regelmatige updates en foto's als je dat fijn vindt. - Flexibiliteit; doordat ik als conservatoriumstudent vaak maar een paar lessen per dag heb en tussendoor ook thuis ben. Ik kan wel een heel verschillend rooster hebben, ook omdat ik in avonden vaak moet optreden, maar hopelijk komen we daar samen wel uit! Ik vind het belangrijk dat een dier zich veilig voelt. Daarom neem ik graag de tijd om eerst kennis te maken en hoor ik uitgebreid wat jouw dier nodig heeft, zodat ik de verzorging zoveel mogelijk kan aanpassen aan zijn of haar gewoontes. Groetjes :)
