Bas was very attentive and caring with Crepa, he made the right questions, and seemed to be very familiar with doggos. He sent me updates with photos which I appreciate, and he lives right in the park which is perfect for dogs. He is also a very friendly and approachable person which I find important as you need to feel the ease of communication with the person taking care of your furry family member.
